Fat phobe and like many other nurse practitioners in this town, she had no interest in helping someone who had just moved here. It’s very cliquish town and not being brown does not help. That’s unfortunate as more people move in there are going to be more more options, and the people that treat you terribly like this office, will go out of business and rightfully so.

LOVE HER!!! Ive been a patient of Telfords for more than a decade. She is thorough during my visit, spends time listing to my concerns and I appreciate that I never feel rushed. Consistently great service and care. So glad thather hometown is my hometown.

Ms Telford and staff are very pleasant, and very caring. I’ve seen her several times and it is always a positive experience. She is very concerned about her patients and very easy to talk to. I would not hesitate to recommend her. The office is very clean and they are very professional.

Lulu is amazing and always takes the time to hear your concerns. She has been so helpful on our fertility journey and we couldn’t be more grateful! If you need great gynecological care, this is the place to go!

I had great experiences at OBGYN Consultants. They treated me so personalized and were caring and understanding with each appointment and phone call. The front desk staff was very courteous and Bianca (Med Assistant) was incredible! She is so knowledgeable and responds quickly to my telephone calls. She is so patient and caring as well. You can tell that she and Ms Telford have a great professional relationship. Ms Telford went out of her way to ensure my needs were met. At each appointment, she made me feel like I was her only patient and allowed me to ask the questions I had; I never felt rushed by her or any staff member (which happens often at other medical offices). Highly recommend this team and office for any of your OBGYN needs!

Doctor Teleford has the best side manner on top of being an amazing doctor. She and her staff always go above and beyond to help and make you feel comfortable. She has so much knowledge in her field but always listens patients. If you are looking for the best this is her.

I have been seeing Dr. Telford for at least 5-6 years now and the experience has been consistently bad in some form or fashion over that time.The front desk staff is very cold (toward me anyway) to the point where I feel uncomfortable coming into the office.Dr. Telford has become nicer over the years, but it could be because they’ve lost a chunk of their client base for bad service. Gotta pick up the slack somewhere.Telford’s nurse is great (I don’t have her name). She is pleasant and professional.The latest complaint of mine is related to billing. Instead of calling me or providing online test results (which they’ve done before), Telford had me come in for an appointment which I will be billed for. The test results did not warrant a visit, and even the admin was surprised Telford was having me come in for the results. The conclusion of our visit was her telling me to eat healthy and exercise. That advice is not worth the bill I’m going to get.OBGYN visits can feel invasive/vulnerable and it’s important to have a staff and doctor that provides comfort to their patients. This is not that office.

It’s always a pleasure to go to an annual exam when you have a caring, understanding professional like Dr. Guadalupe Telford to go to!!! She is always so warm and truly listens to all my concerns, addressing them immediately. She clarifies all my questions and is great at explaining test results. I’ve been going to her for years and will continue because she is the best!

Dr. Telford is very friendly and knowledgeable about my health. Everyone is office, help and answered my questions. It is always enjoyable to talk and see Grace, she helped me alot. The portable is very difficult to operate and not customer friendly. Grace, and everyone I have meet is always ready to help me!

Guadeloupe Telford is my gynecologist and probably my favorite doctor. She is so smart and thoughtful. I feel very listened to and cared for by her. She saw some precancerous cells and immediately referred me to best gynecological oncologist in the state. I am truly grateful to have her as my doctor.

My first visit with Dr. Telford. As much as I despise these Wellness Checks, I have to say Dr. Telfords professionalism, friendly, fun mannerisms made me not dread returning! She also noticed my Aunt had an issue going on her leg and made asap recommendations and ph calls!! So grateful! Great Staff, very efficient!

I loved Guadalupe right off the bat. I have scheduled an appt for August to go forward with the treatment she suggested.
