It once was a good place until it fell apart. I am no longer enrolled with them you have to be a favorite in order for you to be treated different. Case management once was good but fell badly.

When you first come here the people are so nice and helpful but this place really did me wrong. The ladies there are AMAZING but Ross was NOT my favorite and I got the feeling he didn’t care for me either although we’ve never met. I’m in the middle of a 100,000 dollar treatment they said they would pay all bills my insurance didn’t pay. That was a lie they dropped me cause my insurance has their own pharmacy and I couldn’t use their pharmacy, I have no choice!! My insurance is United Healthcare so be careful if you have this insurance you’ll likely be dropped if you are in my same situation. It wasn’t my decision to not use their pharmacy but that means they’ll drop you as a patient without notice during a highly expensive treatment and the bills will be your problem. In hind sight, I’m glad I’m in treatment but when they offer help in a time of quarantine when it’s hard out here I expected it to be there since they praised the program. Somehow they FAILED me. I have never received any paperwork saying I’ve been dropped as a patient. I called in and was told by Ross, who was happy to tell me the news. I’d like to be discrete but I also want you to know the truth. I am in my 2nd month of 3 months of treatment for Hep C. It’s not cheap and there are 6 months of appointments after the 3 months of appointments and medication that is 8k a refill. They roped me in by saying they would be there to help me but they carried me up the mountain to drop me back down on my face for NO reason of my own. Be warned. I don’t want to hate on the project cause I know they do good work but somehow I fell through the cracks apparently. I’d still go here for STD checkups if they’ll have me after this review but I won’t ever expect the help they roar should I ever need it again.

This place has nice people but it’s been two weeks and I’ve called multiple times just for them to not have my results still, don’t go here if you want fast results they will not provide them. I also informed the doctor or whatever she was that I was %100 exposed to the disease I know I came in contact with and they still insisted I wait for the test to prescribe me the pills.Edit: this place is actually terrible, the person who administered my test told me that I would wait a week or less for my results, it has been almost two weeks so I’ve called multiple times just to be told today that it takes two weeks, keep in mind I’ve been told by multiple people that it takes less than one already. If I knew it took two weeks I would have went elsewhere that’s a ridiculous amount of time

It’s been taken over by state agencies and officials that have an obligation to protect their interests. The clients are not entitled to any kind of meaningful care without a hidden agenda.

Amelia is the rudest nurse I’ve ever worked with and the director Sarah is absolutely no help.
