Fast service but GET YOUR RECEIPTS. I get the same test every 3 months for the last 2 years with the same insurance and every single time I come the copay changes or there’s an unpaid balance. Billing department never calls when staff puts a request for a call back. Paid a balance today AGAIN that I paid 3 months ago but I didn’t have a receipt so I had to pay to get services.
I arrived as a walk in shortly after 7am. Another patient arrived, as a walk-in, at least half an hour later. After waiting just 20 minutes or so he complained to a philbotinist that he had to take his kid to school. They told him he needed to wait, and they did make him wait another 20 minutes, but then they went ahead and let him cut the line. He was in and out more than an hour before I finally got called back, which was well after 10am. I had a 3 hour wait when the check in said it should be a 30-60 min for walk-in. People should not be allowed to cut the line like that.I have stage 4 cancer and was fasting for the bloodwork to be sure I can get my next chemo. It was not fair he cut the line. Poor planning on his part does not constitute an emergency on your part. Mind you, I do not mind waiting when I do not have an appt, but walk ins should still be first come, first serve. Last time I was a walk-in a similar situation happened. A 3 hour wait, and walk-ins called out of order because someone was complaining of the wait. I understand wanting to get the complainers out quick so they do not bring the whole waiting room down, but it makes people angry when people get to cut lines just because they are whiny. It really is not right. Now, once I got called back, they did a great job as always. I have small, rolling veins, and they always get me by the second draw, if not the first. With minimal pain at that. And the appointments are really good at being called on time. Whenever I can, I schedule an appointment instead, and it is tremendously helpful. Occasionally, I cannot schedule an appointment and still have to go in as a walk-in so that I can do my chemo on schedule. That is the only times I have had problems. Would love to give 5 out of 5 stars for the rest of the times I have gone. Even as a walk-in I only had a problem the last two times I have gone, every other time was wonderful (and I have to get blood drawn every 2-4 weeks).
Catherine was my Phlebotomist ... she was excellent. She had serviced me on a previous visit but I forgot her name. Her patience...friendliness...professionalism was a solid 10!! I have small veins that move and it is difficult to draw blood. She does it with no problem and my skin is never bruised like it is when others do it.
Excellent service ! Easy to find, its clean, and has quick kiosk check in. I checked in and only waited 5 minutes to be called. The guy who performed my blood draw was friendly, and I barely felt the stick. In a matter of minutes I was on my way. Excellent service and employees. Thank you.
I was very impressed with Quest,They were very hospitable and gentle. I don’t like getting shots. But when I was a child, I was afraid of shots, being a child of a Registered Nurse who was very good at giving shots,She always, told me to calm down. Know if you act nervous they will be nervous. I was very pleased.
Easy to schedule appt on line same day, within a few hours. Check in is a simple process. Wait time was only a few minutes for my appt. Very efficient, clean waiting room. Blood draw was professional
Candy did my 92 yrs old mom and my blood draws. She was gentle and painless! She was so friendly and made it easy for us both. She is exceptional at her job! Give her a raise so she stays!!!!!
My Technician was really nice and very patient with Me. I was Fasting and a little Hangry while she drew my blood. Quick and Painless. One stick & a urine sample and I was in & out in 30 minutes. Thank You Quest staff for your speedy service. ❤️
Quest Diagnotic Lab 3250 N Tenaya Way is my choice for labs. The self service check in process is fast, simple. I can make a same day appt on my Quest portal within a few hours or less. Its a highly organized system not having to wait. The facility is very clean and comfortable. The phlebotomists are personable, professional. My Labs are processed quickly and uploaded on my portal for viewing. My primary doctor group has the other LabC. blood collection in his office that prevously lost a urgent sample never processed. Now I request a order only Quest Diagnostics for all my labs. Its worth the drive for excellence and reliability.
My appointment was at 8 am and I was there only one in there. They took me back immediately after I checked in and I was out in less than 15 minutes. My clinician was very professional and friendly and my overall experience was great.
The waiting room was really clean quiet and calming. Person who took my blood was amazing as I didnt even feel it. She was very friendly.
My sister had an appointment today at 10 am, she got there a few mins early, and immediately an employee told her that they were not taking in anymore appointments. Excuse me, what? How does that work? If an appointment was made in advanced then they should’ve called her before showing up to let us know they’re canceling her appointment! My sister kindly told her that she had already made her appointment so why will she not be seen because her lab work is important, the employee started raising her voice at her that she won’t be seen and was waving around her arms at my sister like a lunatic. As a phlebotomist myself, this type of behavior from the Quest employee is unacceptable and quite embarrassing for Quest that they even allow their employees to act this way. She needs to learn some bed side manner and as any medical worker she should learn to be more empathetic, caring, and compassionate. Extremely disappointed to know that this is how a healthcare worker is treating their patients.
I made an appointment for 12:20 but could not remember the confirmation code and it was not letting me check in. She treated me like I was stupid and refused to look it up to confirm the appointment. Mad an appointment for a different location. I would not recommend this place worst customer service I have ever received.
Catherine was amazing with my 7 yr old. Caring and professional. Great at her job. We will definitely request her again
Always professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, helpful and friendly. Turnaround time for my results are short and can be accessed on the Quest Diagnoatics Ap ~ They make my life easier. Highly recommend their services. Keep up the great service
The customer service here is beyond rude. I arrived within their window of being open and taking walk-ins and I was refused. I can only get bloodwork done today for a specific test and they don’t even care to listen.
As someone working in the medical field, I accompanied an elderly diabetic client to the Quest clinic for her bloodwork. Despite waiting since the morning without eating, she was finally called around noon. However, there was an error in her orders, requiring me to contact her doctor for a quick correction. The staff member at Quest displayed attitude, attended to other clients, and then disappeared after assuring us she would assist us.Despite our repeated requests to be seen due to the clients overdue appointment and her risk of fainting from not eating, the other staff members continued to ignore us. I pointed out the disorganization of their process, suggesting that multiple staff members could assist my client, who was now ready for her appointment. However, their excuse was that she had to wait for her original appointee, who had gone on lunch. This system, along with the services and staff, was deemed ridiculous and highly inefficient.
Quest Lab on Tenaya in Las Vegas is a pleasure to go to for my blood work. The staff is always happy and kind. I’ve seen how mean patients can be to them and they still are courteous and nice no matter how disrespectfully they’re treated. What a great crew you have there. They are the best Quest Lab I’ve ever used!
My tech Catherine was amazing, professional and very polite. I really enjoyed interacting with her.
Catherine was absolutely phenomenal! She was polite, professional, and personable. I literally felt NO stick when she drew my blood. Best phlebotomist I have ever encountered.
Very clean, nice office. Very nice technician. No pain with procedure, went over everything verbally and was extremely pleasant. Seen within a few minutes of check in. Great facility overall.
Worst customer service ever. Son needed to get draw before appointment time and the attitude was so what. Part of the reason the Healthcare system in America is among the worst. They dont care about the patient, only money.
My phlebotomist, Tae, was excellent. He performed a blood draw on me that was painless, which has never happened for me before. He was also personable and knowledgeable.
Every time I come to get my blood draw, I have the best experience.. Your employees are always so kind and efficient.. I don’t even mind getting my blood draw 😃
Quick and easy. Very convenient to make appointment. Courteous staff.
Efficient from appt. making to completing the blood draw. I love the online check in & being able to access my results.
Always professional and timely. It is so easy to get my blood work done at a Quest location with an appointment.
The waiting room was full but I didnt wait long at all after signing in. The staff was courteous and the phlebotomist was excellent and made me feel at ease.
Tae was very nice. I think he knew I was nervous and talked to me so I calmed down. I thank him for that.
I had a extremely professional phlebotomy nurse who made my visit so nice and easy.
I had no problem at all. My appointment was for 8:15 I got there at 8:05. I was walking out the door at 8:25.
Being able to make an appointment is definitely a Huge Plus, and the wait time was very brief
Clean environment. Candy was the best and is my favorite phlembotomist!! Always kind!
This location is very convenient. Inside the medical building and on the second floor. Decent size waiting room. Best to go online to schedule an appointment. Did not have to wait to long. Tech was very gentle.
Want all to know I had a very good experience with this location. I spoke to Katheryn who was very polite and professional. I called in to make my appointment and spoke with a person not just the automated voice. I got my appointment and they sent me a confirmation number to my email. I arrived about 10 minutes early and the place was packed with walk ins. I waited not more then 15 minutes and was called in. They took my blood with no problems. And Katheryn was very professional and hit the vein right on. I recommend you call for your appointment, that way you dont have to wait to long.I dont know how some people can be so rude to the office workers there. They were great with me.JD
Always polite and considerate and ready to figure things out and explain to me.
Awesome Experience!! Great Staff! Very Well Organized with new state of art patient sign in system on tablet and it shows your name and approximate wait time on their office flat screen! New interactive Patient service! My appt. was scheduled for 3 pm, I arrived Ten minutes early and was walking out the door 17 minutes later! Very Impressed!! Thanks Quest Diagnostics!!!👍😊
Im extremely bad with blood, but Blanca was amazing with me. She put me in a recliner and took my blood sample. She was extremely friendly and professional. Also, I checked in on my phone because I already had an appointment and no lie, I sat down for not even 30 seconds and Blanca came out and called me. I’ll definitely be sticking to this location whenever I need lab work done!
Super helpful staff! It was pretty busy but I didnt have to wait long. The check-in at the kiosk was easy and efficient. The labs seem to be much better today than they were just 5 years ago. Going to get blood work done in the past was always a dismal experience with long waits and unhappy staff. Its a new day!😎
I came in with a 10:45 appointment. I Waited until 12:20 minutes to be seen AFTER I told them about the one-hour glucose test. They called me in to take blood and told me I should have already taken the liquid. DUHHH! I TRIED to tell them. Im annoyed. I have to wait an extra hour due to them being incompetent. So, I have been fasting and cant eat until I get this done. Im upset. Had I gotten the liquid when I got here like I wanted, I wouldnt still be waiting.
Not even close to 1 star service! Horrible service and attitudes floating around the office! I had to take it upon myself to go to the back office just to get their fax # from an employee! Wont use this location ever again!
I came early here for blood tests because online it says they are open. But I arrived and the office people said quest diagnostic is closed for Martin Luther King day which was not reflected online.
I had an 1500hrs appointment today got there at 1430hrs they processed me lickity split got in got out within 15mins of arrival . I have to say excellent service very quick and my blood withdrawer Amanda M thank you very much for making my I hate needles for my diabetes a very easy going experience and damn near painless! Also thank you very much for doing it with a smile from start to finish !
My husband had an appointment today and was unable to check in using the kiosk. Unfortunately, there is no one there to help, so what are people supposed to do if the kiosk is broken??????
The nice lady could not find my vein. She twice pushed the needle through the blood vessel deeply into my arm. She hit a nerve that felt like a tooth being pulled without Novocain.Im 68 and have had blood drawn myriad times. Ive never experienced pain like this while getting bills drawn.I shall persue further investigation of malpractice.
Easy appointment access, convenient locations, and great service.
Never go there they dont ask enough questions over the phone so when you get there they tell you what you cant do so now you have to reschedule. This place is p--s poor customer service. Dont waste your time. I was told I cant bring my child once I got there had i been told the day before when they called to remind me of my appointment. I wouldnt have brought my child nowhere on the building does it say no kids allowed. Im hot!!!!
Extremely rude, front counter need to be trained in manners.
Worst and most painful stick ever! The phlebotomist jammed the whole needle in my arm, which wasn’t necessary because I have huge superficial veins. I’m a certified Phlebotomist with over 6 years experience, I asked why he didn’t taunt my skin and why he put the entire needle in my arm to where the needle and blood vacutainer was lying on my skin/anticubital area. His response “the needle kept going in.” I wish I knew the phlebotomist name because I’d share it. He should be retrained on phlebotomy and professionalism in a workplace. Not only was the phlebotomy a horrible experience, he input my information incorrect, mind you he had my Id on his desk right in front of his computer!
Thought to make an appointment.... Showed up early thinking I may get in a little sooner.... Turns out, they will take walk ins first until your appointment time comes. Better to be a walk in than make an appointment!!! 5-10 people seen before I was even called up!!! 2-3 appointments before me and the rest walk in which I arrived before a few of them. Waste of time to make an appointment!!!
Ive never had any problems at this location. Its very clean inside. Im usually in and out within 20 minutes and without an appointment. The staff always treat me kindly.
Very friendly and courteous staff. Skilled technicians, procedure painless. Wait is minimal. Prefer this Quest over any others Ive visited.
This place is a joke. First appointment I set up over the phone because the online service was down. I went inside and signed in. Waited an hour and half before they called me and then explained they couldnt find me in the system for my appointment. Came back a second time and they took my blood and did a pee test. Went to my doctor and my doctor said that Quest hadnt sent all my test results over so I couldnt get my medication I needed so I literally had to wait on them. A week later still nothing. Let me remind you Quest diagnostics only has a 1-800 number and its hard to get ahold of someone when you work mon-fri 8-5 schedule. Couldnt get through to anyone by the time I had to get back to work. Finally was about to call my doctor and they say my test results were back but they couldnt put me on my meds because Quest diagnostics didnt do ALL THE TEST MY DOCTOR REQUESTED! Once again I try and call but cant get through on the phone. Can someone explain to me why Im having to go back a 3rd time losing money because your facility cant do there job? I cant even get a manager to speak with me. I work for a health provider as a living and I just cant believe the way this business handles patient care.
Outstanding service, were caring, competent and effective at quelling the concerns of a very scared girl who had been putting the blood draw off over fear of needles and blood. Will use for all of our lab work from now on.
Appointment was quick little wait time
Great customer service and love to new way to check in!
Blood streaming from my arm dripping on the floor when I left
Fast service, all staffs was so kind.
Bee was GREAT, everytime I go to Quest they have to stick me three or more times because of my small veins, BUT BEE got it on the first try simply amazing thanks Bee and thanks also being so nice you made my day, Bee you ROCK .
Went in thought I was in the wrong place nobody there punched in on the kiosk and saw my name on the board said 6 minutes. Then a lady came through the door and said my name. Was done in 10 minutes with the whole thing
The check-in process is very fast & easy
Ease of appointment and the quick in and out of the facility.
Fast, professional, clean and reliable
Rather go to this one than the one 2 miles away. Only problems is that calling location doesnt go through (instant hang up) and its inside hospital building
Never had a problem with this location... it does get crowded during certain peak hours... but just wait your turn and youll be fine...
Located on 2nd floor if medical office bldg. A lot of people dont know its there or dont want to go up to 2nd floor, so its not as crowded as many other Quest facilities.
I made a appointment but could not find it now Im sitting at another quest on standby 2 hours
I finally had 2 have. Someone show me how 2 use systemThen it seems. Very easy. Thanku 4 asking
They never answer their phone
Slow results (5 days) and no way to reach someone in the phone because phone number listed is not working.I have the Quest App with notifications turned on.
I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with no appointment... plus staff was super friendly
Very professional and friendly staff.
Receptionists werent friendly.Arrived 7:07am for 7:30am appointment . Was 7:55 am before being seen.
Rude ! Had an appointment and yet two hours later still was waiting… Never going back
Phone doesnt work. No receptionist. Not user friendly at all. Find a place with walk in service. I miss Kaiser.
1 person in the sitting area, nobody in the hallway & the only appointment offered is 2 hours away.
Employee was very pleasant
Walked in for blood work 4 or 5 ahead of mewas out the door in a half hour or less
Phone not setup. No one answers
Always have a pleasant experience at the Tenaya Las Vegas location.
Always friendly. The best ladies to draw blood.
Horrible. Rude operators, lost appointmentMade two months ago,!
