Very professional. Great follow up advice. The PA was very brave because she had to touch my ugly feet. Unfortunately I didnt get her name. I would like to say she is very good at what she does. She answers questions and gives sound advice. Perhaps you can look up her name and give her the recognition she deserves.
Always the best care from Lacey and Chad. Manager Kayla is awesome too! They have taken care of my family of 5 for several years. They are also our go to for school athletic physicals. Always quick, thorough and friendly.
I am from out of state and needed medical assistance. Booked an appointment online with ease. Arrived and greeted by friendly and professional receptionist. Did not have to wait long to be taken back for vitals and PA Chad to come in and discuss my medical issues. I received great guidance and assistance with my conditions. Highly recommend!
Jana, her medical assistant, and staff were thorough and very caring. Everyone there made the experience pleasant. I felt very well taken care of by Jana.
I love this place. Everyone is so kind. I’ve been going for approximately 8 years. Jana Dake has always been kind and professional. I feel well taken care of!
I brought my 2yo in and the staff and Chad were very nice and helpful making my toddler feel comfortable!
The app is HORRIBKE! It does not work properly! You need to have so.eo e in management test drive it.Your system said we have not met our deductible. We had to call our insurance company to prove it. WHY couldnt your computer see that? If we listened to your staff, we wouldve had to pay and then wait MONTHS for a refund. Only to have your company or the I sura ce company deny, deny, deny. Finally, your staff was wonderful and professional.
I was treated very well and I felt better after 24 hours with the meds they prescribed, especially the cough medicine! Great team. Thank you.
I was brought into my room after checking my vitals, and shortly after, Ashley, came in and asked what was going on. I started explaining my symptoms and before I could finish she cut me off and decided to start listening to my breathing and checking my ears, mouths, nose. After that, she decided that she would do a Covid test even though I had mentioned congestion in my lungs, it hurts to breath, when I cough it just gets worse. Took the test, walked out. 8-10 minutes later one of the nurses came back in and gave me a paper saying prescription would be ready later in the day. No doctor, no explaination, not even my test results were communicated to me. Thankfully, no Covid. So I questioned the nurse, so whats going on with me? Oh, she thinks its just sinusitis Im sorry, she THINKS it is? What is this medicine that Im being prescribed oh, uhm, im not sure, I think its an antibiotic Im sorry but make this make sense. 0/10 wouldnt recommend.
New patient, seen for my kids sports physical. Scheduled an appt but got there early in hopes they could see us earlier and they worked us in. Place was clean, and staff was nice. Loved being able to get in and out quickly especially when we were not sick. We appreciate the great customer service.
Third use of this urgent care center and again the general staff was terrific and (my second visit with Chad) the Medical provider very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. So glad I have found this provider for in between visits when needed
Wonderful experience!! From check-in to medical staff to the doctor. The wait was very minimal! Thank you all for making this visit smooth!!
I like the ability to schedule in advance and not have to wait long. The staff are professional and considerate.
The staff are always friendly and take great care of me. Wait time is fast.
Excellent care, professionally friendly , time management excellent, thorough treatment. I recommend this facility in an excellent rating scale.
Setting up the appointment is so easy and I was seen quickly. Everyone was kind and friendly.
From the time I walked in to the time I walked out it was awesome.Fast friendly service and the provider was amazing!
New patient today here at Access. Initial paperwork was short and quick. The lady who did the intake, xray, and blood draw was efficient and performed her tasks extremely well. She is friendly, too. Chad, the PA, is knowledgable. But even more refreshing, is that he listened and asked follow-up questions to form a plan of action. That’s so rare in the medical field these days. I went to Access in Moore because they receive such good reviews. Now I understand why…highly recommend if you are looking for a knowledgable, friendly staff.
Great experience. Fast & efficient care. Very friendly staff
Great physicians and staff. No wait to mention. Friendly and curteous.
First time visit.... Everyone there from beginning to end was very nice and courteous. Everything was explained very well. The staff was so professional and over the top. PA-C Jana Dake was so helpful with a couple of other issues I was not aware of too. For all my urgent care needs, this is where I will come. Will recommend it to everyone.
First time going to Access Medical. I am very pleased with the visit. I will go there again if I need help.
The NP was very unprofessional. He was talking about crazy conspiracy theories and was very dismissive of the patient’s symptoms. Will not be back.
Fast, friendly, overall great care. Walked in and was in the triage room in 15 min. Ran flu and covid test and the Dr came in with results in 15 min. Was only in the office for 30 min and left with a diagnosis, treatment plan and prescriptions.
Quick and friendly service. Facility was very clean. Staff and provider extremely knowledgeable. I had to receive a shot today and it was given with NO pain. Excellent skills. Thank you
Came in with a skin infection. They took great care of me and gave me all I needed to get it cleared up.
If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would. This place is a joke. And they can’t even get the billing right. My daughter has soonercare that covers 100% and they tried to bill me for visits from a year ago for partial payments. Front desk help is so rude. Even the doctor was rude. My daughter was sick and couldn’t get into a primary care dr and had to go in a few times and the doctor said you don’t need to come back. You have been in here too many times. Don’t recommend. Go to mercy or classen on 4th street. Anywhere but hereI tried to contact someone at the time of our issues and never could get anyone to return our phone call after forever on hold. Also called the clinic and the girl in the front was again so rude and unprofessional. So no thank you on your patient liaison.. I stand behind my recommendation to go some where else. Mercy or integris on 19th st and the urgent care on 4th and eastern all Wonderful people.I will say my experience was a year ago. I
Dont waste your time making an appointment. Mine was 45 minutes ago....still sitting here...and they are not busy so....They also get your co-pay the second you walk in so youre stuck.
This was our second visit to this facility. Very little wait time, front desk was pleasant, nurse was kind, PA was wonderful! 10/10 would recommend.
Friendly, efficient, and caring staff. They checked and tested me for other illnesses to make sure I didnt have those and prescribed medication to make me feel better. Much better than the Mercy Urgent Care on 19th St.
Im from Norman, I scheduled an appointment at Moore Access Medical Center at 10:00am because there was no wait and the earliest appointment in Norman was 11:30.As I sat in the waiting room, I heard whoever was behind the desk, questioning why I was in Moore, saying my full address out loud, and then insinuating there must be some nefarious reason I would drive to Moore.I got up and left. Totally unprofessional. If youre going to gossip about your patients make sure theyre not in listening distance. It was completely mortifying.
Professional. Explained what they were going to do to evaluate my health needs.
My UC visit went seamlessly! Angela, the front desk clerk was efficient, the MA/LPN was fantastic and PA Chad was thorough! I appreciate the fact that PA Chad took a moment to review my medical history before evaluating me and knowing which med therapy would be best for me! I would absolutely recommend this location!
It was very nice and and they were very helpful when I was concerned about the TB test they were right there to help me understand.
I would recommend all the PA’s attending in this location. Lacey Jacob’s is one of the best. She takes plenty of time with each patient, and I never feel rushed or ignored.
I had a fallC at home and was pretty bruised up and couldnt really move my left arm. They were quick to do ex-rays and it didnt take long for the results to come back. Everyone was extremely nice and so affeient. They seem to really care about their patients. I will spread the word that Access is the place to go.
My husband and toddler went in on the same day for fevers, and may I just say- WOW. The hospitality was absolutely impeccable. I failed to collect their names; however, both the nurse, and the doctor were so kind, so patient, and did their absolute best to help keep my sick toddler as calm as possible. I 1000/10 reccomend going to this walk-in clinic if you’re unsure of which one to try. Thankyou Access Medical Centers staff for a very positive experience!
After I accidentally stepped in a hole and turned my ankle they were able to do X-rays and put me in a boot, now I can walk again. Very friendly and professional, very thankful I was able to get the help I needed.
Fast and quality service. Clean environment. We were in good hands while here!
Jana was very helpful and knowledgeable. They got me in quickly.
Great doctor was very kind was in out quick
The people who are there were nice. And didnt have to wait along time.
Ive been to the tri city location alot for myself. But I took my 6 month old son to this moore location. And we didnt wait long, nurses were more than sweet and comforting my son so well. The female Dr was very gentle and nice to us as well. The Dr didnt make us wait long and immediately called in his prescription and we were on our way. Love this location and would recommend definitely.
Great Place to go when needed. I can book an online appointment and get in same day. It takes 2 weeks to get in to my Doctor. They are very good and Thorough here!
Great experience when I was unable to get in to see my primary care physician. The waiting room was comfortable, clean and spacious, checking in was easy, and all of the staff was very friendly and professional. Super pleased and will definitely be using them again.
Went in an hour before closing for my daughter who hurt her ankle on a trampoline (she need up being a break). The staff that stayed and helped us out were amazing. The gentleman (i apologize i believe Jay?) was so great with doing her X-ray.
Life saver!!!! Toothaches aint no joke... have to wait a month for surgery...which isnt right.. but the nurse and Dr were Amazing!!!! Thank you..1 happy camper for the moment due to a shot. Pain free. I wasnt there long.
Lacey Jacobs was 100% amazing! I came in with severe vertigo and she instantly knew what needed to be done. The staff was amazing and helped make sure I didn’t fall and even helped get me back to the car.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The physician was very nice and informative. She answered all of my questions and concerns. It was also very clean!
Took my son in who ended up having a stomach virus. The doctor had great bedside manner and made my son very comfortable. He even made him laugh while he was feeling bad.🤢
I would like to thank the staff that was working Friday 01/20 in the afternoon. You all were so kind and that is not something you see much now days. Thank you for making me feel like I was a human being and not an insurance claim, and thank you for spending time actually trying to figure out my issues. Keep spreading the love.
Was seen quickly and sent everything over to pharmacy with ease.
From the desk to the testing room, everyone was super chill, friendly, and professional. The building is new and clean as a pin, and they got me in early. Zero wait time! And no crowds. I had to have a rapid Covid test after an exposure at work, and the doctor smartly chatted with me about music for a few minutes before being very gentle about the long nasal swab. I got my results in 10 minutes. I will absolutely go there again if I need to, and recommended it to a couple people before I left the parking lot. Go there. I like them.
These people are WONDERFUL, from the front staff to the nurses and nurse oractioners! They were very professional, very kind, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this phenomenal staff!!FIVE STARS!!
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I was fortunate there wasn’t anyone else there so no wait time. The doctor was friendly and listened to me. Overall I rate them a 5. I wish all my medical visits went so well.
If you have children I warn you not to take them or anyone to this clinic. The staff there is so incredibly rude. The way they talk to/at children if so unacceptable. I had to walk out of this office bc of the nurse treated us. I was so upset I was shaking. I have never iny life been treated so rudely and especially in front of my CHILD. I warn you do NOT take your children here or anyone for that matter. If you dont have compassion. then don t work in the medical field.
I would highly recommend the location at 19th and Santa Fe in Moore. This location will take patients until they close. I have been to another location that refused to take my daughter and we were there an hour and a half before they closed. They said they take last patient at 630PM! That is ridiculous, some people dont get off work early enough!
The staff and physician were very nice and they got me back promptly! I DID follow their directions tho and checked in online ahead of time and had all my paperwork completed. As soon as they opened their doors at 0800, I walked in and I was seen within 10min. The whole experience left my wallet heavier (than the ER) and made me feel a little better about my health concern.Ps- If you’re going for ANY REASON THAT REQUIRES X-RAY….. MAKE SURE YOU CALL FIRST because when I got there, of course, their X-ray machine was “broken.”
Always had a great experience here at the Moore location. The staff is professional and efficient and always treated me and my kids with kindness and respect. Great alternative when you cant get in to see your pediatrician/doctor. Thank you for the quality care. Shout out to Chad the PA.
The ladies at the Moore Access Medical were wonderful. Very knowledgeable, caring, listened to my symptoms, and very professional. The location in Norman I made an 8:45am appointment. When I arrived at 8:40am the care facility was locked and lights off even though it said open at 8 am.
The Staff & Doctor are Amazing! Very Good with my daughter. Immediately addressed her needs and explained everything! Went above and beyond what I could have asked for.THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING THERE!
Nice people fast service. Checkin forms seem cumbersome.
My partner and I came to the Moore location for testing. All of the staff members were incredibly affirming and helpful. They stayed on the phone with me through the entire appointment in order to triage me as efficiently as possible and one of the administrative employees even made two trips to my car to bring out updated doctors notes after my partner’s employer refused the first one. I would recommend this location’s great assistance and kindness to anyone!
The doctor really listened to me. My past experiences with urgent care have been not the best. This doctor actually listened to everything and took into consideration all variables I had to tell him. He cared about my well being and I could see it in his eyes. Cant say thanks enough for just that. Even gave me a referral to a specialist if the initial prescriptions dont fix my problem. Thanks again.
Just rushed and uncared for wont return after being my go to urgent care for 5 years this will unfortunately be my last.
Chad took the time to actually read my patient information.Made sure I was given the proper medications because of other medical problems.I appreciate that more than anything.
The staff at Access Medical Center are all kind and knowledgeable. I came in for an injury and wasn’t able to get into my doctor for a week, went to another urgent clinic for a 2+ hour wait, and essentially got right in! They did x-rays, treated me, and I was out, with clear instructions on aftercare. Highly recommend! So friendly and professional!
In and out in a timely manner. The PA listened and the EMT was very good.
I had made an appointment for 2pm. When I arrived there was 3 ahead of me. When I finally got called, it was 3:10pm. The 3 ahead of me involved children, who had the flu. By the time I left, there were 5 in the waiting room. I took this all in stride as it was Sunday and they were the only place open except the ER. The PA was very nice and efficient. I was given a prescription for medication and sent on my way. I would go back to this Access Medical, which was in Moore. All in all, I was extremely impressed with the service.
Thanks to the personal @ this clinic. There were professionals
8 y/o daughter injured her ankle. Took her in for xrays. Placed in walking boot for ~2 weeks. Efficient and professional staff. We were in and out within an hour!
Wonderful. Very friendly people. The ladies running the clinic got me in and out quickly. Please be patient as they only have one medical provider right now. Highly recommend.
Great experience, fast and very caring. Did everything for my son! We will be back!
Knowledgeable, professional, and kind! The doctors have an excellent bed side manner. Staff was diligent and proficient in going over insurance and paperwork. I have been using Access Medical since 2014!
Very quick and efficient. The PA, Chad, is very knowledgeable and thorough. I was a little annoyed at the front desk because they wanted me to upload my license and insurance card to their website so they wouldn’t have to touch them. (I had no covid symptoms and have been fully vaccinated). People should still have to do their job. She finally took my cards but it’s ridiculous that I (a person who can navigate the internet) had trouble with the check in process. My 85 year old grandmother would not have been able to do it. I’m sure the girl was just doing as she was told but these precautions are a little much.
Appointment was set for 1:15 pm and was in the exam room 10 minutes later. Paperwork was completed online and was there when I checked in. Most smoothly run and punctual facility, I have ever been to. Very big plus in my books. Staff was very friendly and courtesy. I WILL BE DOING ALL MY URGENT with Access Medical Centers.
Everyone seems nice....but you guys HAVE to fix your call system. I was on hold for 30 minutes without a answer. When I finally drove up there, nobody inside was even taking calls. I talked to the person at the front and she verified that I had the right phone number. She then responded oh yeah several people have said that but we havent received any callsOnline it says that you accept walk-ins but when I came in for a COVID test they said it had to be scheduled online. That would have been wonderful information to receive over the phone, rather then going in coughing on everyone in the facility.
Why cant I call my local Access Medical Center? Every phone number is routed to an enless hold message at a call center. The phone number associated with the location should ring in that location. Your corporate greed is more important than your patients. Dont waste your time, find a clinic that is not afraid to answers their phone.
My visit was unscheduled. They were not busy so seeing a medical professional was fast. The nurse practitioner was thorough, checking out multiple possibilities. I never felt rushed or unattended! I would highly recommend going here. The only negative is the co-pay is higher than other walk-in clinics.
This was the absolute easiest, fastest and most convenient urgent care facility I’ve ever been to. The people couldn’t have been any kinder to my autistic son and me and I so appreciate that. Plus they were open on a holiday that fell on a Sunday when many urgent care clinics were not. I highly recommend this clinic.
One of the best and most professional urgent care clinics I have ever been too. And quick too! I took my son in and they ran ever test they could on his and even though they couldnt completely treat him, they suggested 3 hospitals that treat pediatrics! This is now my go-to clinic!
This is my second visit with the Medical Center. Staff are very polite, and show so much care for patients. Dr. Edminsten is thorough, listens intently, and shows compassion. I can say I definitely recommend this Medical Center, and I will definitely come back when my need arises.
Second person to check in, 7 others called back before I got a chance to be seen. Then another 20 mins waiting in the patient room. My first visit was better. Probably shop around for a new place to go.
Got an appointment same day. Very clean facility and Dr. Chad was thorough and answered all my questions. Very pleased with my visit. Had to call back regarding an adverse reaction to medication and the PA on duty immediately addressed my problem and what I needed to do.
LACIE was my provider this trip. I really liked her! She spent some time examining me and talking to me, which was appreciated! She was polite and quick. Access has always been a great resource.
It was good we had a physical done for football it was fast.
People are nice but was told I had to pay a copay and was not told I had to prior to appointment. I have never paid a copay at First Med. I called my insurance company and was told I have no copay for urgent care. I will make sure I never go to an Access Medical in the future. I do not recommend.
I have always loved this urgent care but today when I walked in and told the lady hello, she just stared back. I asked if they were taking walkins, she replied back with a cold tone “our next appointment is tomorrow at 2:15.” I didn’t care for the rudeness when I was only trying to find out if my sick 2 year old could be seen. I’ll take my money somewhere else.
Receptionist was very welcoming and kind. She set the tone for my sons visit. The 2 ladies that checked us in really put my son at ease. The PA listened and joked with my son. I appreciate all that you have done.
I went to access medical center last night at 6:30 pm, the receptionist refused to let my sick child be seen by the doctor saying that they would close after the provider is done with the patient who are inside. She was very disrespectful and unfriendly. For the record the hours of operation for that specific location is 8am to 8 pm.
The sweetest staff! They truly understood my predicament! I was in and out in no time! I didn’t have the flu and was given the medication to help me get well enough to go out of town in two days! I would recommend this Access Medical to anybody!
Was great! Front desk, woman who gave me the test, provider that chatted afterward. It was just a Covid test with light symptoms so maybe it was an easy one. But still you never know. Made the appointment last night Online. It was all simple and painless. Maybe cuz I was already in the system I dunno. Even though I had never been to that location. I live in Norman but honestly this is closer and easier to get to than the Norman location I discovered lol. Will be coming back (hopefully not..). Thank you!
Scheduling appt was fast and convenient. Walked in and was seen immediately. Front office, Medical Assistant and PA was very nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely use this location again.
Fast and professional. The PA answered all ofOur questions and made us feel at ease with the treatments and medications needed. Even though it is further from home than our normal urgent care, we will definitely make the drive.
Great experience with virtually no wait. They went above and beyond to make my kiddo happy by checking her elephants health as well as hers. The little things speak volumes. Highly recommend.
Lacey was extremely professional and even consulted a superior doctor before ultimately deciding on a treatment. She listened patiently as I described my symptoms, medications, and family history. I appreciated that she told me upfront what equipment was and was not available at the clinic. And she made clear when I should seek emergency care. She even went so far as to prescribe an anti-nausea nedication for me so I wouldnt have to rely on over the counter remedies. Overall, it was a great experience even if it wasnt my preferred way to spend a Monday night.
I love this place! Always short wait time and very thorough medical check. Great weekend hours too. Doctors and staff are very knowledgable. I was sent to emergency room for more tests due to having chest pains. Surprisingly, the Doctor called hours later and even checked on me. Great place with great staff! I highly recommend this place.
I used the online schedule and check-in which went smoothly. The staff were courteous and professional. My provider was Jana an she was really nice and helpful.
2 hour wait for possible mumps. No additional potential diagnosis was given, they just affirmed what I presented and gave a test. PA saw us, she answered a call in the middle of appointment, spent about 5-10 minutes in exam.
The process to make an appointment was super easy and fast. I was able to upload all my information prior to my appointment which made check-in fast and efficient. The staff was friendly and professional. I was in and out in no time. I would highly recommend Access Medical Center.
Was seen in a timely manner, everyone was wonderful and took great care of me. Got me in and out efficiently, and explained everything in a way that I was able to understand. Would definitely recommend, and will return if needed in the future.
I’ve never left a review for anything in my life, so it says a lot for me to take my time out of the day to do so. I went in around 8 am to figure out why I felt so cruddy. I forgot to renew my insurance, so I went in willing to pay a copay, whatever the price. Paid about a $200 to get no test ran on me at all. I got my prescription around 8:30 to 9 and gave them a location right up the street. I went around noon to see if my prescription was filled and there was no record of my name at all. I gave them about 6 to 8 calls before they answered to get them to send my prescription over, which did not bother me. However when I went to get my medicine, still no record of my prescription being sent over. Mind you, I’m sitting at home feeling terrible, with no medicine to start my recovery. I gave about 10 more calls with no answer, had to run up to the medical center just to be told it was never sent over! I went up there around 6 p.m and had to bring my prescription to Walgreens personally. If I could, I would give them zero stars. I will never ever visit them again, no matter how I feel.
Quick, caring, and affordable. Nicole was great, staff courteous and professional! Everything was perfect, save for me not feeling well
The receptionist at Access in Moore was very rude to us and giving my 15 yo daughter a dirty look as she was being evaluated for a neck injury after a 4 wheeler accident. My daughter asked me why she was doing that. I had no answer to give her. The doctor and Nurse were very helpful and doing their job very professional.
I was in and out within an hour. Everyone was so friendly and I had relief from my pain within 30 min of my shot! Thank you so much!!
The wait was short, the PA seemed knowledgeable and friendly. They treated me quickly and overall was a good experience. The nurse was incredibly rude however and treated me like she thought I was faking my illness the entire time I was there.
Every PA we’ve seen has been attentive and kind. I prefer to go to Access over our primary care.
The staff is friendly and efficient! They run like a well oiled machine and everyone is so compassionate. They’re the best place to go when I can’t get into my primary doctor.
Nice and understanding staff, friendly and helpful people who give good patient care.
They aren’t there to help people all they want is deposits when you have 2 kinds of insurance just because a bankruptcy was filed years ago love my primary care doctor I’m urgent care family side but won’t recommend them to anyone
If I could leave zero stars I would. My mother was sick with the flu (known because she went to Classen urgent care) at this access medical they would not see you unless you sign up with Solv app and also won’t see you in general. She was sent to a room and was not even taken her blood pressure or temperature. Was not even seen by a provider. Don’t waste your time if your sick.
So I’m not one for reviews but I feel I need to share.I have used this clinic many times with appropriate treatment but today I felt judged for “allowing” my child to get sick. I have never felt so bad for being a mother of a sick child in all of my life. The receptionist was great and very helpful. The awful turn came when we were triaged. The nurse took my son’s temp and obviously it was high, that is why we came in. The first thing from her mouth was “Didn’t you give him any Tylenol or anything his temp is 105?” Um, yes he has had so much in the past few days that he is constipated. That day he was doing fine and wasn’t running a fever until after lunch when it shot up out of nowhere. Then when she swabbed him for flu and obtained brain matter from the left nostril (ok maybe not brain matter but) she was surprised he would not allow the right side. Really?! “I guess I’ll just have to see what I can get with what I’ve got.” If I never see this aweful nurse again it will be too soon. Listen guys I’m a nurse. I have been for 12 years. I have worked in clinics, homes, and hospitals. I understand a bad day and bad patients/families. For this reason, I make a point that my children and myself are on our best behaviors during our medical visits. This woman was just judgmental and rude. Talking to the computer instead of us and then making comments as she did. I’m not sure if I’ll go back. Worst visit ever.
I love it how I can show up without appointment. I hardly ever have a very long wait. I get the care I need! In and out!! Called in medicine! Get it! Go home!
I highly recommend this office I went in for a sinus infection 🤧 the staff was very friendly, profesional and the Doctor was very helpful and informative with taking care of me.
Access Medical on S. Santa Fe in Moore its clean and fast for an after-hours emergency clinic. The staff is professional and friendly as well as knowledgeable. The physians have a great bedside manner! Its a lot better than a most medical facilities that have visited throughout the years. The only thing I would mention (and its not bad at all consider that call any prescriptions into your preferred Pharmacy) is to make sure they dont confuse the Walmart Pharmacies that are both near Santa Fe. They accept insurance and file it for you. Wonderful staff and excellent care!!!
Not an actual Urgent Care facility. It is just a doctors office that will see you by appointment only (not what is listed in Google maps). I have tried twice to walk in to have a child seen and was told to book an appointment for the next day or later despite no people waiting in the waiting room (or waiting in cars).
I really like being able to make appointments online. Excellent response time and processing from the doctor on down to the front desk. Thank you!
Waited 45 minutes and never got seen. Why would you only staff one doctor and one nurse on a Saturday morning? Everyone that cant go during the week because of work is going to go Saturday and you have one doctor and one nurse. I dont get it. Figure out your staffing so your customers dont have to wait more than 10-15 minutes.
Very nice and clean facility. Employees from the front desk straight through to the doctor were friendly, compassionate and nonjudgmental. Best medical care I’ve received in a long time. I HIGHLY reccomend them!
I went there on a Monday morning with my son. Even though we were the only ones there, we still waited a long time for them to call us. When we finally got in our room, we waited another 30 min before we got our test results. I was crying because I was in so much pain. I followed up with my primary care dr and come to find out, I was prescribed the wrong medication. Please save your money and go somewhere else.
Quick in and out was quick. I was a little disappointed that the PA wouldnt look at my knee or see if he felt like it was swollen. Kind of felt like I had a disease. First visit several years ago was totally different. I am not sure I would go back if the same guy was on duty.
The nurse and PA today were both fantastic. Quick, thorough and pleasant. How refreshing!
Only rated one star because you cant post the review otherwise but it deserves negative ratings. The waiting room wait is terribly long, I came in for a bad cough and congestion and was told it was probably just allergies 5 days later and theyre still asking me to give the treatment a chance to work or come back in to get seen again- this of course means paying the visit fees all over again. I will let everyone I know to NOT use this Medical Center & will not come back again.
BEWARE. Anyone who is writing a positive review works for this sham of an urgent care clinic. I went in with my son to get a strep test. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes. NO ONE WAS THERE. I saw two nurses and my bill was $436. I did not see a doctor. the new patient fee was $260. Services provided in office was $96. Like taking my sons blood pressure and weighing him?!?! Im reporting them to the OKC Better Business Bureau
Had an appointment and was in and out within an hour! Was prescribed 3 meds for infection . Will definitely see them should another weekend illness pays me a visit! 5 stars plus!
Great care on my chemical eye abrasion. Thank you, thank you. Very professional and expedient.
I seriously can have no better words for this place. From the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out, you are treated with dignity and respect. Would recommend them 1000%.
I went into the place ignoring the signs posted all over saying STOP, was trying to adjust my mask & really didn’t see it! I was a horrible person but they were so nice in just telling me to go outside & call the # on the door& wait outside. They were great & I should of paid attention!!
We always come here for our urgent care needs.
Friendly and informative staff. Accepts Care Credit which helps a lot. Will definitely come to this location specifically if I ever need to.
Super amazing staff! both times that i have come to Access for my self an my kids, they have been very kind caring and the wait time is at least ten to fifteen minutes or less an thats if your a first time patient so yes if you cant see your actual doctor Access Medical is where you need to go!!!!!
I’ve seen Ms Lacie twice and she has been friendly, professional and thorough during the visit!
The doctors and PAs are good listeners here. They trust that their patients know themselves, and they take the time to work with the patient to diagnose what’s wrong. They’re also always friendly, professional, and prompt.
Easy check in process (I used the SOLV app). Just needed a sports physical and forgot that paperwork, but the staff had extra cookies. Thanks for taking care of our high school athletes!
Don’t expect to be seen for at least an hour even if you have scheduled an appointment days in advance. Expect to see walk-ins getting seen before you as you wait patiently. I’ve experienced this at more than one location.
Both kids tested positive for the flu about 5:30. had scripts sent to pharmacy and pharmacy called and let us know they did not have the script anywhere local. Called access about 5:45 told them to move pharmacies they said not a problem they would get it taken care of. An hour and a half passes new pharmacy still doesn’t have them call again before close and told they would send them again. 3 hours later no script still and they are closed. Ridiculous!
The staff was very friendly. The Doctor Pham praised my report with me, he was so excited I didnt have covid. It was something else that is being handled.
Dr lacey jacobs was super nice and she did not mind spending the time with me to ask questions even though I know they were silly lol. Her staff was very friendly. I am.definitely coming back here.
I booked an appt online, and they got me in right away. Everyone was friendly, warm, and treated me like family. I felt listened to, thank you all so much.
The staff and the Dr was excellent. Would definitely recommend this place
Quick service and amazing doctors that actually listen to what is going on. This place is great!
Promptly served and taken care of in a timely manner.
Excellent care! Fast, friendly, professional and the team there took great care of my eyes after an injury on a Saturday evening. They referred me to an Ophthalmologist that saw me the next morning on Sunday!
First time going here. And I really liked this place.Dr Batts is amazing. She really listens to you when you talk and doesnt make you feel like your talking to much about truly whats going on. Alot of doctors ive been to seem like they are trying to rush you and dont want to listen to everything thats going on so they can actually get every detail to diagnose you and what you need.and if its serious they need to know every detail. This is the doc to go to because she doesnt do that. If your ever needing emergency care I highly recommend this place and this doctor.
Awesome!Made appt on line. Wait time 5 minutes.Excellent medical staff took care of my wife.Gave her a shot and called in other meds.Very impressed. Highly recommend this place.
The woman at the front desk wasnt at all pleasant and acted as though she didnt want to help me. Im upset at the service especially when Im not feeling well. This location is so close to home too. Now Ill have to travel out of my way just to find an office that will help me feel better.
Dona Robertson, PA-C, was very helpful in diagnosing my symptoms. The process was very streamlined and efficient. The RN, was also key in gathering PMH. Finally, the office staff was pleasant and helpful with the process of approving my insurance.
LOVE ONLINE CHECK-IN!!Love PAC Jacobs. She’s the best. Fully took care of my sons needs and went the extra mile to do chest X-rays. Thank you so much.
Showed up late after trying several other urgent care facilities that were closed before 8pm. It was 7:45, I asked for a covid test, the lady at the front desk said that they stop covid testing at 7pm. Many other reviewers state that it only took 10 minutes to get their results, but AMC needs to shut it down at 7pm? I guess the hippocratic oath isnt part of their business model.
The nurse, staff and doctor was absolutely amazing and caring with me today. Doctor held my purse and helped me to my car . While trying to use crutches!
I wish it was under better circumstance. I personally were going to see me until I told him that everybody at work has had covid and guess what now I have it they were really nice about it after that
Access Medical is my GO TO place when I am sick. They always get me in and out within a timely manner. They are genuine and caring.
Horrible experience. The girl at the front desk was rude and disrespectful. After I complained about her, they made a very awkward situation worse and forced her to come in the room alone with me and apologize for her actions. Every apology was followed by an excuse. She’s sorry…… but this is why she did it. It made me very uncomfortable. I’ll be filing a formal complaint Monday.
Ive had to go to urgent care 5 times in the past month. Consistently they are friendly, helpful, quick and know what they are doing. Everyone in there is so nice. Convenient location.
The PA listened to my son and myself. Answered questions. We were able to get in and out quickly. The staff there has always pleasant when we have had the need to go there.
Always a good visit at this clinic. The providers are informative, pleasant and easy to talk to. Been using this particular clinic for years and every time Ive had to go elsewhere for whatever reason I remember why I like this clinic.
I checked in online, went straight back when I got there, which is awesome when you are in pain. I’ve been there several times & seen Jana every time. She is so good & knowledge, she takes excellent care of me!
Augustine was excellent with my son! Friendly, quick and very personable. In and out in 15 minutes! Highly recommend this place!
Quick, efficient, professional. & friendly! PA confirmed I have sinus infection.
They are fast, so friendly, the lobby couches are so comfy and it just feels homey. Perfect urgent care experience 2 times in a row
I have always had a great experience at this location. The staff is professional, caring and very friendly. I highly recommend them!
I have been to 3 different Access Mwdical.locations. the one in Moore is the best. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Thank you for your great services.
Efficient, friendly, and caring. I was in and out in 23 minutes. I drove a town away from a closer location due to THIS kind of service! Thank you!!!
Check in was a quick and easy process. The service was great! I felt well taken care of.
They were prompt and friendly. They have an x-ray machine in their office and were able to x-ray my toe to see if their was any fracture.
They use bait and switch tactics. They will charge a $300 fee for a new patient if you havent been that year. Even if you were there before.Every.single.year. another 300 new patient charge.
Everything went well. Only reason Im not giving 5 stars is: there was a nurse working who was visibly Ill. She was caughing, sneezing, and blowing her nose continually. With no mask on. I was being seen for something non-respiratory, but felt very concerned for the likelihood that I was exposed to whatever she had. She was careful to follow protocol and disinfect her hands, spray lysol, etc, but I truly felt she shouldnt have been there, or at the very least should have been wearing a mask.
It is a good place. I gave them 3 stars because the last time I went to have a Rapid Covid Test it took too long the process of getting in and out (almost an hour).
Fast, efficient, very professional & nice people! Great PLACE!!!
Friendly people. Quick service. Knowledgeable provider. Appreciate listening to concerns and offering accurate treatment plan.
I love access care they are always so kind and listen to what I have to say
The wait was almost no time at all. They got me right in. The waiting area was very comfortable and the staff was very pleasant and professional. I was taken care of and out of there in less than 30 minutes.
Always a smooth appointment. Timely and extremely nice staff. Highly recommend.
Fast. Friendly. No red tape or invasive delayed hassles you can get other places. Wasn’t feeling great (obviously) but the process and treatment was fast and efficient. Big fan.
The employees here were very nice and professional. They treated me and listed all the possible solutions to my symptoms. Very good first impression.
It’s a bit humiliating to be swabbed for things in front of everyone in the parking lot, however I understand why. I wish the test results were a bit more timely b/c if I have strep or COVID I should start some meds right away do to my age & co-morbidities. But I understand.
Minor emergency…quickly taken care of by the staff and Dr.! Kind, courteous, professional care…..outstanding!
Fast accurate friendly professional took care of my health issue . Thx I will use them in the future for my emrrgency care. They are awesome.
I called because I had been exposed to covid and needed rapid testing I was laid off so I don’t have health insurance anymore and they accommodated me and I had seen so many videos about the test I was worried about the pain and the doctor was so gentle and reassuring. If you need rapid covid testing go here!
The receptionist is very unprofessional I came back into the lobby to find my drivers license and insurance card on the ground 6ft from the window when asked why they were on the floor she said it was my attitude I asked for a supervisor and was told they werent here I asked my nurse for the receptionists name and she said she didnt know it.. I will speak to a supervisor before I leave if I have to wait all day!!
The location on Santa Fe in Moore is great! The staff is nice and helpful. We never wait very long to be seen. We come back bc of the treatment we receive!
This location has always been a go to for our families needs when our PCP is not available. Friendly and courtesy staff always. Decent wait times as well.
I started feeling bad this evening and decided I needed to get a covid test. I was checked in by 7:04p and out by 7:30p with my test results. Very good service.
I always feel like i get great care here. Have had no problems with AMC.
They were very nice and informative .I called to let them know I arrived they said. Okay come to door wait outside until someone canCheck your temperature, and to have mask onbefore I enter ..
Wait time was short. PA was also in quick. She was professional yet friendly. She was very knowledgeable in examination. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
I was a walk-in patient and I received service within 45 minutes. Staff was courteous and attentive.
Best place ever..Received flu shot at the Western Clinic Sat. didnt even feel the shot.. ...person up front was awesome and med assistant was amazing.
They were very nice and cordial made me feel very comfortable gave all the information that I needed to prepare myself mentally before getting stuck up the nose.
On Wednesday October 24 ,I visited the access Medical center. It was really a very comfortable experience. Very professional staff, including a great care service. I am glad I chose access medical center. I recommend clinical center to anyone.
I love this location. The entire staff is amazing! I never feel rushed and everyone seems genuinely compassionate.
Great staff and doctor. They were caring and professional .
The wait was very short. They got me in and taken care of quickly. They even gave me meds while I was waiting on test results. Great staff!!
I take my kids here when their pediatrician isn’t available. Check in and out is simple. All staff were super nice and knowledgeable.
The doctor was so thorough and so good with my three-year-old and I really appreciate how they handled his injured foot!
They are always prompt, staff is very friendly and helpful! I saw Lacy Jacobs, she’s fantastic! I use this location because they are quick and they know their stuff!!!
Each time Ive been to this particular location I am always rushed along and never helped properly, I personally will not be returning.
I have used this urgent care for several years and they are always friendly, helpful and professional. They take care of our family needs when it’s needed. Thank you so much!
