Any Lab Test

My company with over 500 employees has been using this lab for at least 5 years.We are done with them.They randomly dont open, they often run out of testing supplies, I have been waiting for a test back for a week now and had to send the potential employee to another testing facility.Completely useless.The only good thing I have to say about them is their counter lady is nice and is trying her best, it is obvious she has no support and minimal training.

I tired several times to get the B-12 shot package. I filled out the paperwork and was told the doctor had to make them for me and then bring them from his Redmond office and they should have them the next day and call me. No call, so I called them got a different person who said there was none there and she would order from the doctor. Again no call. I called again and this gal couldnt find my paperwork, had no clue what was happening. I was planning on getting the shots weekly for months, I guess they do not want my business.

It was so bad experience of my husband. Firstly, staff member don’t know how to draw blood! Unbelievable! Then the same staff person charged him 3- 4 times extra. It’s been more than a month, we are asking for our money back, they don’t respond well!Please don’t go at this place. Their service is too bad. Very annoying and terrible experience we had.They should get new, educated and experienced staff.This is Very irresponsible place. Don’t visit!

We called this company the day of my wifes drug test for a job and were told to arrive before 4:00p.m.. We arrived at 3:30 and Hanna waited ten minutes in the back before greeting us. She rudely said she wouldnt take anyone after 4:00, so we pointed out on their clock that it was 3:40p.m.. She rudely said to sit and wait. At 4:05 she came out and said she would take no more customers.The incompetence of this company and their employees is unbelievable.They cost my wife a good job.They cannot be trusted as professionals.

First experience in July 2015 - they lost the lab results for 3 weeks.Second experience in Nov. 2015 was worse. They took blood for a cholesterol test (bruising the left arm as she couldnt get enough blood from the right arm), then I never got the test results at all. When I called (they said they called me, but my cell phone showed no calls) they said they needed MORE blood from me as they didnt get enough the first time. I said, no thanks and disputed the credit card charge as they refused to issue a refund or call me back.Lab seems run down, toilet was broken and half the lights were off when I was there. Blood taker seemed extremely over-worked as she was the only one there with 4 people in the small lab waiting besides myself with the telephone constantly ringing - quite a chaotic and disappointing place.I do not recommend it.

After my parenting was questioned by my ex-husband, my attorney suggested I take a drug & alcohol test immediately so I did so at this location on March 12th. 4 days later, after hearing nothing back & leaving multiple messages on their voicemail, I took time out of my day to go up there and get the results myself. I stood in line AGAIN for over a half hour only to be told no results yet! So 3 days later, I take more time out of my day & go up there to get my results again. Hannah finally decides to call Quest Labs & ask for my results. They said they already emailed the results to Any Lab Test Now in Renton 2 days after I took the test, mind you, it is now 7 days after my test. He said he would resend the results to them so I sit & wait 45 mins while she helps 2 other customers, only to be told she hasnt received his email yet. I decided to ask for a rapid drug screen instead so I can get my results instantly but they are all out of those & have been all month.... Seems like rapid drug screens would be a necessity for such a business. Anyway, Ive been here over an hour & Im still waiting for my results. Quest Diagnostics apparently did their part & I did mine, but the extreme negligence of Any Lab Test Now is preventing me from getting the results I need for court. I will NEVER use Any Lab Test Now again. They have quite possibly jeapordized the safety & custody of my children by not getting me my results in a timely fashion. Id ask for a refund but Im sure that would take another 2 hours.

Very nice lady but no experience. After four tries, I left with a bruised arm and my test not drawn. I have to stress again the employee was very nice and very apologetic, but I dont think she was ready to do this on her own.

The person who did my lab work in Renton was kind and knew what she was doing. She knows how to do her job and she showed excellent customer service

Easy, quick n professional service. Got my test done without any issues! Will use their service again.

Love the quick and easiness of getting what I want without a doctors order. I can walk in and be treated with respect. Will be back again.

Dr Zhang has the most caring gentle manner and is really wonderful to see. I feel completely confident with him.

Dont ever go in here! They lazy and arnt open when they say they are!they just like to waste ur money.

Was very quick prompt service. Was in and out within 10 mins with results.

Dont go here! Two weeks still havent got my results.
