Very very poor service, I never read the reviews before I visited this clinic and obviously I should have. I signed up for a years treatment which was very expensive but I was really (still am) struggling. I’ve had no feed back, no improvement or results of any kind. When I ask what is actually going on with me they have no answers. Finally I demanded different medication and they did everything they could to divert me. Then when they agreed to change my meds I was told they would call me. It’s been a week and a half and I’ve finally called and demanded my medication. I strongly suggest NOT going here, I’m not even sure there’s any kind of doctor whatsoever!!! Place should be avoided.

This place is a absolute scam 2800$ up front for trt lmao? No trt clinic is making you pay up front for a full year of treatment. No wonder this place is always empty. On top of that these fools use good rx to purchase generic trt which is dirt cheap then charge 2800$. Stay far away from here

I dont regret coming here, but its quite clear that they are shilling for anything and everything they can self to the customers. Online communities like reddit can offer way more knowledge than these people here who talk like automated machines.

Dr Hanson and his staff are very knowledgable, caring, professional, and friendly. I have been a patient for several years and just completed a procedure this past week. The dr and staff make you feel at ease and comfortable during each contact either in person or by phone.

This is the creepiest doctors office I have ever visited . The staff came across as totally artificial and interested only in getting their money. When the financial lady came into the room and revealed the mind blowing expensive cost, I first told her Id have to think about it. Her first response was, What is there to think about? Dont you want to improve your health? When I repeated that I would need to think about the high cost, she said I would have to sign up before I left the office because Thats the way the doctor works. I literally wanted to get up and run out of the office .These people may have helped some patients, but I found it to be a totally unsavory and creepy experience .

What a hoax this place is. When you come in for your oppointment they start you off by talking to a doctor. He talks a while and fills you full of hope. After that he leaves the room and tells you some councilor will be coming in to discuss treatment options, and here’s where the scam gets started. This “councilor” comes in and starts the sales pitch. Now things start to seem like you’re at a car lot. The councilor starts describing their treatments and their prices. These prices are mind blowing expensive. Not only are the prices completely unaffordable, but they change the milagrams of FDA approved medicine to what sounds like dangerous levels. I’m not even sure how they deem their tweeks to medicine safe. So what it looks like with this joke is a bunch of reject medical people selling magic love potions. If you don’t believe what I’m saying and still wish to proceed with this group empty out your savings and bring your check book.

The Doctors and Staff At the Carolina Mens Clinic in Mooresville are really great! They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. They also take the time to talk to you and listen to what you have to say. If you have major ED like me, they want quit until they find a solution to your problem and a way to correct it. I highly recommend the Carolina Mens Clinic.

You will not get a price for trt until the very end of the appointment and they expected $2800 upfront for 1 year. Complete rip off. It want take much research to find trt somewhere else for a lot cheaper.

The Carolina mens clinic in Mooresville is a carefully choreographed, meticulously orchestrated rip off. The staff is there for one purpose, to separate you from as much of your hard earned money as humanly possible. They are currently under investigation by the attorney generals office for their business tactics. Fox news 46 ran a story about them on Sept 30, shedding light on their deceptive practices, and that was just the tip of the iceberg. Following attorney general Josh Steins investigation, a class action lawsuit is in the horizon. Do yourself a favor. Dont even go near the place. Do your due diligence and read some of the complaints on the Better business bureau website, then go see a real doctor.
