I called as a new patient, after deciding to join the practice I was put on hold and waited for over 10 min before putting the phone down when no one came back to me. I called again and was told the person who took my call had left their desk. This is not the way to treat exiting and prospective customers/patients.

Been a patient here for 6 years and have gone to Hedsna Rocha for last 3 years. Shes incredibly knowledgeable and caring! Im also impressed with her two assistants who return calls promptly and have been extremely helpful in answering questions with accurate information.

Dr Burciaga was far too involved in telling me I needed to lose weight than trying to help me find a solution for my ailments. I left feeling defeated and when I got to my pharmacy only one out of the four scripts were covered by my insurance. I’ve been going back and forth with his front desk lady about said scripts for her to say she already talked to me. Well I haven’t gotten my medicine so this was a waste of my efforts and I am embarrassed.

Illegally moved from this location without informing patients.Will retaliate against patients for reporting this illegal behavior to the medical board.

The doctor actually listens to your problems and takes the time to figure out the best way to resolve your issues. The staff are very nice as well.
