Reach Fertility-Langtree

I cant say enough good things about everyone at Reach Langtree! Their warmth and welcoming nature make me feel at ease every time I visit. The team is so thorough and professional, but their natural demeanor makes it feel like Im not a stranger at all. Many people are in vulnerable situations when they come here, but the staff creates such a safe and supportive environment. I always leave feeling comforted and cared for. Thank you so much to everyone there—youre truly amazing!

Gemisha is THE GOAT when it comes to taking blood. I have the worst luck anywhere when it comes to bloodwork.. small veins, they roll, I have anxiety and pass out and she NEVER misses. She has saved me every two days during our bloodwork IVF Stims. All the staff are so caring from Amy at front desk, to Emily the nurse and Molly during the ultrasound. So grateful to the langtree team!

I had an amazing visit to this location! They had a decent walk-in crowd but I was in and out FAST! The staff overall was friendly, but I want to give a shoutout to Gemisha was super friendly and quick!

Update: Our son is now 7 months old a d we couldn’t be happier.I have been to both of Reach’s locations and been pleased with both. I came in with realistic expectations because I am also in the medical field- I am a nurse practitioner. I knew my chances of success were as much (if not more) based on how closely I followed instructions and took care of myself as their part in timing, drug selection, and follow up. I think when it comes to fertility care women underestimate their role in maintaining healthy weight, nutrition, self care, decreasing stress that interferes with fertility, etc. That being said, lots of variables are out of the control of the medical team and individual (genetics, blood disorders). I am pregnant after 2 rounds of IUI. I’m one of the fortunate ones. Im hoping this pregnancy will lead to a healthy baby and I thank REACH for playing their part in this journey.

My wife and I had an amazing experience at REACH Fertility-Langtree. From day one they were sensitive to our situation (we had a miscarriage last year) and wrapped us in their Langtree love. They were with my wife step-by-step and always made sure she felt confident with the progression she was making along the way. They say happy wife, happy life and REACH made sure I had a happy wife! Im so grateful to them (and their flexibility with my wifes ever-changing schedule)!

We could not have been more pleased with our experience at REACH Fertility-Langtree over the past six months. The staff quickly felt like family and we were always greeted with a friendly smile! They were very kind and knowledgable, and always treated us with the utmost respect and sensitivity. They were QUICK to respond to all portal communication and walked us through our fertility journey step-by-step. We HIGHLY recommend Molly Oaten and her team!! :)

I could not be more disappointed with my experience with Reach Fertility. The billing department is HORRENDOUS and give false information to their patients. Don’t trust anything they tell you, specifically a woman named Linda. She told me my consultation was covered 100% and that I would only owe a 35 dollar co pay. I pay the co pay and go ahead with the consultation and then they bill me almost 300 dollars for it. I have a claim against them now regarding that bill and Linda even sent us over a code sheet showing it’s all covered yet they apparently have all the wrong codes. Now I get another bill with more payments added onto my current bill from a procedure I got that done that we were told once again was covered 100% and now my bill is costing me almost 400 dollars. I will be fighting with them until they do the right thing and fix the MASSIVE mistake they made and I won’t ever go there again. It’s really too bad too because the doctor I had was great. DO A BETTER JOB WITH HIRING COMPETENT PEOPLE.

Ive been to both langtree and Charlotte offices and have always had an excellent experience. I really cant say enough good things about REACH. From quick responses on the portal to calls back after hours during an emergency, Ive always been treated with respect and kindness. Everyone Ive met has been WONDERFUL. The offices are also very nice and welcoming.

I had a consultation with Dr. Wing a few weeks ago, and initially, everything seemed promising. However, things took a downturn afterwards. Last year, we underwent external monitoring at REACH through a different clinic. Unfortunately, due to their inefficiency, they sent the bill to the wrong insurance. Fast forward to this year, I transitioned to becoming a patient at REACH, only to receive an email at 4:30 PM on the day before my biopsy appointment, informing me that it had been canceled due to non-payment.I reached out via the portal, and my call was returned by Chaquetta Bolden. I cannot adequately express how disappointed I am in her rude, mean, and disrespectful behavior. She left me in tears, leading me to the decision of immediately canceling all treatments with the clinic. I couldnt help but reflect on how fortunate I am to have spared myself further frustration by discontinuing my treatment at REACH. If this is the manner in which the clinic chooses to present itself, I am resolute in my decision not to engage their services or recommend them. Its clear now why they have received negative reviews, and unfortunately, their behavior aligns with those discouraging standards.Prioritize your hard-earned money and seek out an alternative clinic. My desire to have a child certainly doesnt mean I should tolerate such unacceptable conduct.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about REACH! My care from first visit to my release was absolutely outstanding. Dr. Katz and his nurses are a dream team and the staff at Langtree are absolutely exceptional. I am SO sad to be graduating from REACH and I have them to thank! If your looking for not just a facility but a family this is the place. Thank you all so much!!!

Reach fertility is absolutely amazing. They have such a caring staff and there always so personable. They really are my fertility family. Thank you to all the staff and team members for all that you have done to make this journey enjoyable. I love each and everyone of yall.

I was scheduled to have blood work done at REACH since it was the closest fertility clinic to my house. The blood work (13 vials) results were to be sent out of state. After 3 weeks and no results being faxed over I reached out to REACH and was informed that my blood was lost and never made it to testing. When I asked them if I was able to file a report for my blood being lost (13 vials) I was told that it was just something that happens sometimes and there was nothing to do about it other than to reschedule my blood testing. I never returned to REACH. They are incompetent and if they loose blood often they should be shut down because not only is it unethical and inconvenient its unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and just find a different Clinic to go to.

Dont be fooled by the few and far between positive reviews. We gave them two chances and they lived up to their expectations based on the negative reviews both times. The first time we started using them we were hopeful as we got in for a consult rather quickly. However when it came to them calling us back with test results, or even uploading them to the portal- apparently thats too much work for them. Scheduling appointments? Ive had more luck winning radio station contests on a rotary phone by being caller #103. After a miscarriage we wanted to start the process back with them again. They got us in for another consult fairly quickly, but when it comes to anything else- good luck. They dont answer the phone, and consider yourself lucky if they call you back. The portal? Thats an even bigger joke than the phone. I messaged over two weeks ago asking for something as simple as my estimated costs for procedures. They are pushing IVF and I dont really want to start that blindly without knowing the cost. No, the problem isnt processing it through my insurance- I dont work in billing and I already know its NOT covered through insurance, so we are trying to plan for our costs. As if struggling with infertility isnt stressful enough REACH really knows how to go out of their way to stress you out even more because youre completely in limbo and have no idea whats going on.... so thank you REACH for FURTHER delaying our dreams of parenthood because now we have to wait to get our consult with a different fertility clinic and start this process all over again. You should be ashamed of yourselves for your lack of care or compassion for people in horrible situations.

From the moment the wonderful receptionist opens the door (which is early if she sees you coming before the automatic locks unlock BTW) you’re treated very well. My paperwork is always printed and ready for me and I’m in and out in less than an hour. My experiences here have been wonderful.

My treatment at the facility was fine, my problem is their on-going billing problem. When I went for treatment in June 21, I was told to pay up front, no problem, I paid, have my receipt. My issue is this: for the past year they have been sending multiple bills for the same amount to me. Each time, I have to call, dispute it, and prove that I indeed did pay it. Maybe this company should fire their billing company, or whomever is in charge of that department because they are inept in their profession. This is ridiculous that I have to call every three months to talk to someone about my bill. I advise anyone thinking about going to REACH to rethink their decision and my advice would be to go to the Womens Institute at CMC MAIN instead.

I had nothing but a positive experience at REACH (Langtree location). The office is smaller and more intimate than the Charlotte location, which meant that I got to know the staff really well there and became quite attached to them! Everyone was friendly and supportive, and the care I received was top-notch, resulting in a successful pregnancy. Id recommend REACH to anyone, and especially enjoyed my experiences at the Mooresville/Langtree location!

The Dr. I was seeing previously pushed for the more costly treatments before. Billing was alsways a problem. During the first pregnancy that I lost, the Dr. never checked on me, gave me limited information on what to expect while going through a miscarriage. She was also never available to talk to when I called. I had to reach out to freinds, family, and FB support groups for support. She also released me from her care while my bloodwork was still being monitored. I never had received such neglegent care before. The Dr. I saw after that was fantastic and was extremly throrough in her care and treatments.

Thanks to the Reach staff or family. We appreciate everyone at Reach for their great service and making things run smooth. What we came for we got by the help of God and through Reach langtree office. A positive pregnancy result and continuing with the follow through procedures to make sure pregnancy stays stable. Thanks again we will miss you and hope to see you later in the future. 😊😘

Sorry to say but my experience with this organization has been nothing but negative since the initial visit. They never called us after testing to follow up and never returned our calls to schedule an appointment. My wife was finally able to get someone on the phone and book an appointment so, I took a half day off work and drove an hour only to find out they made our appointment at the Charlotte office instead of the Mooresville offfice where I had been before and where we live. Unfortunately this last situation has forced us to seek alternative solutions through other providers in the area.

I wanted to be tested so I gave them a sample after my doctor wrote a referral. They never gave my Doctor the results after I called no less then ten times with the drs office fax # and other info .. still to this day 7 months later the doctor does not have the results and they still want me to pay them...No results No money. Btw they wouldnt give me the results

I have nothing but posts I’ve things to say about Reach. They worked with me even though I was overseas starting the processes and start to finish they communicated well. I would recommend to anyone who is starting the process.

Everyone from start to finish (setting up appointment via email/phone, front desk check-in, staff assisting before, during and after procedure and the doctor) were extremely kind, understanding, made me feel at ease and were very helpful! Highly recommend!

Beware of their reports , I got my SA done here and results are concerning.. with my urologists advice I went to a different facility and results are completely different
