Yuliya Boruch, DNP, OBGYN NP

Moved to NYC so needed a doctor in my neighborhood. I searched near me and Dr. Boruch had great reviews. The reviews did not lie!!! The staff in the office is so welcoming and friendly and Dr. Boruch is just the same!! I always dread going to the doctor, but going here is never a burden and always a smooth experience!

Went here for the first time yesterday and wow Im so glad I found this place. Everyone on the staff has impeccable vibes, from the front desk, to the person who did the tests, to Dr. Boruch. Medical appointments arent historically the most fun in general but everyone worked to make it such a pleasant experience. I left in a great mood.

Im editing my review based on the recent experience which is absolutely not acceptable, and I hope Yulia will address this. Yulia is a great OBGN. Thats why I was coming back to her. Today on my way to an appointment I got an email that I cant be seen because I need referral. I called my insurance company and they said I dont need it to be seen by a specialist. I arrived. The woman on a front desk has been not friendly at all. Another woman whom, I assume, works with insurance has been more friendly and patient. However, two things made me feel very frustrated. They tried to tell me that its my fault that I came and cant be seen. Because they tried to reach me out, and I never replied. I dont remember any missing calls. But everything can happen. Fine. I got email about insurance 45 minutes before an appointment. I asked them why they didnt sent me email earlier, I would get referral. And they said that email was sent today because they check insurance at a day of an appointment. So at the beginning they were saying that its my fault because they called me to say about insurance earlier (theyre also saying it in email - see attachment), but now they say that they checked my insurance right before my appointment. Why do you say different things? Please dont change your statements as you go. As the result I wasted my time, my day is messed up, I cancelled other appointments, and I cant be seen even though my insurance said I can. Im sorry Yulia, I really like the work you do. But I have to go to another person because this is not acceptable.P.S. On top of this they submitted to Zocdoc wrong information that I didnt show up which can lead to my account being suspended. Thank you!

The best GYN I’ve ever been to. The office is clean and very welcoming. Dr yuliya is very professional and very friendly and the front desk girls are super friendly as well. I never have to wait for long periods of time to be seen and just the appointment timing overall is absolutely fantastic. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Awesome experience! Julia is very caring and knowledgeable doctor, she explains everything with no rush. Everyone in the office are very friendly and nice, very comforting atmosphere which is very important for us, woman. Facility is clean. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best GYN and office I have been to. I previously lived in NY and moved to NJ shortly after finding this office & unfortunately my insurance was not accepted here but I have not found another experience like this so I am willing to pay. The other reviews say it all! The staff is excellent, always caring and accommodating, they have gone above and beyond to help me in every way possible, they explain everything to you and answer all your questions with compassion. I have never experienced such great care in any other health establishment. Dr. Yuliya Baruch is the best doctor I have had the pleasure of knowing. She listens to my concerns and addresses them appropriately. I normally would not travel over an hour to a doctors office, let alone pay over $100 for service but THIS is completely worth it.

I love Dr. Boruch and her staff. I never wait more than 30 minutes (at MOST—they usually see me within 10). The receptionists are so friendly, funny, and welcoming. It’s always a genuine pleasure to see them.Dr. Boruch does the impossible: makes going to the GYN fun! She brings humor to the visit and is gentle. It’s amazing how thorough she is but how quickly she moves. She will answer any and all questions and never makes you feel embarrassed. She provided me with better advice than the pelvic floor therapist I had seen.I had an IUD insertion with her and it was not painful at all. It just felt like a moderate period cramp coming on, but it was smooth and quick. I recommend her highly, and even made my mom an appointment with her, which she loved!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would absolutely do! Dr. Boruch is the kindest, most caring doctor I have met. I am so glad Ive stumbled upon her. She really takes her time to listen to her patients, is so thorough when explaining treatments. Dr. Boruchs knowledge in the field makes her that much more of an amazing provider.The practice has been so accommodating with my schedule and I couldnt be more grateful for there care of me.The staff is amazing, so sweet and bright. I would highly highly recommend. Customer service is top tier!

I am so happy I found Dr. Yuliya Boruch a few years ago - thanks to great reviews on Yelp. Thats when OB/GYN check up went from dreaded to a good dr visit. First of all - having a woman examine you makes a great difference on many levels. Additionally, Yuliyas personality and easy going manner quickly puts me at ease. At the same time her check up is more thorough than I experienced before. Her office has equipment readily available. When she finds health concerns, she helps me understand it and evaluate next steps, so instead of walking away with worries, I leave with the plan and optimism. Not only Dr. Yuliya Boruch is highly professional, her office also runs very efficiently and very well organized. They hold the appointment times as scheduled - never make me wait neither in the waiting room nor in the examination room. Everyone is very friendly.

TRULY THE BEST OUT THERE! She’s knows her facts, she’s honest, she’s very welcoming and makes you feel super comfortable, she’s funny and keeps you smiling throughout the whole visit. I’ve been with her for a few years now and it has been the best decision. And the ladies at the front desk super welcoming, hard not to laugh with them while I wait in the waiting area, they always answer all my questions also. I just love everybody there! RECOMMEND 100%!

She was a lovely doctor! And I highly recommend her! I felt beyond comfortable with her and I just loved how well she treated me! I will be letting all my female friends know about her and what a great doctor she is! :) so if youre in the mist of looking for one, shes your perfect choice! You wont regret it, trust me!

Dr. Boruch is amazing. I have had horrible experiences with GYNs in the past, and after doing my homework I finally reached the most amazing GYN. She is caring, kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. Makes you feel very comfortable even when the whole procedure is uncomfortable. She is so good that I travel all the way from PA to see her. I recommend her 100%.

Shes an amazing physician. She never rushes you and listens to every complaint regardless of how many times you bring it up. She is always available to help you even on her days off and never complains about doing so. She is friendly, attentive, and actually knows her stuff. I love going to her office as her staff is always friendly and ready to help you in any situation. Deffinitely recommend her!

She is the best midwife/gyno I have ever been to. She goes above and beyond to remember you, care about you, treat you as an individual, and really listen. Dr. Boruch is AWESOME. Gynecologist visits are always kind of uncomfortable but she made it a very pleasant experience. The wait time was great, the nurses and front desk staff were friendly and professional, and Dr. Boruch was wonderful. I will definitely be going back!

Dr. Yuliya is an outstanding doctor who always reassures me of any concerns I may have. Magnificent bedside manor coupled with a youthful spirit, which is perfect for young ladies, as we can tend to feel a bit awkward with our gynecologists. NOT YULIYA, she has an energy of making you feel comfortable! Her office space is fabulous as well.

Yuliya is by far the BEST gyno that I’ve been to. She really listens to your concerns and addresses the root of the problem. Many gyno’s tend to “listen” & then proceed to give you the same medication again or just don’t care enough to really help you. She will Listen! She’s your girl trust me! I’ve been to plenty of gyno’s and I’ve never felt more satisfied with my doctor and the clinic itself. Front desk girls are so kind they always make sure to make me feel welcome, as do i see they do the same with many other patients. Place is very clean too! This is coming from someone who barely writes reviews

Dr. Boruch is excellent! It was my first Pap smear and she made me feel very comfortable and it was surprisingly an easy and very tolerable experience! Dr. Boruch is caring and knowledgeable and very thorough! Shes not judgmental at all and I would really recommend her for any woman!

Ive been going to Yuliya for years and returned today to no surprise for another great, nonbias, marvelous appointment & thank you to mi mujeres that are also staffed there who are always pleasant and funny making the appointment lighter on the patient. Id follow Yuliya anywhere and I’ve seen a number of GYNS in my lifetime and no one has blown me away like her. Excellent person, outstanding doctor and phenomenal woman!

Dr. Boruch is amazinggg. Shes very kind, and knowledgeable. Her office is lovely, and super organized. Its very easy to make an appointment quickly, and its usually a 5-10 minute wait before you can see the doctor. Best gynecologist I have ever seen, hands down.

Dr. Boruch is absolutely phenomenal! I absolutely DREAD the gyno and my visit was more than tolerable, it was downright pleasant. Dont Go Anywhere Else!! Dr. Boruch and her staff are efficient!! I walked in and out within the hour for my annual. There were 4 other women who also arrived at the same time and walked out around the same time.Her staff was wonderful at letting me know about different treatments and tests they offer which is how I learned about the anti-bodies test for COVID-19 (covered under insurance). While, they work like clockwork, and have a system to get you seen as quickly as possible, Dr. Boruch took the time to educate me on various symptoms I was having and even referred me to another doctor about a diagnosis I had a few days prior. She specified the importance of being seen by a professional immediately for something she couldnt treat (MRI).Our visit was 15-20 mins. She was very warm, funny, and educational as she answered all of my questions (there were many). I am sure she would have stayed longer had I had more questions.Thank you. I am glad I chose to visit with Dr. Boruch.

The most communicative medical office Ive ever visited! The doctor and the ladies that work there are very helpful and dont consider any question or concern too silly. Also, the office is super clean, not to mention cute and easily accessible. They truly go above and beyond! They are all very honest too.

Wait took some time, as some appointments before me were running late, but the staff were really friendly and sweet and Yuliya is AWESOME. Helpful, answered my questions, really sweet and great at setting me at ease. Would definitely recommend her..

I found this GYN doing a google search. Glad I did. The office was clean, the young ladies at the front desk were really nice, friendly & the assistant was nice as well. Overall my experience was very welcoming, fast & efficient. Spent less than an hour !

I’ll start by saying I have never had a great GYN in NY and just thought this was the best I could do. This review is about a year late. I had gone to this office after moving to the city and reading great reviews. I was excited to finally see a good doctor, and I had a pleasant experience during my visit, however, was misdiagnosed severely. Without getting into detail because it is personal, I brought up two big issues and was told they were both normal, if not minimally inconvenient and easy to fix. BTW I am generally healthy and responsible, these conditions are most likely due to an underlying autoimmune disease. After a few months, I noticed no improvement and went to another GYN who suggested a biopsy. That took a few months to sort out because the other GYN office I went to kept postponing my appointments. Fast forward 7 months after my visit with Dr. Boruch, I was diagnosed with what seems to have been a very obvious condition all along. It had worsened in the time spent thinking it was normal after the opinion given at this office.It angers me I knew something was wrong but passively accepted that it was normal based on what Dr.Boruch told me. I trusted her. I know her heart is in the right place and this office is very fancy but, looking back, my conditions were obvious and I should not have accepted “normal” as the diagnosis.For all of those in any pain or notice something is not right, please go elsewhere or at least get a second opinion. I do not want a response from this office - I am never coming back and will not change my review based on any apology. I have found a GYN out of state who has helped a huge amount so I KNOW there is true, thorough and genuine care out there and not just a fancy show for $. Do not settle when it comes to medical care - especially when you know something is wrong.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Boruch for the past 6 years. She has excellent bed side manner. Doesn’t rush you if you have any questions. The girls at the front desk are amazing. I’ve never had an issue in my years seeing Dr. Boruch

I went seeking an understanding, patient, and good- hearted OB that Id feel comfortable making decisions with. Yulia by far exceeded my expectations. The staff was so accommodating, helpful and friendly. The ambience was almost spa like. I couldnt have asked for more. Thank you!Im grateful that Yulia is in practice, thank G-d.

This clinic is the best clinic I ever visited. All of the stuffs are very friendly and the clinic is very clean! Dr Yuliya is also sweet and caring. They will make the visit nice and easy. Highly recommended!

If I could give less than one star I would. While my actual appointment & annual exam were fine, it quickly went downhill from there. There were red flags along the way that I shouldve paid attention to.1. When going to pay for my appointment - they only accepted cash because their card machine was down. Something told me this was strange, so I asked what other options I had, since I didnt have cash, they said well we could send you an invoice but they seemed very hesitant about it. I said I would much rather prefer that.2. When I receive my explanation of benefits letter/invoice, it outlined everything that had been completed. For an annual exam, with absolutely no prior issues, no worries about anything - the tests they ran on me WITHOUT TELLING ME is absolutely insane. Who knows if they even did everything they said, however, it is no coincidence that my invoice was SKY HIGH - for a doctor who is in network. For myself, I only needed to pay my co pay & about $200 (still a bit ridiculous for an in network doctor, for an annual exam, which every insurance provider covers) - but to argue was getting me nowhere. I was more concerned that it was so obvious there was insurance fraud going on here, not to mention an utter disregard to my rights. The amounts of these tests were well over $1800, all of which the insurance company paid...but a red flag of insurance fraud was totally raised.3. My purpose of going for my annual is two things - make sure my pap remains normal of course, and - to refill my birth control pills. You would think having a doctor, a trained and licensed professional, call in your birth control pills that youve been on for 10+ years would be as easy as can be... well thankfully I was already disgusted with this whole experience, I paid extra attention to anything going forward. They called in a totally different prescription for me, and we arent talking a different generic name that has the same properties and whatnot. We are talking A WHOLE DIFFERENT PRESCRIPTION with a totally different dosage, etc. I caught it and ran back to CVS, who were also totally confused why this would ever be sent in. They asked if I said I had had any issues with my old one, since they were looking at my history and saw its always been consistent. I said nope, we discussed I was fine with staying with that one and Dr. Boruch said okay no problem... okay. So I understand people make mistakes, so after a whole run around to even get Dr. Boruch on the phone, I told her the mix up and she said she would send in the correct prescription. Sure enough, my prescription gets sent in wrong AGAIN. At this point, Im livid and asked CVS if they could please call Dr. Boruch themselves to straighten this out. Okay, finally thats done...4. I get MULTIPLE calls to come in for my 6 month exam followup - never have I ever heard of a followup annual exam when everything is normal. I told them I would not be coming in and to please refill my FULL prescription, as they only sent in 6 months originally. They told me they would, and I realize, they sent in ONE month.5. So here I am, at the end of my one month refill (7 out of 12 months for my prescription) and cannot for the life of me get Dr. Boruch on the phone. Every time I call, the phone line cuts out and hangs up on me. I call CVS to explain the situation, and they are trying to do everything I can, but without a prescription, their hands are completely tied...Im sure there will be more to come. But DO NOT go to her. She seems sweet and lovely at the time but youll soon find out why going to her was such a mistake. Ive never had an issue with such a simple thing with a doctor in my entire life. These are licensed professionals who get paid enormous amounts of money and have a lot of power. But sketchy exams you didnt know were being done on you, insanely outrageous invoices that the insurance company pays and now this headache and run around to get my prescription refilled... NOT WORTH IT. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!

She is very gentle and good. Took time to answer all my questions. When i walked into the office i felt like i was the only patient. As soon as i changed the doctor was in a room. I am so upset she doesnt do deliveries i would love to have her as my doctor.

This place is a fraud. Dishonest people, uncomfortable questioning. Be extremely careful and avoid if you can. They will also tell you that your insurance covers part of the visit, but refuse to tell you how much you are responsible for out of pocket after deductions even if you ask many times. They will tell you it’s often free and that you’ll get the final statement in a letter. Turns out the out of pocket cost for a regular checkup was $828.26.

The trip to the city was well worth it! Dr. Boruch and her staff are very professional and friendly. No wait time, which was amazing and a huge plus. I highly recommend to see Dr. Boruch as she is very knowledgeable and bedside manner is superb!!!
