Terrible experience. Front desk lady was nice and helpful, appointment was scheduled. I informed them that i would be coming from out of state and was in the process of buying airfare. I got a call 2 days later stating that i would have to be rescheduled as the provider (nurse) cancelled my appt (did not provide a reason). For reference, I was told that my appt could possibly be cancelled when I first scheduled, but I thought that was a rare occasion, not a guarantee. What if I purchased airfare and lodging? I would have possibly lost out on that money. I understand that the facility could possibly be overwhelmed or understaffed but at the least, they need to make sure appointments arent cancelled. This is not a minor procedure. Considering a lot of their patients are coming from Texas, they should have better protocols in place to avoid having to frequently cancel appointments already scheduled. As i wasnt able to trust that my new appointment wouldnt be cancelled, I have since scheduled with another facility in Albuquerque.

I traveled a long way to come here and it was definitely worth it. I had a great experience. Staff were super caring and friendly, I cannot thank you guys enough!

Robbing people BLIND!!!! You’re better off going to aid access dot com and ordering via mail. They want $700 for MA pills!!! Unheard of and absolutely unethical.

Staff was very friendly, fast and extremely detailed. Definitely made me confident and comfortable with my decision.

I cannot thank the women enough for helping me, as this pregnancy was completely unexpected. Aside from helping me with payment there were appointments available the same week. 10/10

Horrible experience, my sister was calling for medical services and the women answering the phones was very rude, and unprofessional. Referred to us as “you people” would not give us her name, or let us speak to administration. Horrible way to treat patients no compassion

Staff was extremely kind and supportive. I felt so comfortable and cared for. Thank you for what you do.

There was a RUDE lady. I will not be going back. I went about 3 months ago.
