My 6 year old daughter has been misdiagnosed twice at this urgent care .. had I not a diligent parent and figured out she has walking pneumonia that the doctor didn’t catch……The doctor that saw my daughter was so quick to say everything was fine because her vitals were fine at that current moment ….When I took her back the second time at a mercy, urgent care the doctor was more thorough .. and even then didn’t catch the pneumonia my daughter had . This happened again, two months ago when she had an outer ear infection and inner ear infection.. this location needs to work on connecting with the patients and being sure they’re being thorough. See I’m not the only one with the issue . . .

They were more concerned with getting rid of me as quick as possible rather than really examining my shoulder. Poked a few spots and told me nothing too terrible is wrong and said to come back in 2 weeks if the pain got worse. Then I went to an orthopedic and was told a day later I need an MRI because it could possibly be an issue not to wait on.My wife called to speak to someone because the staff needs to be better trained, and if they are not too expirenced then that is okay, just be honest and say you do not know and refer me. My wife is still waiting on a call back from management, I guess Im still not a priority like I wasnt when I was a patient.

Great Experience! Extremely efficient, great people at every point of contact from check in to nurse to doc! Great physical facility! Felt everyone focused on my health issue, quickly diagnosed my problem and had me out the door with a prescription called in to my Pharmacy. No waiting! I was able to make an appointment!!! Highly recommend!

My son broke his foot, and we were told he’d be referred to an orthopedist. Unfortunately, that never happened. I had to call three separate times just to get the referral we were promised. The lack of care and response from their team was extremely negligent, and it added unnecessary stress during an already difficult situation. I’m very disappointed in the service we received.

Not very friendly upon entering no acknowledgment made. Stood for for about 3 minutes & finally they acknowledged me only because the girl walked up to the desk.The guy not so good not even I’m sorry how may I help you, nothing.Even with an appointment had to wait said had to clean the room. Which is good. Got tested again for Covid said negative the girl testing it was having trouble reading the response took her several minutes not so sure she knew how to read the test result, the next day went to VA tested positive. Will not go back to this location.

If you want to check for strep, covid or flu - this is the place to go. You will get in quickly! If you have literally anything else, you will be wasting your time and money. I have been twice in last two years… both times I felt as if I was bothering them for even coming in and no plan of how to treat my symptoms was discussed other than just wait to see if you get better, then try coming in again. 😕

I walked in at 7:10, told it was too late had appointments already. I had UTI.Not one other person could be seen.I asked if hours were until 8 pm as it says on sign welcoming walk-ins.Another time I was there around in waiting area , It was a little after 5 pm.Heard man at desk tell caller it would be a 3 hour wait and to call back next day.After the above mentioned experience of being turned away, we want to clinic at Northwest Expressway and Rockwell, took less than 5 minutes . Same story, except they were booked until 10 pm.I saw now open signage draped across front of north MacArthur clinic yesterday. I understand necessity of trying to remind area that they are open.But only under employees terms, not as advertised.I have received good care there a few times to be fair.I have been a My Mercy patient for years and have have received excellent care.Perhaps a shopper would be wise, give an idea of how your employees run your business.I do not need a cookie cutter response.Just thought you could use info and change hours, conditions of care.Thanks for reading...hope its helpful.Nina Armstrong

Reception was courteous and efficient. Layla( my great grand daughter) was seen quickly. Barbara was very kind and sweet to Layla. She was friendly and made her feel safe before even touching her at all. After she did a strep and a COVIDtest, Layla said I really like Ms Barbara, she was so gentle with that swab! I want to come here next time I get sick! The provider came in right after and was also very kind and focused on Layla ( 8years old) understanding the advice she was giving about the current CDC guidelines for Covid.We felt well cared for throughout our visit.

Absolutely a horrible place to work for. Specifically, Dr Gomez as the assistant medical Director is extremely intimidating and I would even go as far as saying bullying. Unfortunately, the upper administration has no idea does not do their own research. Bonuses for the staff are based on NOT overwriting antibiotics and steroids, yet when patients complain and write bad reviews about you (about not getting the antibiotics/steroids) the same company does not support you and condemns you for “bad reviews”. They do not support their staff when they are mistreated by the patients. Specifically, when patients come in verbally assaulting you and calling you curse words throughout the clinic, the situation gets turned around on you as the employee. I would never recommend working for this company as they do not support you as their employee. I personally saw someone get fired from there almost every month. Shame on you, Mercy. Shame on you, Gohealth. Shame on you, Dr Gomez!

I visited the Mercy Urgent Care on 122nd & MacArthur around 10 AM on a week day. The check-in process was quick & easy. I had a short wait before being seen. The NP who saw me was friendly & knew her business. They fixed me up, and had me on my way in short order. Altogether, it was as good an experience as I can imagine having at an urgent care. If I had to go to an urgent care again, Id go to them.

I had tried to make a reservation for my tests through my primary care doctors, and was told they had no openings yesterday, so I was very thankful that I was able to walk into your office and get the tests with results within a few minutes!! Your crew did a great job of taking care of me. Thanks! My only drawback was the fact that I received no paperwork there showing my visit and no information on the costs. Thankfully, I did find the record of my visit and results when I went on MyMercy.

Not this clinics fault, but the company as a whole.Online says same-day x-ray. Attempted to call to confirm but theres no option to speak to an actual human being. Arrive at clinic and reception informs me that there is no tech today.Speaking with someone AT the clinic would have saved me time, money, and heartache.Had to hobble to the next ER with a broken foot.

I am really torn about my experience with Mercy Go. The people there were nice enough but by their own admission. I had been coming there for a month and a 1/2 with congestion, Horrible headache, my throat hurt. I had mucus rolling down my throat. I had a horrible cough and was coughing up stuff. I was wheezing, which meant asthma. They were very nice. They gave me a cough syrup. They gave me an inhaler. They gave me a different inhaler. They gave me steroids. They told me it was allergies. I want to point out they looked at my throat. They never looked in my ears. They never looked in my nose. And they knew all of this about me. I told them Im gonna need an antibiotic. Yes, I have allergies every year. It usually goes into this. I usually get my inhalers. A cough syrup in an antibiotic. And I get it cleared up and I continue doing what im already doing, which is taking my allergy medicine. I made 3 or 4 trips there. It was a total waste of my time and theirs. I told them I needed an antibiotic repeatedly, and I refused to give me one telling me. It was allergy when I actually saw an actual m. D he immediately told me I had a horrible sinus infection and I got antibiotics. And guess what in 1 day? Im already amazingly better in 2 days. My calf had all but stopped. Im on my third day of antibiotics and im almost back to normal. They do not have NMD at these mercy. Gaps, they are only nurse practitioners, and for some unknown reason to me. And Ive never had a problem with them before. They are refusing to give people antibiotics. I want to point out. It had been over a year since I had antibiotics given to me, so there was no reason for them not to do it. I am 62 years old. And I have had allergies and this situation going on for as long as I have memories. If someone tells you what they need, you might wanna consider they know what theyre talking about. And Mercy may need to consider putting doctors in there. Because it is ridiculous to go to the doctor there. For a month and a 1/2, probably 3 or 4 visits and not get the medicine. You need and be literally sick for that long and getting sicker. Continually, Im sorry, Nice is not competent, And it doesnt get the job done! So if youve been to Mercy goes several times and youre still sick. Please seek the advice of a medical doctor because theyre not gonna give you the medicine you really need. Theyre just gonna give you medicine to keep coming back and never get well.

People are very caring and compatissante with the patients. They will tell u the time of wait if they are busy if not they will take care of you. I always go to the 122nd & McArthur office if i cannot have an close appointment with my personal physician at Mercy.I will recommande that office to everyone.Thank you to the whole stuff. Told I could go to Nichols Hills and I could get in.THREE HOUR WAIT with zero appointments.Do not bother with these people. This review is for the 122nd and MacArthur. I have had UTI s since I was six years old. I went to this clinic a few months back when I thought I was getting a UTI and they gave me antibiotics but apparently that time my culture came back negative. Today I have a severe UTI. I am 53 years old and I know when it’s happening it’s been happening my entire life. This woman with the glasses Refused to give me antibiotics until a 48 hour culture grown. I have never in my life had a doctor - Well, sorry I know they’re not doctors, they are just nurse practitioners- But I have never had someone refuse to give me antibiotics for a UTI. It is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever experienced and I will never return to this Clinic nor will my family and friends.. What’s more is they treated me as though I am a drug seeker.- I am seeking antibiotics!! She said I have to wait 48 hours for the culture to come back. 48 Hours of misery. By the time their culture comes back, My real doctor will have heavily called in my antibiotics. Clearly this woman does not suffer with UTtIs. If she had ever had one in her life, she would have been far more compassionate, and understanding to someone who has had them their entire life. What’s more she offered to Covid test or flu test me. I am the administrator of long-term care facility. I am not an idiot. And I will never return to someone was such a poor bedside manner and lack of compassion! If you see the funky glasses. Run! She does not care. I wish upon her the symptoms I experience perhaps then she would be more empathetic and compassionate with patients who have chronic UTIs.

The “Doctor” gave nothing but attitude and disrespect. Couldn’t tell the results of my test so took a vote around the office instead of retesting. When I asked to retest, She looked at me with attitude, said it’s accurate and moved on. Quick service with knowledgeable and courteous staff.In my 20 minute visit I was processed as a new client, ushered into examination room, vitals taken, examined, discussed treatment and next steps, sent my Pharmacy a prescription (was notified by CVS 15 minutes after leaving Urgent Care my prescription was ready for pick up).I call that an Awesome experience!!!

Quality is defined as the degree of excellence of something - and that is how I can best describe my experience with Dawn Womack, Stevie Gravel and Kim Tate at Mercy Go-Health Urgent Care - quality, excellence and an incredibly informative visit in a professional and technologically advanced clinical setting. Although they were not able to assist with my specific issue, they immediately acted on my behalf arranging for me to be received at the emergency room as my condition was beyond their scope of care. What a team! And what a blessing! Had I not received their caring, their time and their professional opinions, my situation would have turned out very differently. They knew they were not telling me what I wanted to hear, BUT they were determined to meet the needs of my medical issue without delay. This kind of dedication simply does not exist in our space today, especially with the level of empathy and caring they exhibited being aware of my own level of anxiety. 5-Star Team! Because of their fast action and assistance, my leg is so much better, and I am so thankful for each and every one of them!!!

I had an appointment at 8am and I arrived at 7:57am and someone came to the door and told me that I needed to wait 3 minutes because “the doors don’t open til 8:00am” .. she just opened the door? So whatever I waited 5 whole minutes and tried to re-enter at 8:02am and the doors were still locked. Same lady let me in.I get to my appointment thinking I can just ask for tamiflu because I was about to travel and be in contact with someone with the flu. I have been told by many you can do this and you would think these people would want to do their best to try to prevent illness ..no. The nurse or whoever checking me in was rude and looked completely unprofessional and said she needed to check my vitals if I wanted to see the Dr. and she then told me they don’t just prescribe Tamiflu and I needed to be tested for the flu. I just left. This wasn’t my first time here. They’re always rude here. Will go to Integris next time.

I’ve given a review from Monday directly to them that obviously won’t be posted. Just know I didnt go there for the place to be clean or the staff friendly. I went because I had a serious case of bronchitis which I have a lifetime of experience with but the dr didn’t care. Wouldn’t give me antibiotics but told me if I still felt bad in 10 days to come back & maybe get them! If you know that you need antibiotics, have them do a white blood count or phlegm culture - they probably won’t but you never know.

Unbelievable. Inconsiderate. Flippant. In complete disregard of HIPPA. $85 a visit to be yelled at and hung up on. Dawn is phenomenal and that’s a great place to go if she can help you. I called and spoke Aracelly and told her my throat was still in a lot of pain. She immediately said I had to come in. Then, she hung up on me. After that I got the Provider - Jennifer. She also didn’t ask any questions about my identity, and she just started barking at me about how it hadn’t been 48 hours - it has. She showed zero compassion and was in such a rush to get me off the phone. No one asked about how my throat felt or cared that I was a sick patient. Your name of your business is mercy. You should Google that. It’s a tragedy that Dawn has to share an office with such rude humans.

All my experiences here up until the one today with JENNIFER PARROT, NP aka the one with the big red glasses have been good so I dont want to just give the facility 1 star... but Ms. Parrot deserves -10 stars. The MULTIPLE other reviews about being hateful, lacking empathy, and not being helpful at all are 100% accurate. I am surprised they allow someone like her to work for Mercy.My daughter was running a 102 fever so I decided to take her to an urgent care. We heard the front desk ask Jennifer Parrott do you want me to swab her for COVID or flu? She said I dont care. Ask the parents then Jennifer comes in and says why are you here I said well my daughter doesnt feel good and before I can go over any details she said obviously, elaborate... uhm okay? My daughter has a fever, shes been coughing, and we have a son at home with asthma so wanted to get her checked out. She says kids can run fevers up to 105 and any delsum or zarbees will help with a cough. Go to Walgreens across the street for some.Why be a provider AT AN URGENT CARE that is meant for acute illnesses then just be short and hateful to people for coming in for just that?!She had a fever and I needed to know if she has an ear infection AND NEEDS A PRESCRIPTION (she has already had to have tubes at 8 months because she gets them often) or something else. Also if my daughter had COVID, I need to know so I can watch my son with asthma closely.Also, you can not use any delsum or zarbees for a 2 year old - so the medical advice she offered wasnt even accurate.Mercy standard is better.

Fantastic experience on a Saturday morning. Easy to check in online. Fast checkin at the facility. VERY effective system. The nurse practitioner was exceedingly effective, kind, thorough, gentle, interested, quite good at her job. I was in and out in thirty minutes and have referred two people there since the weekend. Location is a plus and the facility is modern, new, clean, open, appealing.

You could easily tell by her concerns and going through her problem solving medical protocol. We were very assured that we had received the best care when we left.Some of the names that I remember are Staci Fire, the NP, Summer and Abby who were all very helpful.Please let them know we thought highly of their service and their attention to detail. Poorly trained and uneducated provider. Was informed they don’t test for strep under the age of three, when in fact, my daughter had been directly exposed to strep at daycare by two different children under the age of three. When I insisted on the test anyway (my son had strep twice under the age of 3), I was told to “google it”. This is bad medical advice and a complete lack of understanding medical protocol. Untreated strep in children (or adults for that matter) can be very dangerous- let’s do better to train your staff.

Worst service I’ve ever had at an Urgent Care office. I went in for a popped blood vessel in my eye and they denied me service saying they do not take patients that have been assaulted when that was not the case with me whatsoever. Staff was very rude. I told them I can’t afford to go to the ER for a POPPED BLOOD VESSEL and it is the weekend, my primary dr is not open and does not have any appointments this week. When I told the NP this she just said “K” and didn’t even look at me. I would not recommend anybody to go here, I was disappointed because I go to Mercy for everything so this was my top choice. I guess this specific Urgent Care is not kept up to Mercy’s standards. I did not get the NP name, but I came in on a Saturday afternoon.

We went here tonight and the front desk lady was extremely rude. She clearly hates her job and told several people that they are too busy and simply didnt want them here...even though the lobby was empty...we saw many people turn around and leave. One young person had been bitten by a dog fairly severely...the person asked front desk if it should be looked at. The answer was...well come in tomorrow. Good lord.The doctor was nice but desk lady represents them. If my employee acted this way Id fire them immediately.

While the clinic staff was very fast and friendly, I do not recommend any Mercy urgent care. I was seen there nearly two months ago and am still awaiting a refund after being charged twice for my visit. I did not have insurance and paid entirely out or pocket for the visit and all tests. Every time I call about my refund, they act like they have no idea why I’m calling and each caller tells me they put in a refund request and to wait for my refund but it never comes. I have escalated the issue and gotten absolutely nowhere. I have given up on receiving my money back. Take your business elsewhere. I assure you there are plenty of urgent care clinics that are more professional than Mercy.

I used to really like this clinic. Ernie the normal nurses aide that used to be there was amazing. I went there today because I wasnt feeling very well and the nurses aide that did my flu and COVID tests was extremely rough to the point that I started crying. She was completely unapologetic and unempathetic. The nurse practitioner was okay but did come across pretty patronizing. My main issue though was with the nurses aide and the lack of training when it comes to administering COVID and flu tests. Ive been on and off in the medical industry for around 20 years and worked for various clinics. While I am not trained to perform these tests Ive had plenty of them done and I know that you do not have to be that rough and Ive never had one done to the point that it made me cry. They definitely need to train their staff better and make sure their staff is being more empathetic towards the patient and not treating them like cattle. I probably will never go back to this urgent care because of the horrible experience I had today. Ive probably gone there at least 10 times in the past and brought my daughter there but they will no longer get my business. Im only giving them two stars just because in the past I really did like this place. Im so disappointed and sad right now though. Im not one to leave negative reviews ever normally but after talking to my mom who was a clinical administrator for around 40 years she encouraged me to leave this review to make sure Mercy knows about the poor treatment I received today.

Absolute worst experience of my life. Threw my back out at work but not work related. AFTER TAKING MY MONEY, the tech refused to process me. Said I could not be seen because it was work related, I told her that it was not and she still refused to see me. I started crying because I was in so much pain all day and she scoffed at me. Told me I needed to of out of pocket if I was so DESPERATE. I’ve never been treated so terribly by a healthcare worker in my entire life. As a nurse, I’m done. I’m done with how I’m treated when I’m working and how I’m treated as a patient. Our system is so broken.

This location has some of the best nurses and doctors. I have come to this location multiple times for myself and my two daughters and every time has been great. The staff is so friendly and the clinic is extremely clean. I highly recommend making an appointment online before going in. I was unable to get an appointment my last time in so I did a walk in and had to wait 2+ hours but this is not their fault at all due to the increase in appointments caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

I called at 9am to see if I could get my son’s films for the orthopedic surgeon. Kimberly was so rude. She said “I don’t know how to do that.” She then said when the tech came in they would see if they remembered how and call me back. I called at 11 spoke with Kimberly again and she said “ we don’t have time to take out of our day to do that, I’ll call you when we do”. I’ve been a nurse over 20 years and for that reason am always patient when calling, I understand a busy clinic. I was fortunate to get my son in quickly with a specialist and understand if they couldn’t get them in time. But how snarky and rude she spoke to me was so unprofessional.

Worst service ever. Took two hours to wait and no one was there but me. I got a bill in the mail a year later for services that werent performed. They charged my credit card in 2022 and 2023 (for my visit in 2022). The customer service on the phone when you call is rude and unhelpful. I wouldnt go to any Mercy GoHealth services again unless you want to deal with billing issues for years and unauthorized payments on your credit card.

I am in excruciating pain and walked in at 7:34. Not a single patient was in there that I could see and they refused to see me. They also turned the people away in front of me. They don’t close until 8! Screw this place! Go down the street to access urgent care on Rockwell instead. They were so so kind, I didn’t have to wear a mask since I was having a hard time breathing, very thorough and helpful. She helped me with a payment program since I don’t have insurance. We kept thanking them for seeing us and being so kind and they said that is what they are here for, to help people! Imagine that! Go to Access Urgent Care, not Mercy!!

Worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Came in Monday because I was sick and missed school and needed a doctors note, was told to sign in and sit down. Was not told we would have to wait from 5PM to 8PM until someone else came in and asked. Asked if we could come back later and they said no we close at 8???? That would’ve been nice to know hours before. But I don’t say anything. The doctor apologizes and says to go to the Nikolas Hills location. She even calls for us and says to head over there. Guess what, we drive there and they tell us they don’t have an x-ray tech.

Walked in on the one in MacArthur today on 8/19/21at 12:30ish. Front desk receptionist did not acknowledge me. Finally after nearly 5 minutes I asked if I was going to be helped. She looked up at me slowly and sarcastically finally asked if I had an appointment. I did not. After the run around, I realized she either has not been trained in customer service or she does not care. After a long pause she sent me a link to register. My system locked up and she did not tell me when it was. I asked three times to which she finally responded by telling me to have a seat. Still had no idea when the appointment is or was? I finally got a message for it at 5 pm. I left realizing that if this is how she acts, who knows what the rest of the staff are like. I then went to another place and upon entering they asked with 5 seconds how can I help you and got me scheduled for Kater in the day and even told me when it was. Way better. Canceled appointment on 122nd and MacArthur next to Sprouts!Retrain the front desk or hire someone who wants to work!

My husband and I visited this location 3 times over the past year or so for Covid tests. The personnel are nice but the billing department are very rude. We were not charged anything for the tests the first visit, one of us was charged for an office visit the second time (but they credited back our payment when we called), and the third time, we were both charged for an office visit. The bill was confusing because it didnt show the Covid test, only the charge for the office visit. It was confusing because of the inconsistencies with how we were billed for the same Covid test each visit. After three calls and an hour and a half on the phone, I paid the bill but will NOT go back. If you need a Covid test, go to OKC Covid Testing on May. They are not a medical facility and will not charge $208 for an office visit in addition to the charge for the Covid test (covered by Medicare and insurance).

Everyone here was SO nice. So often, HealthCare workers are cold and uncaring. Ive had many bad experiences, but not here. I felt listened to and taken care of! The Nurse Practitioner listened to me, was kind and compassionate, and the medical assistants and receptionists were very sweet too. I went to urgent care because I was very sick and had a very bad sore throat. I was recently exposed to Covid and requested and test for that and rapid strep b/c of Hx of my Hx with strep. The NP would not make eye contact with me. When I asked a question, she would just ignore me. I had a Covid test first thing when I got there. She told me that was negative. So I again requested a rapid strep and a doctors note b/c of my symptoms. She wouldn’t answer me but instead responded by saying “I never call in…I just power through.” Did it occur to her that maybe I might have strep and need to be tested and that my coworkers don’t want what I have let alone my patients I care for? She couldn’t see past whatever it was about me that offended her greatly.

The service at the clinic was good but when you check in they put your debit/credit card on file. They charged my copay the month after I visited which was fine. All was well until the next month I received an email saying they were charging me again. I called customer service and sat on hold for over an hour. Called to get them and they refuse to give them out after being on hold for over 2 hours. I would not recommend using them. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES give this business your credit card or debit information. They take your money upfront and then turn around and send an email (after you leave) that they are deducting what you just paid from your bank account. I paid a $30 co-pay on 11/4 and on 11/8 the co-pay was deducted from my account despite the fact I paid it on the 4th. I was told it will NOT be refunded so I will be preceding with legal action against them. There is boiler plate language in something you sign they claim allows them to make deductions from your account - AS THEY SEE FIT. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. PLUS the receptionist/medical assistant is rude, unprofessional and has absolutely no idea what she is doing.

Check in online at 745am for a 915am appointment. We input our info including age of our daughter when making our appointment. We arrived 10 minutes already as instructed. We waited 15-20 minutes in the waiting room and then one of the staff came out to tell us they wouldn’t see our daughter because she is less than 6 months old. Chose Mercy goHealth for a fast, cost effective COVID test. I scheduled the test in advance and submitted the paperwork via their online portal. The website states its free for most patients and is in network with BCBS. I signed a statement the test was $75. When leaving the office, I requested the final cost, and told there wasnt one. A month later, I received a bill for $75, however my insurance had already paid them for the visit. Shame on the Mercy for the bait and switch. Charging $213 for an office visit to insurance (blood pressure and temp check), then $75 test to the patient. BCBS called their accounting office, who assured them they would charge the test to my insurance. The people working the front desk of the center are no help. Work with your insurance, or better yet, go to CVS or Walgreens.

Covid testing takes way too long considering other states are getting results within minutes and weve been waiting nearly a week with no idea when this will come in. We cant quarantine indefinitely and to be told doctor ordered you self quarantine so you have to or your a public risk is ridiculous. If you have a super simple ailment, you might get good care here. I went with a problem and stated what I thought the problem was. The PA took me at my word instead of running any tests. I went to the ER and was diagnosed (correctly) with a UTI. My advice is to not give your opinion about your diagnosis when you go here. This PA took the easy way out.Follow-up 7/9/2021: I went in with problems breathing due to an allergic reaction. They said I had to go to the ER ($100 out of pocket) because it might be life threatening. If they had listened, they would have known that all I needed was albuterol.From my two experiences, certain people in this office, including the PAs, cant think critically.

I went here due to a rapid onset of Bells Palsy from a sinus/ear infection. The PA agreed thats what I had... And then prescribed me antibiotics. For a VIRAL infection that was literally paralyzing my face. I called my brother (a doctor that had urged me to go get help asap before the paralyzation got worse) and he could not believe that she didnt know the textbook treatment for it and that when she didnt, she couldnt even be bothered to look it up. Instead she prescribed me a medication that would literally do nothing while my condition worsened. Luckily I was able to get in to see another doctor elsewhere the same night and started the appropriate medications which halted the worsening of the paralysis. To be fair, the other PA that works at this clinic may be great. But Kristen Janssen had no idea what she was doing.

Staff was very unfriendly and the lady at the front desk would only refer me to the website to get a reservation. The website gave me a reservation for 830pm which is 30min after they close. They do not put any urgency behind urgent care.

The physician misdiagnosed my step daughter who wound up needing SURGERY and they not only refuse to apologize, they wont refund her copay. Rushed exam, rude front desk, just terrible.
