I love the clinic and the staff there so much, that left it to be my primary care place living in Kent actually. The receptionists (almost all) are nice and quick. I have never been rescheduled for my pregnancy checkup even if was late 20 min. Clean place, lot of parking. The nurses and doctors I met there are very friendly, professional and supportive.I found my midwife there, she is awesome, Domenica Rice. I would return to her for all my future pregnancies ☺️ she is very kind, polite and PROFESSIONAL. I always felt myself like I was meeting a friend rather than a doctor and knew I’m in good hands.Almost all visits were in time, but if some not - it was not a big deal for me because I also sometimes got late for the appointments🥹Again, it’s exactly about the clinic at Meridian.
Where is the accountability in the services they offer? Nowhere to be found. For three months my partner, a patient of theirs, has been making phone calls, leaving messages, and sending requests in MyChart for his follow up appointment. They deny his requests in MyChart and they refuse to schedule over the phone because his doctor needs to approve his appointment but is nowhere to be found. Prior to this, the front desk suggested coming in for some of his tests and stated he did not need an appointment. We live an hour and a half away but he drove there anyways because that’s what they said, then they turned him away because he didn’t have an appointment.. with attitude, they made an appointment for him the next day, which he had to get a hotel for. He’s driven that far for each of his three tests they had him take to acquire this next appointment which they are now REFUSING to book, which is negatively affecting our lives by not receiving the care needed. I do not understand how this place has SO MANY 1 star reviews for the same issues and they have not been resolved at all. You offer a service hat requires appointments, but you don’t make appointments, so you basically have no service to offer except frustration, pain, and a waste of time and life. HAVE SOME RESPECT FOR YOUR PATIENTS OR CLOSE YOUR DOORS PERMANENTLY, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FROM A MEDICAL “PROFESSIONAL”
Awful service from entering the clinic to getting documents. Spent maybe 10 minutes with a doctor only to be told all my wifes problems were from her diet. Never answer the phone and always told different things each time I was able to get ahold of someone. Even other professionals have said they never send over files to other clinics/dentists.Will never recommend.
I changed my name 4 years ago, and Neighborcare refuses to update my name in their system. I have jumped through all their hoops, brought my legal ID to the clinic, brought my court-mandated name change documents to the clinic, called multiple times (good luck getting through to an actual person on the phone) and they still address everything to the wrong name.
I love the neighbor care health at the meridian clinic dental is great but too many extractions My dentist has been telling me for years that im going to be getting partial for dentures but just more extractions
Doctors are ok. Front desk is the worst. Only once I called to schedule an appointment when I was on hold less than half and hour and the lady was nice and super accommodating. Otherwise if you call expect nobody ever picking up the phone or wait time at least half an hour, usually more. And they never tell you expected wait time. On top of it even if someone picks up they might not have working phone or just in a bad mood so they just tell you they can’t hear you well and drop it, then another hour long wait time. Basically they want you to die in wait without ever even talking to you so it’s not their job to help people.
I used to love nighbarcare but now a days a feel like they are getting bad especially there call center is crazy and some of the nurses need to go back to school especially when it comes to taking care of kids I am in health care too Brin baby there and you see they are doing things wrong but I normally shut my mouth for respect and let them do the job but I feel like they think may be we are dumb by not saying anything or they are not good with foreigners the last time I brought 10 month old baby the nurses was trying to check oxygen by putting two of my baby finger in oximeter I know that was the dumbest thing I see but I didnt say anything b/c I knew she will neber able to get the oxygen and I told my husband let her do her job and of we need to go we will go to ER b/c they dont like when you go to Er for smaller staff and when you brought the kids in the clinic when no doctor available this health care people just play and west your time and i know that was RN so I dont people confused with medical assistance they are a lot better when it comes to do their job they all are good and very respectful. And now a days I hate even calling for appointments b/c this call center people are so rude they just want to listen to them and act like they knew better than the patient I even switched insurance I dont want to just stick with my nighbarcare doctor since she is very nice MD I could get free health care insurance through my partner but I paid different insurance to come to nighbarcare because my best doctor please treat everyone with dignity and respect I am not writing this b/c of only my experience I am writing b/c they are threatening my mom bad too sometimes I had to call on behalf oh her since English is her 2nd language they think she doesnt know but she knew so treat everyone as you want to be treated please
I have been here for many years until today I met Dr. Madelyn Pimentel, she takes a lot of dedication to her patients and explains step by step everything that one should do and very clearly leaves you with her answers, thank you
Dr. Mathew Perez injected lidocaine into an abscess, thinking he was treating minor discomfort caused by a fissure. The abscess began leaking into my bloodstream, causing sepsis. Lots of antibiotics and surgeries were required.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Over 4 appointments canceled or scheduled wrong. Excuses for bad behavior with staff and security. This was a nightmare and I will never ever be back or recommend this disaster. Dr did not listen in any way and I left in tears feeling enraged and violated. They do not care if you are offended nor do they listen to what the concerns are. DO NOT RECOMMENDPS I already made a formal complaint. I got excuses as a response
When theyre good, theyre good. They were the best care i couldve gotten during my pregnancy, but it really goes to show they dont care about you once the baby is out. My doctor is Heather Caulfield and for the life of me, I cant reach her on my mychart account, I never hear back when I request an appointment or message her. Ive called specifying that Im having bad pain from my chronic back pain since my pregnancy and there is no urgency in getting me in inna timely manner. Backtrack 2 weeks ago, I called because I needed to speak to my doctor. I was bed ridden with back pain and couldnt take care of my kids. I was given an appointment 2 weeks ahead. I took the appointment because they said theres no other way Im getting seen unless I walk in and wait with my children or go to urgent care. 2 weeks go by, its today and I call because traffic had a 5min delay. I called to let them know I would be 5min late, but Id have to get my kids out of the carseats. They said that should be fine and theyd relay that message to my clinic. I managed to be inside the building precisely 5min late, but they took 5 minutes to get to me (10min) and told me that nobody reached out to them and they cant schedule another appointment until A MONTH AND A HALF OUT and they still never bothered to reach out to my doctor to see if she would care to take an urgent matter any sooner. Im just about done with this clinic. Maybe Ive slipped through the cracks, but nonetheless, Ive been ignored and not taken seriously. This clinic is seriously disorganized and needs to take care of their patients better. After reading reviews, I hope.they decide to take this problem as an urgent one because Im not the only one.
Had the wrong insurance for 3 years despite bringing my new card to every visit.Unnecessary testsUnexpected bills for Unnecessary testsDoctors talk over you and dont listen to your concerns. Its drive-thru medicine that doesnt consider their patients. They just ** cant wait*** to say the line oh its covered by insurance, but then wont keep your accurate insurance on file, wont ask if you approve, wont consider you might have a high deductible. They made me feel so small and felt they took so much advantage of me at every visit. I was just looking for help with my health and they botched it numerous times, different doctors, different ailments, different visits. I cant believe the mess they left me with.
Simply frustrating dealing with this medical facility!I have been calling them continuously for 3 weeks to get one potential medical appt. The representatives keep telling me to call them next week because there will be schedule openings next week ! That keeps me calling them with the hope of getting one.Of course, I guess I don’t have the luck to get Appt set up here. They have no enthusiasm to assist me either. Just another caller come in and come out. Don’t care , and don’t care to proactively help.If I do as they instructed, I have the prospect that I will be honored to chat with their agents for years or as long as I want.Enough time is wasted. Keep moving on !
I recommend DrBeestman and the entire staff. Ive been taking my shelter and non-shelter adopted cats to her/them for years. Because of how well my fur babies are treated and are obviously cared about and for by staff.
I needed to find a new dentist office specifically for a cleaning. Does web search and find that on Neighborcare healths they have a page dedicated to cleanings and making an appointment. I call - and confirm that the appt is for a cleaning. At the appointment they proceed to tell me that it isnt for a cleaning it is only for an exam and I would need to make a separate appt for the cleaning after the exam. I would have been fine with this, and would have made both appts at the same time, IF I had been told that this is how it needed to be done (previous dentist offices did both a cleaning and exam in the same visit). However, it felt like a little bit of a bait and switch and a method to get more money from insurance due to multiple visits. Again, would have been fine if this was communicated up front. But it wasnt. I walked out and found a dentist office that did the exam and cleaning in the same visit.
I have never seen a hospital like this where every appointment takes more than a month. And they said I was late and canceled my appointment. Dont choose this hospital
Medical staff is great and my doctor was amazing until her contract with my insurance ended. Had a phone visit for my son and wasnt aware they didnt have his current insurance on file or that our doctor ended her contract! Nobody asked about or verified the my sons insurance with me while checking in, so I got a huge bill. Also, because I wasnt informed my doctors contract ended until after I had two appointments with her, I got surprise bills. I got mail about the contract ending shortly after the appointments I had. I would think that the clinic would be up front about the contract ending when I scheduled the appointment (which has always been the case with other clinics), but I was not informed. I was upset about that, and that I have to find a new doctor shortly after I began a new treatment with my doctor at Neighborcare. All in all, a pretty negative experience. My doctor was great and her care was excellent, however, the above experience has made me want to move on. I have never had problems with Neighborcare in the past.
Honestly, most of the providers Ive seen arent great. They see so many patients they never really remember who you are and what your treatment plan is, and Ive had multiple doctors straight up not take any notes in my medical file to the point that entire appointments were missing and I couldnt get multiple maintenance meds on multiple occasions because they didnt take notes or send in refills. The support team is 50/50, with medical support staff being the best, and pharmacy and especially the dentist side, being awful. The dentist schedule person argued with me over trying to get tooth pain looked at and wouldnt let me schedule past a week out, and instead suggested I schedule a cleaning 2+ weeks out and then schedule the tooth pain exam then? Because is makes total sense I cant schedule past the first week of school as a teacher right now where my work also requires 2-weeks notice, but I can come back in a month to schedule it then??Their psych policies and people are rather awful as well, esp their psych person who told me I dont really have my diagnoses that were diagnosed recently by specialists that disorder and even if I did, it doesnt matter anyway bc my symptoms arent that bad? Theyre also not willing to work with patients regarding medications bc I guess everyone is drug-seeking, even with all the proper paperwork and no actual indicators of substance abuse?Pricing is amazing though.....but also, for a reason. Literally the only reason I still go here is the pharmacy prices for my main medication: even with insurance, its $399+ a month at any other pharmacy, but only $60 here, and I have to see one of their providers to use their pharmacy. So kind of worth it? But not really when I ended up in the hospital for a few days because my doctor wouldnt refill maintenance meds bc he was confused by his own lack of notes and now I have to pay $3k in hospital bills. So yeah, if youre without insurance or struggling financially, this place is an amazing resource to get your health needs met and can absolutely be worth the headaches. But a smaller practice thats more focused on their patients would be a far better option if that is available to you.
People here are friendly, super nice, very clean environment. The service is pretty fast for a small clinic they offer a lot of different services
I had to come into Neighborcare a total of eight times to receive six fillings (one was a two part process.)There are some very wonderful and caring dentists who I am sure just want to do their jobs well, but scheduling with them is difficult, and other dentists will often fill in for their sessions. The reception staff is very hit or miss, and there seems to be 0 communication between people and departments. My calls to the scheduling center to schedule several appointments (including an appointment to check work I had done at neighborcare) went unanswered or dropped several times, and getting someone to reach out to me to help me was a pain.I had to go in multiple times to receive fillings, which is no issue at all, but there was no communication between the dentists regarding which tooth needed what, and I had to multiple times make clear what was happening myself while in the chair. The lack of communication extended to the dental assistant preparing my mouth to be numbed on the wrong side until I questioned the dentist who came in to do a filling, and he had to check the chart for what seemed like the first time to figure out what was going on. I am happy to stand up for my own needs medically, but Im not a doctor, so I want my doctors who know more than me about dental work to be more up to speed on my needs so I have to explain them (possibly incorrectly) less. Before choosing Neighborcare, I read all the reviews I could, because my initial impression based on my contact with an intake receptionist on the phone was incredibly unprofessional. I know that people have bad days, so I didnt let that, or several negative reviews, sway my willingness to give Neighborcare a chance, but I am left wondering if I made the best decision.Edit (12/22): I was able to make a followup appointment after being contacted by someone at Neighborcare, and she did put me at ease regarding my problems being heard and listened to. I think your experience here depends on who youre able to reach and who you are assigned to. Neighborcare is a great low income and accessible option for care, and there are plenty of good people here, but if you need extensive personalized work, you may be better off going somewhere able to provide a little more consistency.
Way too hard to get an appointment, always at least a month out. Very frustrating. I do like that everything is in one building, but like I said good luck being able to get seen right away if need be.
Customer service over the phoneIs TERRIBlE to be specific, the guy named CHRIS, he is very rude and disrespectful and talks down people to me at least, and this is a pattern since 2020, I get a bad feeling when I hear his voice when trying to schedule an appointment. I know lines are busy and have to weight for ~20 minutes for my turn to be assisted, today after waiting 20 minutes, he answered the phone and I was getting ready to be disrespected by him as usual, and he did not disappoint me, this time when I asked him to speak nicer, he said one minute mam, he hung up on me and I was pushed to #15 in the line, basically another 30 minutes! Basically, what he did is denying me access to health care. I can not wait for 30 minutes, I have to work to pay my bills.I am a regular patient with dentistry there. I like my dentistry team. They are very nice and professional.I also needed a medical appointment a month ago, I called for an appointment, waited for 20 minutes then left to work. I texted my medical team and I still did not get an appointment.NeighborCare Meridian should do a better job with customer services and try to choose their customers service employees. I will find another institute to establish care. I deserve better.
For anyone terrified of going to the Dentist (I certainly was) this might be a good read.Ive had two appointments with them so far. An emergency check up for Tooth pain and an extraction for said tooth. Both times the staff were nice, and professional. For the first visit, I didnt feel any judgment (even though arguably the state my teeth were in would warrant it) And they did a solid job of informing me about what was going on and what my options were. The tooth extraction while not fun , (One of the roots was hooked into the bone, so it ended up being a 10/10 on the Difficulty scale according to the Dentist.) Left me under the impression that they know what to do. During the entire long procedure the staff was sure to stay in communication with me (I opted for Local anesthetic only), and provided breaks, (and additional anesthetic) as needed. For aftercare they provided instructions both verbal and written, along with pain medicine and instructions and warnings for that as well. The only complaint I have is that they could have provided a few more wads of Gauze, though in all fairness the amount provided was sufficient and I was told Wet teabags could also be used.So to make it clear for anyone worried, Despite coming in for an emergency appointment, soaking wet (Forgot my umbrella), while dressed like a homeless bum (Good clothes were dirty), and having an absolutely neglected mouth, I was met with nothing but kindness and professionalism. And despite having a 10/10 One of the hardest Molars the dentist ever pulled, Tooth extractions, It still didnt match anything close to my worse fears. Though I do have a good pain tolerance. So yeah, if youre avoiding the Dentist, take my word for it, just make an appointment. Theyre nice, Itll be fine.Side-note: Both visits were with different Dentists and Nurses, so my testimony covers four of the employees, which seems a decent sample size to me.
Excellent staff! Even though my son looked like hell coming off alcohol withdrawal the staff treated him with compassion and kindness. The administrators checking him in, doctor and pharmacy. I was very impressed with how helpful everyone was. My son had an appointment to see Dr. Guadalupe Martinez for possible diabetes diagnosis. Dr. Martinez was professional and offered some great advice and direction for my son. Dr. Martinez took extra care in listening to my sons concerns did not judge him, he was transparent and compassionate and patient. I could tell even though my son felt anxious, paranoid, and not sure about the diabetics diagnosis that he felt comfortable with Dr. Martinez answering his concerns and helping him feel better by offering some good advice. Thank you! You made a scary appointment not so scary. We appreciate you all!
Extremely rude staff member blamed me for choosing to use the walk-in service (as recommended by my mental health therapist) then complained about her schedule (as if I had any control over that?) while I was just asking questions/clarifying what I could do to receive help. Lack of compassion and organization. I walked out before she could finish complaining to me.
Love this clinic! I’ve been a patient at Neighborcare for my entire pregnancy and now my daughter is a patient. The midwives at this clinic are fantastic. It’s like talking to a friend or second mother; very comfortable and friendly. Absolutely love Anna and Leslie who have cared for me the majority of my pregnancy and post-pregnancy as well as the other midwives that don’t often work at this location. The nurse or medical assistant Henry is always so kind and whenever he assists me, it’s like family. The receptionists are lovely and overall, everyone here feels like one big family to me. Sometimes they don’t always get you into your appointment on time and sometimes a routine appointment can be long if a doctor or nurse is booked with many patients, but overall I love my experience here. If I plan on a second child, I would definitely want them as part of my health care team and no one else.
Good clinical staff such as dentists (Dr. Kelly) and hygienists (Wayne) but absolutely horrendous support staff (receptionists, phone support, billing). I have been coming here for five years and the review below summarizes my five years of experience. The non-clinical staff talks in a very condescending manner to you, bill incorrectly all the time, and are just plain rude at the reception (interrupting you, trying to guess what you are saying instead of just letting you speak, etc.). This has happened on numerous occasions over the years consistently and its starting to get to me. Today when I came to the facility, the receptionist told me to stop talking while I was explaining what I had already discussed on the phone earlier. This was the last straw. While I hate to leave the great clinical staff here, I will find a different dental practice. They would do so much better if they collected feedback from patients about their non-clinical staff.
Excellent staff, welcoming environment. Dr. DuBois is hands down the best dentist Ive ever had in my life! I have bad anxiety and he was very gentle/calm about the whole procedure. Barely experienced any pain, very thankful for the people who work here.
I am and have been a consumer of their services for a very long time. I love this place and truly believe in their vision. This is a very special place serving the underserved. The folks that work here believe in something and tend to have ideals. They help alot of people. They provide good care and are professional w much outreach into the community around them. The only critique i have is that they should engage more telephone reception people because one has to wait a very long time to speak w a person.
Impossible to reach by phone. I live out of the city and unfortunately this is the only place I can afford. They are impossible to reach by phone to schedule appointments and are always late. My phone call has been going on for 30 minutes trying to reach someone and it just keeps ringing. How am I supposed to plan this appointment if I can’t plan ahead? Oh and after all that they just hung up on me. Just ended the call. Just like that.
I stopped today to inquire about shingle shot #2. I am not a client but the medical check-in staff were very nice, over-accommodating, made every attempt to assist me, a senior citizen. All of them helping clients were upbeat, welcoming and showed concern. Kudos to their team!
The attitude of the employees is very good, they are on time, they guide very well, they do their best to make the patient satisfied . The bathroom and everything is clean , They have good doctors
The drive here is worth it to get an appointment and see my PCP or any medical staff for help. There is no lack of apathy. They try to understand the needs of the patients and develop plans of care that are patient specific. The follow through is wonderful as well. The only complaint is the lab work, takes time to process, but I do not think the medical facility may be at fault here if they use an outside source to process their labs.
Dr Anderson (dental) is single handedly the best, most compassionate and knowledgeable dentist Ive ever been to. She is also informed about what options I have for my insurance and is always happy and friendly.I havent been there for medical or mental health, but if you dont have insurance or the money to pay several thousand for dentistry, this place is perfect for you 👍👍
I recommend Neighborcare Heatlth at Meridian. They understand holistic care and will help you out. I went to 3 clinics with the same problem before coming here and each place prior to them told me nothing was wrong. Neighborcare listened to me, helped me, and resolved what was wrong. I 112% will not be going to a different clinic.
Hello People, I have a very bad health conditions many of them critical and my regular doctor said I need to have an specialist to see me, and to be able to prescribe my regular medications that I’ve been given in the past to be able to be stable and in a good health conditions, and after 30 days of waiting for an “appt” with no sleep and having very bad anxiety, depression, and panic attacks. Just not to mention all others symptoms, I explained my symptoms and described my day to day routine. The doctor was able to diagnosed my situations and prescribe me one of those meds that have been prescribed in my past treatment. I finally felt that I was heard and I was very happy to be able to received help with at least one problem but I truly felt that I was blessed that I would be able to sleep and tried to carry on my day to day life. I received a call 20min after and the dr said I cannot give you the medication that will help you with your sleep and stress because my supervisor said “I cannot give you the meds until I see you in person”, in the meantime make another appt but the wait time is long. I have never heard that in the past, and dr’s don’t offer person’s appt due to the pandemic. the appt’s are offered on phone appt only. I truly feel like that descition wasn’t the dr. I feel like it was an outside descition on my health. I’m very disappointed and I believed it is not legal or ethical on their medicine oath of helping humans. Also the same dr diagnosed was the same as others in the past, the medications that were in his list were medications that he tries not to give but in certain cases he makes an exemptions even do the clinic doesn’t like their doctors to treat patients with certain meds But he knows that those are the only medications that are proved to be a good way of treatment. But now I’m on another 30days waiting time to re do my initial visit. This is very frustrating and I cannot believe I’m left with nothing again, and as is today I have slept 2 to 3hrs per day, and have panic attacks, anxiety, depression. I had to take some other things in order to be able to sleep, and to reduced anxiety, but it doesn’t work. I really having health issues. I’ve been calling almost daily for anyone that have cancelled so I can run over there be get seeing. I had to go to the “ER” and got charged 4K for a panic attack and anxiety symptoms, and they told me to see my reg doctor. I’m suffering a lot.
Im a new patient but so far so good. Ive received outstanding customer service from their representatives, had a thorough phone session with Dr. Miller, and now have scheduled my first vaccination.
I was in and out for my tests very quickly, there were great safety precautions in place, and the staff was amazingly friendly. I have been going to Neighborcare for all of my general medical needs since I came to Seattle and its been wonderful.
Had a horrible experience at this clinic. My appointment was at 3:15pm so I showed up at 2:55. I waited until 4pm without being acknowledged and then asked when I was going to get seen. They said they had forgot that I was there.I usually have great experiences at the Neighborhood Care Clinics but this one is not a good place to go.
I have 2 broken wisdom teeth in my mouth that I have been waiting for a referral so I can have these teeth pulled. Painful. Only appts available 1 month out & by that time I have had takem to many bottles of motrin. Not only the pain But its nasty. Should serve emergency appts. Had a receptionist tell me that its bad to have that so close to ur brain.. and tell me the only appt they can squeeze me into is in 4 1/2 wks 🤨. This place is no good and neither is state insurance bc there is only a select # of dr. Offices that accept WAapple health & theres even less dentist.. 🤔🧐
Good doctors but to call & schedule an appointment is dreadful. I’m on the phone for at least 45 minutes waiting to schedule an appointment for my children. Once I was on hold for over an hour. Absolutely ridiculous
The front desk staff are great: kind, professional, many speak Spanish. The lab technician I had recently, dropped my blood draw equipment on the ground and after touching the ground, touched more kits, then came at me with the same ground-dirty gloves to draw my blood. I told her to stop, and she did! However, she didnt understand what the problem (what her error) was.
Awful menu that tries its best to lock you out of talking to a real human being. Theyve rigged it so that pressing 0 just repeats the menu. You either are on hold for an ungodly long time or you leave a message where no one calls you back. Its so frustrating and cruel. The actual doctors when you go in for an appointment are fine.
Best Public Health center in all of Seattle. I love my doctor. I love my dentist. I love my therapist. I love the care and kindness and deeply held belief that ALL people deserve care, and they serve it up with a smile and competence that warms your heart. Thank you! ❤️
I adore my doctor and each of the assistants that I have spoken to. Up front they keep things moving at a quick pace without ever being rude to their clients. Over all I am extremely satisfied with this place.
Rather go without healthcare than go back here again. Building is nice, but business is bad. Poor excuse for health personnel. Hard to explain, but if you go there, youll see what I mean. The front desk people are great though. They earned one of the stars I gave and everyone upstairs with the WIC team earned the other. Angel and everyone up there are fantastic ❤️ but the healthcare is awful.
My rating of five stars for Neighborcare is informed and well considered as they have been my primary health services provider since March 2015. To begin with they actually have compassionate doctors. Often I have heard people cynically use this term because they believe truely caring doctors do not exist however the staff at Neighborcare are the real thing. As to medical skills Neighborcare has provided me with excellent attention for many problems ranging from post radiation therapy complications to sore throats and even an ingrown toenail. Where any treatment has required attention beyond the scope of their services Neighborcare has provided me with referrals for correct diagnostics and treatments. It is important also to note that my experiences with Nurse Practitioners at Neighborcare inspired every bit as much confidence in their knowledge and abilities as physicians. I could easily go on with more positive details but my review has certainly made its point. Just one final observation: During the coronavirus pandemic it has been my experience that many institutions, whether it be hospitals or stock brokerages, etc, etc, etc have apologized for their services being compromised and referred the user to their websites for better and faster service. (This inevitably turns out to be very frustrating, bad guidance). On the otherhand Neighborcare has truely made efforts to augment their systems rather than make excuses for shortcomings. It is now easier to speak with a nurse if you have a health complaint and you will receive call-backs when promised or if you were not able to reach someone when you first called. They will then take required time to assist. I have experienced that even the operators are willing to expend additional effort to provide useful information. Another final note: Of course for Neighborcare reception I imagine things must be in many ways business as usual. That would involve efficiently and courteously assisting many people from every walk of life, from every point on the globe, speaking many different languages.
Worst experienced that I ever had!!! I was there in Emergency for the tooth check up. The receptionist told me to pay total amount of $ 85.000 before the check up and paid on the spot. After the check up the dentist told me they will call me for the follow up check but they never called me. Rather sending me unwanted billing due amounts.Which I already paid on the same day that I visited. This medical institute is here to rob money instead of providing good medical services to the patients. I would suggest not visit this institute if you live in budget life.
A nice clinic in general. I really like the providers including Moana Wiggins, but Neighborcare front desk staff/patient services and medical assistants can be challenging to interact with- as their patient service skills are mixed bag of new employee, poor systems, friendly/not friendly...
If i could give a zero i would i made an appointment today for my 10 month old child who had a fever and my 2 year old son who was coughing, i was 6 mins late and they refused to see my daughter and wanted me to reschedule. Im never bringing my children here again what kind of human refuses to see an ill child. Do not bring your children here obviously there not gonna care for your children also.
I went in for a financial review to see if I would qualify for a sliding scale. I was told to be there half an hour early, which I was, but was called in for my appointment late. Didnt qualify, if they would have put out that I needed to be within 200% above the poverty line, I would have known that I didnt qualify. Btw, the poverty line for one person in this country is $12,490! I dont know why the poverty line would be so low, to be at or below this line, youd either be dependent on others or homeless. If you make Seattle minimum wage you cant afford a place on your own in the city, but you make too much money for a sliding scale?
It looks like our health clinics are much more friendly, courteous, and spend with the patient more time trying Really to help.Thank you for All that.
Went in because I thought I had a UTI, they tested me and said it was normal no sign of infection so I asked them to do STD test because I know my body and I know some thing was wrong. They did the test and called me 2 days later with results all negative. So I was thinking maybe its in my head. Over the next its getting worse and I wake up at 5sm on a Sunday and my lower back to the right side was in so much pain do I Google clinics open on Sundays and found IMMEDIATE CARE clinic in lake City called And was the first patient of the day got in super fast did the same test turns out I have a severe UTI and kidney infection. Merced the kidney infection was due to waiting so long to get treated for the UTI then she asked me why I waited so long then I had to explain to her how the first doctor missed it. The nurse had explained to me even when people come in for a UTI even if the test comes up negative they still get antibiotics just in case because sometimes its untraceable when its in his early stage but to be safe they get sent home with antibiotics just to be safe. The first doctor didnt offer me nothing and sent me on my way. POOR PRACTICE ILL NEVER GO BACK. UTI IS SO COMMON, IT MAKES ME WONDER WHAT ELSE HE MISSES AND MISDIAGNOSED AND SENDS PEOPLE ON THEIR WAY WITHOUT TREATMENT. SMH😷😷🤧🤧
Well they help my girlfriend out there thats all that matters she made her happy thats all that matters my girl as long as shes happy thats all that matters to me my girlfriend is an awesome woman got a heart of gold and she my best friend my lover my world as long as Cindy is happy thats all that matters to me she got a heart of gold and my soulmate
I just want to give 0 star for receptionists who speaks with you on the phone. Some of them sooooooo rude and some of them speak sooooo poorly. I dont have problem with doctors and nurses. They know their staffs.
Only been there once, so take this with a grain of salt, 5 stars. Everything went smooth and on time.
My Doctor has been with me for ten years. Dr. Jaffe is respectful, caring, supportive and honest. I am lucky to have him as my primary care physician.
Call to refill medication waiting for the phone 2 hours after to 2 hours the phone automatically turn off pharmacy requesting for two time havent received yet.
This is the worst place i’ve been to. every time we come my mother is tired and we come on time and we check in and we have to wait for hours for the doctor to check us in. even when the doctor takes us in, they don’t even have the vaccinations ready and we have to wait another hour. this is so disrespectful and unmindful of people’s time. when i schedule an appointment at 3:30 i want to be in there by 3:30 period. if i could give zero i would.
Very relaxing and quick considering I was emergency walk in... only complaint is Ive been waiting for call back because I needed approval from my Dr for further care. Its been 2 weeks.
I went for a simple cleaning and cavity filling and had an amazing experience! Dr. Lee took good care of my fillings and Aisha was probably the best hygienists ive ever had!
I take my newborn here and they always get us in super quick to avoid any potential exposure waiting in the waiting area its extremely thoughtful and considerate to his tiny immune system other than that this place is always spotless I always see at least one person cleaning and they check you in/out as quickly as possible
The medical staff are good but the billing department and eligibility process for financial aid is a giant fiasco wrapped in a hairball. If you don’t have insurance I’d definitely look elsewhere for care.
The staff are always professional and pleasant. I’ve never had mishaps or a bad experience of any kind. This facility is a jewel 💎 to our community.
I waited in the switching pediatricians didnt get seen until an hour after my set appointment terrible experience there we will not be going back again one of the worst places Ive been to in Seattle
Never apply job here !There are Few doctors ,who will make your day andbrain miserable at work !Stress non stop and complain unlimited though you do right or wrong !Alert 🚨 newcomers
This place is a nightmareDoctors are overstaffed, administratively its a disaster, and the service is garbageI came for both medical and mental and got neither. I was set up for multiple appointments I had to bus thru town to get to, only to be told when I get there Im not even on file. No one has any idea whats going on and theres no one you can hold accountable for. I cant recommend avoiding this place enough
I just left the clinic... the 2 ladies sitting at the front office are useless bad attitude the Spanish ladies and the other one is skinny with a glasses both seating next to each other . I was just asking them to explain something... the next thing I see is ignorance... I just spoke with the supervisor and left will never go there again
I called for an emergency appointment and unfortunately nothing was available which is fine but ....the gentleman that answered the phone had an unnecessary rude attitude that I didnt appreciate. (Friday 9/9 3:20pm)
Neighborcare is a nonprofit public health clinic that accepts Molina, Applecare, Medicare/Medicade and other insurance. They can provide on-site mental health counseling (including walk-in), and have a comprehensive dental clinic as well (may be a sugnificant wait). Pharmacy services and case management.
Awesome staff, non-judgemental and helpful dentists and doctors. Myself and all my children have been coming here for years. We love it.
This is the best dental clinic. Dr park and Stacy made my day today! I totally forgot that this was a dentist appointment. Thanks a lot guys! You re the BEST!
I absolutely love this place! Its a one stop shop for every thing you need to stay healthy. It has doctor dentist and mental health all in one place. You cant beat that!
The dental clinic is really impressive. I was delightfully surprised at how beautiful it is inside the building and impressed with the staff in the dental clinic. Wonderful caring professionals.
Dr. Felix lao was a great help, very patient with exalent comunication skills aswell as calming. thanks for your help
The place is fine, but the parking is behind and one should turn on 105th street after the office going south or before the building going north..Google map doesnt tell you that.
Scheduled appointment, came in for TWO issues during appointment that seemed serious to me. Was told they only had time for one and to pick which to be seen for that day. Are you serious? Take your time and care for your health somewhere else.
$27 + tip for a six minute haircut with cutter having an attitude. Had to come home and clean up the sideburns and the top of my head.
Remodeled and very nice inside and out. The people here are friendly and helpful. Low stress environment where you can get the help you need.
This is my home for my health care with my amazing PCP Dr. Sholund to Nurse Collie who helped me today ❤️.
Have been trying to get an appointment for a week and no one answers or calls back when I leave a number. It is so aggravating and disrespectful!
Ive never had a bad visit. If I wasnt scheduled to be seen on that day, the staff would squeeze me in.
I love this new location. It feels very comfortable and they make sure you have a wonderful experience here. Friendly staff!! 😊
These people actually care about your health and well-being. Theyre not motivated by a bottom line, theyre simply interested in keeping you healthy.
Dont go to dr WongReally not gentle at allCocky and sarcasticI was scared out of my wits and I asked him how long he would be drilling and he was telling me five years or five months I thought that was very inappropriateWill never come back to this dentist but will use anotherHis assistant was awesome, nice friendly and 10 thumbs up for her, too bad she wasnt the dentist.
Thank you for seeing me as a drop in after arriving 5 mins late in a cab to UW Sports Medicine across the street.Your people really put patients first.
Gentle healthcare workers, dignity is a high priority here. Beautiful building is a nice bonus.
Nice, professional and conscientious staff. It’s been my primary clinic for more than 8 years.
Front desk (Tasha) is the worst I have ever seen; she is disrespectful and not willing to answer yes or no question. I am sorry, she doesnt deserve to be there.
They helped in so many ways that saved my life. They helped through my transition and I hold them dearly in my heart.
Pharmacy can’t answer a simple question without being really rude.
This place is criminal in how they handle their billing. Avoid them at all costs. They will tell you that you owe nothing every time you ask when leaving, and never mail you a bill. But they will send you to collections!
There is an idiot at front desk with glasses he doesn’t know anything and I don’t know how they put him as a helper over here needs to be checked out who should be working!.. I have been waiting over 2 hours!...
Well laid out. Everyone was exceedingly helpful. Doctor was easy to talk to and very informative.
Always a joy and they do so good with my daughter she never crys.
They are not really interested in helping the person involved with care but put up a good front
Been going here for 4 years,Sally at the front desk t.y for all your help and support you have given me 💜
Dental department best dentist I have ever had, considerate and very good at what they do
They help you with certain things. The wait time is long and sometimes the session seems rushed .
Clean, beautiful exterior, friendly representatives and furniture is comfortable. Would recommend
Doctor made a mistake. I dread coming. They forced me to sign papers. I hate them.
Fantastic community clinic. Medical and Dental, adults and children. With Valley Cities (Citys?) Psychiatric clinic in the same building
Very friendly staff, I felt very comfortable and welcomed. Totally recommend
The nicest people work there and they really do care. Im going back!
Good people, good healthcare. Nurses are awesome and always willing to listen!
They played Steely Dan and Fleetwood Mac while we waited. How cool is that?

They are very friendly and the doctors are good.
Our family biggest problem is that you never see the same doctor
If your opponent is at 5 youre most likely to get in at 6
Excellent knowledgeable staff and of course herbal care.
