Overall I am very pleased with services and providers including those at the desk, etc. Today I have made a dozen calls to order a prescription and no one answers. Those on scheduling have tried to help but to no avail. Whats going on???

5/10/2022. I’m five weeks pregnant and have been bleeding with blood clots since this morning. My husband scheduled an appointment for me with Plymouth clinic. The front desk lady asked me whether I had contact with some one with Covid in the last 14 days. I said yes, my mom just recovered from covid last week. She gave me a small piece of paper with a phone number and asked me to call this number, she also asked me to move to hallway which is outside of their office. I asked her why, she was not very happy and told me to talk to a nurse first while her face and neck turning red… what was she angry about? I went outside and called, the nurse on the other side of the line asked about my Covid vaccine AND booster shot status without checking my personal info like my name and date of birth. This clinic looks and feels strange. I hung up and called again, a different nurse answered in a more professional manner, but, still asked me about my vaccination and booster shot status…I said I prefer not to disclose, then she asked me specific dates I had contact with my mom and put me on hold for a while. I told her my mom is fully recovered and was tested negative last week. When she came back she asked me to reschedule my appointment to ten days later…Definitely not patient centered with no empathy. I’m bleeding and loosing my baby… I’m heartbroken and will never go back to this clinic. Zero star.

I literally just called there and the lady told me not to raise my voice as she continuously spoke over me, amd interrupted. Maybe if you listened instead of pretending like you know everything, you guys can actually help people. By the looks of the ratings, I should find a new clinic. Love my Doctor but customer service is the opposite of what customer service is. Sure, Ill hold while you can think of a way to tell me off and not help at all.

Please update your patient portal. Today I am trying to contact my PCP with non-emergent information/request and the portal will not allow me to send a message!Now I have to call and wait on line for who knows how long, then transferred and hope I can get my message accurately to my provider. If I could send the information through the portal all details will be delivered in a more succinct manner with less confusion. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS.

Terrible clinic. I started going there after an auto accident wherein every visit pertained to my workers comp claim and they HASSLED me almost every visit over the course of a year claiming I had to pay cash upfront when they KNEW it was covered on my insurance claim. They prevented me from seeing my doctor on numerous occasions, made me sit in the waiting room for 30-45 minutes and called me harassing me for $$. Their staff are a bunch of decrepit old women that get their kicks being nasty. Avoid at all costs. If you see a positive review, its not legit.

This place is awful. I scheduled an appointment for 9:20, I was there within 15 minutes, then the receptionist tells me my appointment is at 9:40. I could have gotten past this mistake, except I had to listen to EVERY nurse and receptionist talk about personal things. Everyone was completely unprofessional.To top it off they had to run a test and the nurse claimed it would only be 20 minutes. Well here I am 40 minutes later sitting in the doctors room.

Unlike their general practice I love the Womens center. I was lucky enough to have it open when I was pregnant and have continued going there. I think I have seen every provider there, all are super helpful and supportive. You feel like you are their number one priority when you are there.

They will double charge you with their way of coding for office visit. I was there for yearly checkup but even when doctor ask for refills they charted me more and because of the way of coding the insurance wont pay and I have to pay it from my pocket . worse clinic and DR Matthew S Barnes is worst doctor there per my experience . if you go there be careful for what you ask or even answer doctors questions, you will be charge double for all of those answers and questions. only making money matters for them not your heath, go somewhere else .

De. Swan, has been my Doctor over 15 years! He cares. for his Patients & takes time to listen. He always return calls the same day you leave the message. Dr. Swan is by far the best Doctor ever!!

This is the most expensive clinic I have ever been to. They charged me $1000 to take off two freckles and one wart! The entire office visit was less than an hour. I could have bought a freeze kit from Walgreens for $12 and took the wart off myself. But the doctor did know it was a common wart.Over priced and mediocre service. Stay away if you can!

Nice clinic, im hoping to find the doctors or PA’s know what they are doing, because the folks in the office don’t. I’ve been going there for the past year & tried to see my lab results in smart chart but I couldn’t be found in the system. they don’t even know I exist.

Lobby is like a gallery. Very comfortable and well decorated. Staff were polite, attentive and very nice when i brought my father for a bone density scan on 9/6/17.

Dr. Swan is the best! He listens, and delivers excellent care. I have always been treated well by each staff member at this beautiful facility.

Dont come here ever! This place is run by money hungry degenerate cons and thieves that dont know what they are doing and racketeer fictitious charges off unauthorized procedures. The people working here are complete apathetic heartless imbeciles. All they do is steal like the crooks like they are.

I saw Dr. Barnes and he was extremely helpful and personable. His nurse followed up with me the next day. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Waited 20 minutes from my appt. time to even be seen. Beautiful waiting room but my time matters.
