Dr. Phan is terrific. Knows his stuff and is incredibly friendly. Very easy to open up to about symptoms or lack thereof. Entire staff is great. They treat you with a warm, caring touch. Not like you are a customer. These are the people to see if you are in need of urgent non-emergency care. Highly recommended.
We have been here a handful of times, I can say scheduling on line and getting in and being seen for my concerns have been a fantastic experience. The one thing I keep having an issue with and Ive witnessed is the level of privacy and treatment from an employee by the name of Gracie. I have witnessed hearing her openly talk to a patient about their visits and outcomes in the front reception area so loudly we could all hear her, not the patient , just her. Even when the patients expressed concerns she was very dismissive. And then when the patients would leave she can be heard openly talking about them to her coworker, making jokes of the situation. When it came to my experience she was not nice. Her mannerism is very off-putting and not professional. She even made snark remarks about my situation and how that was waste of her time. (from one of my visits) As an employee of Mercy Hospital I can tell you I am very disappointed that she is allowed to behave this way. I kept trying to make excuses for her, knowing that we can all have bad days but after going there enough times to see this is just how she is and it should be addressed. One star because even though my experience with the doctors was great, but having someone like Gracie in the front office as a representative of your place of business is detrimental to your company and doesnt match our ministrys ways here at Mercy.
When all the other urgent cares were closed Friday after Thanksgiving (this one was open and I was able to take my toddler to be seen. Got him checked out and some prescription for his diagnosis. Highly recommend this location.
The quick and very friendly service, friendly receptionist and the MA was so nice and too the chance to make me smile and put me at ease. The Dr who looked at my ears (I have a double ear infection) was quick, efficient and extremely nice
I’m not one to usually write reviews, i was skeptical about coming here and i felt like it was a total waste of time and money.As soon as you walk in it’s just about your insurance and how they are gonna get paid. they didn’t even ask what’s going on with me. If you do not have insurance you will have to pay full amount out of pocket right then and there. I have health insurance and still had to pay a copay. I felt judged and taken unserious. As somebody who works in mercy hospital , i would never treat my patients how they treated me. Doctor talked so fast i couldn’t even understand half the things he said. he was in and out. Again, waste of time.
I drive from the other side of town to come and see these guys in this clinic, when I’m in need for allergies and head and chest congestion. Easy Speasy, enjoyable and great all around.

I have to visit urgent care several times a year unfortunately for either asthma or poison ivy. This is the best and most efficient visit I have ever had! Dr. Phan was awesome!

Friendly staff who understands using Tricare/Humana Military. Talked to us before performing a procedure and gave us clear after-care instructions.
Overcharged for my copay. Tried calling the # pressed 2 for billing and automated system conveniently hangs up. No way to call for billing issues. I called mercy customer service # and they directed me back to the mercy urgent care. They have no way to address billing issues unless you go in person.
Nice, clean, pleasant environment, staff very friendly and attentive to your needs. Was in and out I recommend anyone to this facility.
Please do us all a favor and discontinue the use of temporal thermometers. It’s 2x in the past month I’ve been in with. 102-103.5 fever and told I am 97.8. I had to request an ear thermometer which showed accuracy.The first time I was told, “Your probably just feel hot to yourself.” And the second time was, “Well these are pretty accurate, but let me see if we have one.”

I’ve always had a positive experience here. Staff is friendly. They listen, ask questions/find solutions all while maintaining a friendly positive attitude. Seems simple enough, however I’ve had several opposite experiences at many other ‘urgent care’ centers in my area. Mercy-Go Health is good about getting you in/out quickly and getting your scripts called in promptly as well. From the time I walk in, see doc, pick up scripts and get back home is never more than a hour!*They’re also great with kids!
Quick, kind, and always helpful. we were in and out within ten minutes. Script was ready 15 mins later.
As soon as I arrived they got me back to a room took my vitals and a doctor was in to see me. He looked over my knee and prescribed me meds and I was out. I didnt spend more than 20 minutes in there. Plus they were super friendly!

I’ve been to sooo many medical facilities in my life. And I’ve been here specifically twice in one week now. Kristi went above and beyond both times- not just for me but for my 3yr old also. I felt comfortable and was seen immediately.This is a clean, new office and I felt like I was receiving top notch care from the entire staff. Dr. Katy and Dr Phan were the best providers I’ve dealt with in a while. While quick and to the point, the thoroughness of their exams was impressive.My son received 6 stitches in his chin. He’s 3. Dr. Katy was tender and loving- reassuring and talking to him throughout the entire process.I can’t say enough good things about this team. I truly recommend this place to anyone + this will be my home base for urgent cares.He ended up getting stitches removed with this pediatrician, but for no other reason than his doctor wanting to say hello also! Otherwise, I would’ve happily been back a 3rd time! Thanks so much to all of you. Truly incredible!

I have been to the mercy urgent care in moore numerous times! It is my go to place if I cant make it to my PCP. Everyone there are always so nice and caring! And they get you in and out as fast as they can but while also always answering all your questions and meeting your needs. They understand when you are sick you just want to go home and go to bed. I have always had great experiences at this clinic!
Were in-between PCP right now so when the viruses hit early this year, we came here. So pleasantly surprised at the clinic was so professional and quick. Every staff member was kind and helpful. We absolutely wish this could be our primary care clinic. Thanks to the great health workers here!
If I could leave no stars I would. I have taken my son here the last 3 times he has been sick. First of all he has seen a Nurse Practitioner the last 3 times. Both of them are so rude and hardly assess my child. I see other reviews that there is a doctor. Well when we first starting going here there was a doctor and it was great. My son anyways hasn’t seen a doctor the last few visits. There is no one ever in there. Yet the nurse practitioner walks in so irritated and acts like she has just had the worse day of her life. So we left today and my son is more than sick with a cold. Most likely sinus infection because he is prone to those. So instead I get to take him to him to his primary care now. The MA however was nice and did swab him for some viruses. This place use to be great. Knew you would be taken care of. Guess NP are now doctors running the place. I usually don’t leave reviews but this is 3 times leaving that place thinking WTH!

My PCP was all booked up so I came here. There was literally no wait to get seen. Dr Pham and staff got me examined, diagnosed and sent my Rx to my preferred pharmacy very quickly. I was in and out in twenty minutes. This is a good clinic with good staff.

We brought our daughter here on new years day. Check in was much simpler than other urgent cares weve used in the past. Staff was fast, friendly and efficient. My daughter was in a lot of pain and both nurse and doctor showed true concern and compassion for her. I also received an invoice for the lab and the scan to pay now option was so easy and convenient.

At the Mercy Go Health Urgent Care Moore location the PA Carol E Siniard was egregiously unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. After being in pain for 6 days and standing in the waiting area and the treatment room for an hour to attempt to relieve the pain. She entered the treatment room and asked me why I was being seen for, which is a standard experience. After two sentences she began to speak over me and tell me that it was muscle pain. I attempt to finish describing the last 6 days of my symptoms and again She began to speak over me. I began to touch the area that is in pain and she then does a physical exam and again tells me it’s muscle pain. I again attempt to state how much pain I’m in and how it feels like a pain inside and not a muscle pain. She begins to tell me how she’s been doing this for years and attempts to show me a diagram of anatomy After leaving this location I immediately went to another urgent care facility a block away and was quick diagnosed with a kidney infection. Carol was negligent in her care of me and her treatment regarding my concern were ignored because she clearly decided my treatment plan before entering my room. I hope that she receives training to address her treatment of patients and some continuing education on how to evaluate patients. . I begin to cry and express how I badly I’ve been hurting for 6 days and how I feel like something is seriously wrong. I explain to her that I don’t believe that she’s understanding how much pain I’m in and how something is wrong with me and I’ve tried ibuprofen and I’m still in intense pain. She then advised me that I needed to have compassion for her because she’s trying to help me and since I don’t want her help she’ll give me discharge paperwork to go somewhere else. I then asked what were the results from the testing that was completed shortly after I checked in an hour ago. She then advised me of my results and stated that since she and I “can’t mesh” I should just go somewhere else. I’ve NEVER been treated like a burden to a healthcare provider. After leaving this location I immediately went to another urgent care facility a block away and was quickly diagnosed with a serious condition. Carol was negligent in her care of me and her treatment regarding my concern were ignored because she clearly decided my treatment plan before entering my room. I hope that she receives training to address her treatment of patients and some continuing education on how to evaluate patients.

I was pleased with the efficiency of the clinic. The P.A. I saw that day had very good bedside manner. I felt like he listened, and gave me good sound advice for dealing with possible COVID. I was in and out within 30 mins. He called promptly the next day with my test result. I would definitely go back again. I may take my kids there for their physicals, it was so quick and easy.
We came in for a flu shot for my 3 yr old. Check in was friendly, quick and effective. Wait times, executed as displayed, are clearly mark on a screen in the lobby. Facility was also spotless!The nurse practitioner was absolutely amazing! She was so caring, gentle and quick. She even made a point, not to say the word shot in front of my daughter. This may seem trivial to most...but this is a huge deal for any parent trying to avoid an epic meltdown from a tiny human!!!
Quick, had an appointment, which was made 3-4 hours same day prior. They were really nice with me and my 9 year old for a covid test and basic level checks. It was clean, no line. Id go back.
If zero stars was an option this place would get it. Not a single person in the lobby, no patients being seen, but would not see my son because we didnt go online to make an appointment. This is an URGENT Care. Do you make an appointment to go to the ER? They literally told us we had to leave and couldnt see us. DO NOT GO HERE! They dont care. They rather sit and do nothing than take care of people coming in. If you can go literally ANYWHERE else, do it!

Not a pleasant experience taking my dad Monday evening. When walking into only one couple in the lobby initially but after nearly an hour of not even being acknowledged for check in yet, I ask and the response I get is yelled at... if my dad wasn’t so sick I would have walked. I’ve experienced rudeness in the medical field before. I can understand it can be stressful. Especially now. However the characteristics I seen of this woman shows me she should not be in a profession of helping others as she continued to be hateful! As a mercy patient myself this was my clinic but I will not be back nor will my family.
Just want to thank Carol and her staff. They are very professional, compassionate, and patient. Very rare to find at a urgent care facility. We have seen Carol in Norman and Moore. Would drive where ever she is on any given day to see her!! She listens to her parents and makes sure you leave knowing your on the road to recovery!! I can not brag on her enough! Victoria

Everyone was so incredibly nice! I went in for a travel Covid test after having gotten one at Walgreens just to find out it wouldn’t work. Within an hour or 2 from finding out, I was able to get in, get my results right away, that i had exactly what I needed on the results form, and even making sure I could upload it to the travel page. They were incredible, from the front desk person to the PA who saw me!

We have had fast, friendly service here in the past. This time, my wife with moderate to severe asthma, requested Paxlovid for a positive COVID-19 result. Dr. Gordon flat refused despite the EUA from the FDA and it being safe enough for the President of the United States to use. His feelings are more important than my wifes life, I guess.

The doctor didnt want to test for anything. He just looked in ears and said we had ear infections. Turns out we had covid. The need to test NO MATTER WHAT. NOT BECAUSE THE DOC DOESNT WANT TO..He said ewr infections are contagious..WRONG. its cold etc that cause eer infections thats contagious.. I WILL not be back. This has happened 2-3 times with thisnsame doc on not testing...SMH.
I dont have a problem complaining about $35.00, but when you try to communicate regarding said bill and find out it has been turned over to a collection agency, Im very disappointed with this group. Yes, its $35.00, yes I called to inform you I had not only 1 insurance but 2 and have never had to pay for any services ever. After almost a year later, with no other communication, I assumed whoever I spoke to, did their job, apparently that wasnt the case, until now, when I received a collection letter. Yes, its $35.00 and I feel like Im paying for this twice. DO YOUR JOB!!!!

They got me and my family in quickly for Covid testing where other places were forcing appointments days later. PA Bob was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely gentle with the test. Very much recommended.

1st time - This has to be the worst ran healthcare facility me and my wife have ever been too. The sign says walk in welcome BUT I tried calling before hand and no answer. I arrive at the location and stand and wait for a few minutes before the receptionist came out of the back as the NP was sitting halfway to the back. The receptionist then says I need an appointment and sets it and says that she will text me the info to filly out before i return. I tried calling again with no answer. I get there for the appointment and let her know I did not get the info that she was supposed to text me. So she takes my insurance and DL and fills out the info herself. I see the NP and she sends prescriptions to the pharmacy. I go to pick them up and find out they only received 1. The pharmacy and I try to call with no luck. SO I have to go back to the clinic to find out what happen. For some reason it did not transmit 1. So while waiting to figure it out I ask the receptionist does your phone not ring. Her answer Our area supervisor tells us not to answer the phone cause we are too busy well guess what THAT IS PART OF WHY YOU ARE THERE. Granted there was only 2 people max in clinic. So being sick and filling miserable I had to make 3 trips to the clinic. Second thing you are getting 4 times the calls cause you are not answer the phone. If you answer the phone it would reduce you calls DRAMATICALLY. Only thing positive I have to say the NP was very people oriented.2nd Visit - myself and wife were schedule to have covid test. 1 hour before test get text saying clinic closed schedule with Norman location. So we schedule with the Norman location the next day. Pull up and sign on door that says we are not going to open until later today. No call or text to let us know. So we found another clinic that is much more helpful and will be using them from now on.Follow up to your response - I understand and have patience. The problem is your clinics WILL NOT answer the phone causing people to have to drive all the way there because it says walk in clinic to be turned away because they need appointments. Also closing clinics you should CALL the people with appointments. Also there is no way to leave a message as the people that call over and over take up all the space and your clinics DO NOT CHECK them and call those patients back. Again the worst ran clinics in OKC. I just hope people read this and dont waste their time. If you want to be taken care of and have someone communicate with you goto Classen Urgent care. They are fully staffed with more than 2 people there and they answer the phones.
The doctor thats been there for awhile is very nice and kind. If you make an appointment you will be in and out in no time. But make an appointment with all thats going on now they are so busy. But not to worry they will take good care of you.

NOT very cautious of Covid-19 for a health facility..And after getting my results back, I’m positive for Covid-19! That means they endangered their patients more than they had to. I’ll explain.Last time I got tested, it was at Access Medical. You call in, staying in your car. You give them your info over the phone. They call you when they’re ready for you. You walk up and test. It’s a 60-second process. In fact, the test was done outside. I didn’t touch any forms. Didn’t transfer any documents or germs, and wasn’t inside or near other patience. Just showed my ID. They understood not to touch it.My experience at Mercy GoHealth (not employees fault): I call when I arrive and get no answer. I called 4 times and it went to voicemail. The number on their site and Google. So I am forced to enter the building with other sick patients. I ask the woman if we can do paperwork over the phone and that I’d like to do as much as I can outside of the building. She said yes I will send you a link and you can just come in at your appointment time.Here’s the thing. I went to my car and filled out the form. Came in for my appointment, and the woman asked me questions that were on the form. Seems like she had to fill it out on her end too? This took 10 minutes. And I had to HAND her my insurance and ID. THEN I had to sign a digital pad with a digital pen, and then sign ANOTHER form with a different pen. All while being in there with other patients sitting and waiting, entering the building, exiting the building. Lots of germs and breath being transferred. She asked me for symptoms which I already filled out.Then for payment, I had to hand her my card. I can’t even swipe it. There’s no machine. All these germs being transferred. It’s ridiculous for a place called GoHealth. Not only that, but the test should not have been $75. Covid testing is covered by my insurance but she said they don’t honor insurance for Covid tests at Mercy GoHealth. She said “I’m just telling you what I was told.”Then they send me to a back room where I’m asked my symptoms again.. this is all redundant and a waste of time. After my test, another woman came in and asked me my symptoms. Are you kidding me lol.A literal 1 minute procedure was 25 minutes. Obviously could have been worse but Access Medical was such a better experience.I will say one good thing about this was that the test was NOT painful like my last one. She didn’t go that deep inside my nose, and she gently twisted the swap. No bad feelings. The one at Access Medical went deep inside and messed up my sinuses for the entire day. That right there MIGHT be worth the $75.But the lack of health safety precautions during a pandemic really blows it. And that’s on GoHealth, not the employees just following procedure.
I didn’t have to wait long to see a doctor.
In an attempt to get a response from someone, I am leaving this review.I have emailed the billing department multiple times about my issue, I believe I have four tickets open at this time.I visited the location in Norman in January 2020 and had AMAZING care. Got a bill- as I expected- in March. I paid it. Then I got the bill again in April. I emailed and didnt get a response. Then I got a bill for the same visit, but a smaller amount in July. I emailed. Havent gotten a response. I got the bill again in August. I emailed. Havent gotten a response. Now its September and guess what? I got the bill again. I emailed. I then found another email in a one star google review and emailed that email. I tried calling but I either sit on hold forever or today I got an automated message that the office is closed for a meeting.I just want someone to explain to me why I keep getting this bill. I paid my bill in full in March. I should not owe anything else. The billing department is a JOKE and is making my life MISERABLE. Im scared that this is going to go to collections and mess up my credit score, which is not fair. I paid the bill in full in March. I do not see how I still owe anything.Someone PLEASE just reach out to one of my many tickets. Or call me back. Or SOMETHING.

Great courteous service. Knowledgeable and caring staff. My wife and I agree it is our go to Urgent care facility.
Made an appointment for 9am, signed on 3-5 min early like the email instructed, waited on hold for a virtual appointment for nearly 4 hours before hanging up with no answer.
Very nice staff. Thorough & comforting. Very clean facility with hand sanitizer, masks & kleenex available.

Im having a bad reaction from allergies and they turned me away without seeing me because I didnt have the full copay my husband came here a few months ago and they saw him with no issues what Im sick with can be dangerous and they decided to turn me awayI hope Im able to make it to an ER or urgent care with my throat closing up being a Mercy Co-worker we were taught not to turn any patient away Im not sure what is going on at this location
They are always amazing when we come in, they remember my daughter, and know she is special needs, and they do their best to keep her as happy as they can.

Horrible. Will not be back. Wait times are awful. Check in process is a mess. Personal questions being asked to patients from receptionist from across the room. Just a cluster.

I had a virtual visit set up for 2:30 PM.... Im still logged in and waiting an hour later. All I wanted was to get tested due to symptoms.

Apparently they are unavailable to answer the phone.... tried on several days and times. To show up and they refused to see my son because of his age... which is why I tried calling before going.
