Aspire Houston Fertility Institute

Don’t recommend this clinic unless it’s the only one that will take your case or the only one covered by insurance. Staff doesn’t reply to messages, doesn’t return phone calls, provides zero guidance in terms of financial guidance, makes you wait in a lobby for over an hour with your fertility specimens while other non time critical patients getting blood / ultra sounds go before you, and will ensure you pay way more for medications than other clinics do, and will be rude to you in the process. If you want the stress of dealing with infertility to be magnified though, this place is perfect.

From my egg freezing procedure to my embryo transfer, I cannot say enough positive words about my experience at Aspire HFI. Dr. Steward and the whole team at the Med. Center Women’s location were consistently phenomenal. From efficient appoints to constant communication and support, I always felt like I was in good hands. I now have a healthy baby girl and it all started with Aspire HFI. I highly recommend Dr. Steward and any team he chooses to work with and am forever grateful for them all!

I had a great initial consultation with Dr. Dunn at the Aspire clinic in Houston. He took the time to go over everything and answered every one of my questions. My sister, who also came with me, had additional questions regarding her own fertility journey, and he took the time to listen and answer her questions as well. Following our consult, I had an ultrasound and my blood drawn at the clinic, which was very convenient and fast. Dr. Dunn went over the all the results with me in person and again, was very kind and took the time to explain everything to me. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Dr. Dunn and this clinic.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. My sister in law had an appointment today. Drove over an hour for the appointment. The address that was given for the appointment was wrong. She called the office for at 130, 1:45, 2:00 no answer to get instructions. I called at 2:15, 2:30, 2:40. I finally decided to hit the provider line and the lady had to connect me to the nurse because the front office did not answer. The nurse helped us get to the correct address then she was she could not be seen for a grace period of 15 minutes!! Are you kidding me. She drove and hour, don’t answer the phone, have to call the provider line to get help and then it’s her fault. As a women looking forward to this appointment to get answers on hopefully having a family and this happens. Such a bad taste from staff and the provider. Have to more compassion for your patients especially in a sensitive manner as Infertility!

Just got done with the long IVF and implantation process. Luckily, I had success. It isnt a walk in the park, but the staff at Aspire made me feel at ease when I was actually very stressed. I had a great experience overall and was sad to be discharged from the clinic to my new OB! I highly recommend Dr. Sabouni, who made this a very special process for us ❤️🏳️‍🌈

Excellent care and the best of all is that the doctor spoke in Spanish so that my wife felt more comfortable, very professional and very helpful, I recommend him 100%

Don’t recommend them at all. The communication here is nonexistent as they don’t answer the phone or messages. Had my initial consultation for egg freezing in January of 2023, and my process was delayed in March due to their office not answering the phone/being responsive. After that, the process no longer fit my timeline/schedule so I waited and called to restart the process in November. Dr. Nurudeen said a nurse would be reaching out with a new timeline for me but no one ever did. Left a message to follow up and it was never responded to. I have since switched clinics and the experience has been 1000x better. Go elsewhere for your fertility needs.

I have difficulty with communicating with my care team via this prelude connect app. When I am trying to log in, It does not allow me. I cant view my messages or communicate with the team. I have complained many times, but they are not fixing the problem. I am regretting the fact that I chose this clinic for my care. I am sending them emails but they are not responding either. They are also not picking up their phone, as they tell you to leave a message but they are not returning your phone call. How is that going to work?

In my experience of the treatment I had, I do not recommend this clinic. For them, people are a number, they do not look at the people who go to that place with the desire to have a baby, they gave me a prescription, 9,500 of medicine, medicine that I did not use. That the nurse by mistake orders medicine that you dont need, then they throw you on a bed when they put the embryo in, youre out for 15 minutes. It is a clinic to make money, not to help people.

If I could give zero stars, I would. GO ELSEWHERE. It’s basically the Walmart of fertility center, overrun with patients, and not enough staff to provide support. Don’t dare call the office for anything other than an appointment - they’re very efficient at taking your money but are terrible at ANYTHING else. If you call you’ll be on hold FOREVER and no one will actually have any answers. They’ll just transfer you from one person to the next. I literally had to hire a lawyer to get a copy of my own medical records from TWO years ago because their medical team, billing department, and support staff are incompetent.

Very detailed & attentive consultation. I’m excited to continue my journey with Dr Dunn.Though Dr Dunn was great, his office and staff were a complete unorganized mess…I left after 2 cycles and them constantly leaving me in a check up exam room for over 30min…..then today, a year post my last cycle, I got an email trying to charge me for embryo storage for another year….jokes on me, they froze my abnormal embryo and want me to pay an additional $720/year…..god I hate this place

The two stars are for Dr Kriseman. She is an excellent physician. I am a physician and can tell she practices evidence based medicine, is detail oriented, and does an excellent job counseling f her patients. This practice has clearly taken on more patients than they can handle. The office appointments are triple booked, the portal messages are at times never responded to, and on my last embryo transfer the wrong embryo was thawed. This review was triggered as I was prescribed a medication I have a known allergy to, and have called/sent messages on 5 different occasions and am still waiting for an alternative to be called in. This medication is vital for my cycle, so I’m forced to take it and suffer an allergic reaction. This should not happen.

After only one treatment of Clomid my Wife was pregnant Thanks to Doctor Chauhan. With the up most respect we talk and I can trying say hes a man of his word, Clomid is a wonder drug to help conceive. Thanks Dr. Chauhan we having a baby.

I love Dr. Dunn! Thanks to his knowledge and experience, we finally got pregnant after multiple losses and 15 months of trying. We are now the proud parents of TWINS just delivered 2 weeks ago! All thanks to God and Dr. Dunn and his staff. Dr. Dunn is fluent in Spanish which made communication with my Hispanic husband much easier. We traveled multiple times to Houston from south Louisiana just to receive care from Dr. Dunn and his staff! He is very polite and caring! I highly recommend! 👌👍👍

My experience with Aspire Fertility was not good at all. It was my first time doing fertility treatment a few years ago and they were a super unorganized team, Dr. Lea Schenk disappointed me for IVF but I started to work with CCRM, and they are great.

Dr Dunn and his staff were welcoming, warm, and kind. I had a great experience during my transfer. He truly cares about his patients and loves what he does. I feel very thankful for him and his staff.

I am a recent breast cancer survivor and sought services at Aspire with my close friend, who offered to carry my baby for me. While I really like my doctor, all the surrounding practices have made my experiences much more stressful than it needed to be. To start, I was misquoted the price and then a payment of $6,000 was due before we could move on with the process. The process was delayed by several hurdles by the gestational carrier, which in effect pushed the tentative delivery date back by a month. This is a big deal because my friend is a teacher and HISD does not pay maternity leave, so she wanted to give birth in the summer. We told everyone this about the timing issue from the beginning and no one made an effort to create a timeline for us that would help get us on time. We were basically left to our own devices, to figure out everything ourselves. This is already a difficult process, and to pay SO MUCH to be treated so poorly. I cannot recommend Aspire, despite Dr. Dunn being a fine physician.

Dr Dunn is so warm and friendly. He doesn’t rush you but is very through. My husband and I really enjoyed meeting him today we felt right at home. We have a lot of peace about the process of Ivf and we love that Doctor Dunn will be their guiding us. Highly recommend!

Im currently a client here and its literally impossible to speak to anyone in this clinic. No one returns calls or answers messages. How are you supposed to trust a business that doesnt even respond to messages.Im definitely moving my eggs to a different clinic that actually cares about their patients.Highly DO NOT recommend. This is already a stressful process and the level of care thIS clinic provides is not worth your money. Go somewhere else.

We love Dr. Schenk and her staff! We would not have our two children without her help. Everyone is always friendly and kind to work with, and the patient portal is great for accessing information. It is a long drive for us as we dont live in Houston but absolutely worth it.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Dunn since 2017 now and I cannot rave enough about him. He is such a kind man filled with patience, knowledge and empathy. I moved to Austin a few years ago and I still drive to Houston for my appointments. You will not regret having him through your journey, no matter what it is. 10/10 recommend.

I love Dr Dunn. He has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever met. He’s so kind and he listens to you and answers all your questions no matter what kind of question. He’s an amazing doctor. 10/10 recommend to anyone going through any infertility issues.

I love Aspire Fertility. Dr. Kriseman and team has been really patient, helpful, understanding and always try to make everything as easy as possible for me. My only complaint is with billing department. I keep receiving bills I should not be receiving and its incredibly frustrating. Last time I had to make several phone calls and nobody knew why I was getting billed, days later they said my account was up to date and could disregard bills. Today 02/09/2021 I received a new bill and Im not even going to bother anymore. Someone better call me or I will just cancel everything and move to another Fertility clinic. This is beyond ridiculous.Update Sept 2022: they changed storage clinics and these people are charging me twice for no reason, no call back. Disrespectful.

I would not recommend Aspire. They are absolutely horrible. They charged for procedures covered by insurance and refuse to call to confirm it was covered under our plan. Aspire refused the procedure unless we paid on the spot. It’s been 10 months since the procedure and they have yet to give us our refund. Our insurance advocate has tried several times to get ahold from the billing department to request the process. They are told it will be mailed out soon. It’s been three months since being told that. I’ve called three straight days and told someone will call. The fourth day I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes. Aspire ask to leave a voicemail and then they never call back.Nothing but stress. Not recommended if you are already stressing out about not being able to get pregnant. This whole process with their billing department has been a disaster from the start. Sad because Dr. Dunn is great.

I went into my appointment expecting to leave discouraged. I am delighted to report that that is not the case! Dr. Dunn was very compassionate, informative and gave me the hope that I was looking for. When my time comes to go forward with a pregnancy, I will definitely be going back to Aspire!

BEWARE: If you reschedule your appointment for the second (2nd) time, they will charge you $100. In contrast to their written policy which states that they will charge you $100 if you reschedule your appointment for the third (3rd) time.

My experience with Dr Dunn was great BUT I must say the Medical Assistant Jessica and another one (cant recall her name) in the sugarland facility are not caring professionals. Jessica was literally yelling at me when I asked to speak to a nurse so I can clarify about the inconsistent info about my prescription.The communication in this place is so awful! they almost did blood work that the Dr didnt order for. I rarely give reviews but I had to this for others to be aware.

Overall the staff was nice. NURSE Stephanie S. is great! I dont believe this doctor had my best interest at heart she gave me no hope she seems more out to make money, having to see a specialist is already stressful enough and I felt she had no compassion. The FA has an ugly attitude and I would never recommend this facility to a single soul. And for the record there are other facilities that offer treatments at a cheaper rate

5 failed attempts. No answer as to why. 100,000$ out and no more money left to go further. Haven’t heard a word since they took all our money and NO results. Last thing was said to us was if we want to think about it and take a break thats ok. We didn’t have a choice. We dont have 20000+ $ to try and fail again. And no answer of “if” it will work or not.

Apparently if you need a reproductive endocrinologist, you cannot get checked here for PCOS, menopause or anything else relevant to reproductive health if you dont want kids right now. If you want kids, right now, feel free to go here. Otherwise, you are out of luck because the doctors dont want to see you unless you want kids, right now. Medical discrimination at its finest.

I can’t recommend this place enough. This is the 2nd time getting pregnant thanks to their help. First time I had Dr Dunn, he was great from beginning to end. Second time due to insurance I had to change to Dr Chauhan, he is also great, both are very professional and kind.They check everything first with some tests, I got pregnant on my second try with IUI this time.I never felt uncomfortable and all my questions were answered fast and clear.Even in this difficult time, I had no issues with appointments or anything else, they only were very restrictive on having only the patient there, so my husband couldn’t be with me, but I understand.I drove over an hr to go to this place, cause I try others but they only made me felt they wanted my money, not this place, in this place they really care about their patients and what’s best for them.

This will be my 2nd time working with Aspire Fertility and my first time being a patient with Dr. Kriseman. Very knowledgeable and patience. I never felt rush into a decision. All of her staff are great! They make you feel like a family member instead of a patient. I would definitely refer Dr. Kriseman!

Dr. Grunert and staff was wonderful to work with. Dr. Grunert was very informative and answered all of our questions that we had. Nancy was great and patient , if there were any questions, she always replied back and gave us reassuring answers. We started our journey late and knew it may take a while for us, but we finally got our miracle baby!

Even though we finally achieved results after 2d attempt, I was unpleased with the service provided. One time medication use have not been explained well which resulted in a wrong usage. On multiple occasions there has been a discrepancy in verbal and online instructions on what meds to use. There have been delays on notifying which day is the procedure, also after procedure visit has not been scheduled in advance which resulted in 2 weeks delay in a visit. Also, its very difficult to reach the nurse, it might take full day until they get back to you. It feels that the office is unorganized.

This is the most horrific experience one could get, wish we never had signed up with this IVF organization esp. at the Memorial Hermann location by Katy freeway. Veronica, the nurse, considered herself as the Person In Charge, DOES NOT even have the most basic minimum standard of care. Examples include failing to provide correct instructions on the meds, never return phone calls, always asked my wife to do something last minute even after we gave her plenty of reminder weeks ago, asking to show up at their office without any forewarning etc. My wife always come home crying after went to the clinic office. They have NO respect for us, even as a human being.

We had a lovely visit today. First time meeting Dr. Kriseman. She was very kind and explained things to us. We have been to two different fertility clinics. Not being happy with them we found Aspire Fertility.So happy we have made the switch so far.A few things that were not done at the other clinics that were done today so very happy about.Look forward to our journey with Dr. Kriseman and her staff.

I had lab work done in November of last year. I’m still waiting for them to call me to go over the results and schedule the next appointment lol. It’s September 2023.

Dr. Gruerta ended up doing my second IUI for me since it was Labor Day weekend and a Sunday on a long weekend. Him and his nurse both made me feel very comfortable by allowing my husband in the room. He was so professional AND I AM PREGNANT! :)))) I still can’t believe I am typing these words, but, oh well!!!So I have nothing but positive things to say about him. I want to encourage everyone to be positive and stay patient! But he did amazing and apparently he did it damn well too!

My husband and i tried for 3 years before deciding to seek help. And we are more than happy that we did. Aspire fertility was able to help us get pregnant within 3 months. They were very warm welcoming and reasuring. They have a very positive can do, no problems, only solutions type of attitude. They are very personalized as you assigned one nurse and that nurse is available to you at any time they also have counseling and support meetings for those who may need them. Dr Stegmann was absolutely fantastic i cant say enough about them. We are alredy planning on trying for number two and were only five months post baby :) I know for certain if we have any trouble at all we will absolutely be going back to Aspire Fertility to see Dr Stegmann again!!!!

We were referred to Dr. Leah Schenk at Aspire by our OB/GYN and it was the best thing thats ever happened to us. She reviewed all of my medical history and helped us make an informed decision to do IVF. Dr. Schenk and the team at the Fannin (now Main St.) location were amazing. The girls in the front are welcoming, they remember who you are and are always prepared. We didnt have any billing issues, Tammy in finance was always clear and timely with letting us know everything. We never experienced long wait times and each visit with Dr. Schenk was informative and efficient. She always made sure we understood everything and always made us feel comfortable. She laid out the perfect IVF protocol for me and now were 2 months away from having our first baby boy! I also want to mention that Carmen in ultrasound and the hispanic lady in bloodwork made the whole process so much easier to get through. They are both exceptional, caring people and I cant thank them enough! There are a ton of IVF clinics in Houston, as long as Dr. Schenk is with Aspire - thats the only one for us!

Do Not Go To This Clinic..... Apparently, they dont know how to bill insurance companies. (Check the other reviews) They will never give you a breakdown statement. Furthermore, the office staff doesnt return calls. Billing is not in the clinic, its in a corporate office.We decided to go with another provider after our insurance told us that we shouldnt pay them any money without a detail statement from the office. We never got a statement. We actually got a bill after our down payment and ONE VISIT. Our new clinic gave us a detail statement on the services provided plus cost based on our insurance coverage. They also had better customer service. I must say that Aspire Clinical team are professional. However after going to another clinic I realize that Aspire is just money hungry baby mill. They dont explain lab results. They dont try other ways to obtain fertility. If your fear is hyperstimulation.... Well they dont even offer mini treatments. They all about pumping you with drugs at all cost (literally) without even addressing any other issues that could be the cause of your infertility. Save your money $14000 and go to a non-corporate clinic, if you want a better experience. Learn from my mistake and get a second opinion before paying your down payment...

Unlike other reviews of Aspire, we had a very positive experience. The entire staff and doctors treated us with respect and helped us understand the entire process. They did not push us straight to IVF, but instead they learned how my wifes body was chemically balanced and addressed that first. Then they walked us through the next steps to try to naturally become pregnant. Luckily we were successful and now have a beautiful baby. We would recommend this staff and facility to our friends and family. As always you have to ask the right questions and they answered all the questions honestly and fully.

I was able to become a mother thanks to Dr. Chauhan I cant thank him enough! I highly recommend him or any doctor here. I will be going back to give my son a sibling. Once again thank you so much Dr. Chauhan for being so patient, kind and always being so positive.

My experience with Aspire Fertility was not good at all. It was my first time doing fertility treatment. And your experience suppose to be the best and happiest in trying to conceive. Just the following up or even trying to get a call back from the nurse to schedule an appointment and let them know what was going on. It seem like I was doing all the research about all that was needed to know. My husband and I decided to do the IUI and it was rocky from the beginning since I had to call about everything to let the nurse know about starting the treatment and such and making an appointment to come in for an ultrasound. After completing the IUI we never expected to get pregnant on the first try but we did we were very excited. I told the nurse and kept telling the doctor Grunert that I was cramping for two weeks starting and getting sharp stabbing pains in my stomach and all over my back. They advised me that it was normal and stay off my feet nothing about this was normal to me since I already had 3 previous healthy pregnancy before. I came back to the office to more blood work and Dr. grunert advised me my hcg went down instead of up. I kept telling him I was still feeling the sharp pain and hurting really badly. He just advised come back in 2 days to check blood work again. I had to be rushed to the emergency that day and was having a miscarriage. It’s crazy because I kept telling the people something was wrong and no one listen. I will never go back to that place ever again.

Its been some time since Ive been to aspire I am such a procrastinator 😏Dr. Stegmann is such an humble powerful gifted down to earth woman!!! Im currently pregnant with my husband and I first child all with her help. But what makes her great is more than her skill. IVF can be a timely process which means u will definitely get to know the staff because its such an intimate setting. Thats how I can truly say she is amazing. She really cares about you and your babies in the making 😊 She said it but most of all she showed it omg I could give so many examples as to how. She is such a hands on doctor is unbelievable. How often can you call a doc office and speak directly with your doc every time? Never! Well you can with her. I will definitely be going back for my next child. The entire staff is wonderful. They are an extension of her. So kind and hands on. The one turn off for me is I literally came when they first opened the new location in Houston by the end of my transfer several ppl (staff members) were no longer with the company. Its such an intimate setting that it rubbed me the wrong way that ppl starting disappearing. For over 6 months you build a relationship learn to trust the staff and poof they are gone I was affected by that 😒 So please no more disappearing acts. Other than that it was a blessing to receive the BEST care from Aspire.

I visited two different fertility clinics in the Houston area. I prefer Aspire Fertility treatment center to the competition as Aspire proved to be more transparent about their services and costs, the staff is more intimate, personable and caring with their clients. I just have an overall better vibe with Aspire than I did at the other place. I highly recommend Aspire Fertility. At least check them out in order to make your own comparison.

Doctor Stegmann and the staff at Aspire were very attentive and truly made you feel valuable! When struggling with fertility, that is one thing that stands out. They were very upfront with their costs so that there werent any hidden surprises. I would go with them time and time again.

We had a fantastic experience and only wish wed gotten started earlier!Before going straight to IVF, we wanted to give IUI one more chance,and, though we werent successful on that IUI round, I felt confident inDr. Stegmanns skill. (Shes amazing, in fact!)Though there has been some staff turnover, which is to be expected inthe early days of a new clinic, weve found everyone to be top-notch andvery oriented toward a superior patient experience. Tsey-Haye is themain billing/finance person, and she has been very helpful in pursuingour insurance reimbursements and claims. Tsey-Haye and Dr. Stegmanneven helped us file an appeal when our insurer denied one of our claims.My husband and I strongly encourage would-be mothers to consider working with Dr. Stegmann at Aspire. Infertility can be frustrating, but having a partner like Dr. Stegmann and the team at Aspire helped me putconcerns about getting the most capable and success-oriented assistance out of my mind.

We just went through our first cycle with ivf... we had no clue what we were doing or anything about it... we had a consultation with the doctor and felt like it went well and he seemed great!Well after that it all went down hill... the lack of communication and organizational of the staff is extremely ridiculous... they never update you or inform you of what’s going on, unless you hunt them down, every time I called I had to leave a message... I never felt like I mattered as a patient there and never felt like things were explained to me clearly or in a timely manner. Also, be prepared that the doctor you pick may not even be the one that does your retrieval.It took 10 days to update me on my embryos who didn’t even make it through blast day 3... I also contacted them several times asking for an update... for the amount of money, time, emotion and energy you put into ivf every patient deserves to be cared for and not just looked at as another number!

I was referred here but the customer representative who spoke with me gave me a wrong address and they couldnt even find another booking for me that same day. Am not impressed with the negligence of the customer representative because I kept telling her what I wanted but she went ahead to give me what she wanted for me. Drove for an hour just to be turned back

Dr. Dunn has helped multiple generations of my family. He is truly a God send and the “Dr House” of fertility and women’s health. It’s amazing how he can uncover hard to diagnose cases.

Dr. Mangal has been my doctor for years! Best doctor in Houston!! He has helped me with my endometriosis, I now have a 5 year old and hoping to have one more baby. I recommend his office 👍🏽

DO NOT GO THERE!Aspire Fertility has completely destroyed the first exciting steps in our journey of becoming parents! We went to them hoping to find a professional and comfortable IVF clinic and where very excited about the prospect of having a baby. But instead professionalism we found a shady company who is lying about insurance coverage and is hiding cost which they will throw towards you once you’re in the process. They told us that we had to pay 14,400 USD for the complete IVF procedure and that they checked with our insurance and that nothing was covered. We had to put 4,000 USD down to start the procedure. But when we called with our insurance agent it turned out that the whole procedure was covered and that Aspire supposed to send the bill to our insurance company. They could only charge the deductible. We already start to be suspicious after talking to the financial department which gave us that uncomfortable feeling that it is their mean objective to get as much money out of your pocket as possible, and as fast as possible! They are vague and confusing about the actual cost, do not provide any breakdowns of this ‘lump-sum’ procedure and are not honest about insurance coverage because they rather take the money out of your pocket upfront. When you ask a critical question, they avoid it by playing it towards the emotions of the wife by starting a complete unrelated conversation of how nice it would be to have a child. Our insurance agent even contacted them to inform them about our coverage but they still want you to pay for everything out of pocket and upfront.We requested a meeting with one of the mean managers to get clarity about the actual cost. We also confronted her with the misinformation they provided. But instead of offering an apology or saying it was a misunderstanding she continued telling lies. They are very sophisticate in ‘twisting’ the cost and use the emotions of couples who want to have a child to distract them from the real financial impact this will have at Aspire. For a lot of people this is new and most of the time, difficult and emotional procedure and Aspire is taking advantage of that to squeeze the money out of your pocket.We have continued our journey with another much more transparent, assisting and informative company and we advise everyone to look around at other clinics too, before you allow these people to destroy something that supposed to be exciting.

Overall, I do not recommend Aspire due to lack of communication and their IVF lab. After changing practices due to these issues and researching intensely, I see that Aspire as a practice is more about gaining patients (advertise lower costs than most) but less about quality of care. Their data does not look good despite some success stories (SART data is very low compared to other Houston area practices).I know Aspire has good intentions and looks very good from the outside because it is beautiful, works well with insurance, and lower costs than most, but it needs to focus on patient care in order for patients to trust their processes.

So far, we are loving Dr. Chauhan! He is very personable and truly cares about the individual patient. The staff is easy to get a hold of as well.

We had a wonderful experience with Aspire. Dr. Chauhan and Kris and all the ladies that have helped us through this journey have been nothing but wonderful. Thank you for always answering all our questions, always being available to answer the questions and making us comfortable through this journey. Thank you once again for everything!!

Everyone… this practice is REALLY weird. the vibes are weird. the front desk is weird. the doctor is kind of weird. from the appearance, it looks 100% legitimate but we never saw other patients and most of my friends at other clinics (in and out of houston) say that their fertility clinics are always packed in the morningss. so based on that, it seems like this is a really new clinic. also, they suck at billing. even though my insurance covers IVF they tried to get us to pay over $14k full price and that makes me think they’re just in it for the money??? after 2 visits we never went back. 5 months later, we paid a $500 co-pay for IVF somewhere else!!! its your money, its your body. make the right choice people!

We called many times to try to make an appointment for next step what should we do, were still waiting waiting... whatever call or email them,no body answers!!! Last summer we waited for over four weeks to get the results, and the results supposed to have it in ten days, some days later said the nurse was on vacation so..., thats the doctor explained!!Terrible Terrible service!!

Horrible! You have to chase them to get your lab results I dont get calls back. So far my whole experience here has been a total nightmare. Stay away from this place if you can. it will only bring you unnecessary stress.

I have suffered a lot with this clinic, the service is very bad in terms of the nurses either in terms of the doctor who worked for me the process is no worse than it does not understand anything in medicine made me visit the emergency every day for ten days and my life came to danger because of its stupidity and mistakes. On the left ovaries and did not stop giving the needle to stimulate the egg, which led to the size of the bag to 7 cm and when re-embryos punctured the bag and bleeding in the uterus, which put my life at risk and when I went to emergency They told me go to the doctor who worked for you the process of microscopic vaccination and when I went to her told me Im sorry I hit the bag and the result for There is a pregnancy because of the mistake that I wanted to lose the ovary and then intensified the pain and went to her again said to me in my opinion you have a kidney stones that caused you pain I decided to go to another doctor within days worked for me to remove the bag because his presence is dangerous for me The stronger the movement and therefore does not have children

My husband and I had a great experience with Dr. Dunn and his PA Gloria. Very professional and took the time to explain everything to us and answer all of our questions.

Dr. Maya Kriseman and staff especially Valeria are so friendly, have all answers for my questions, give us so clear direction, schedule and follow up, I felt so comfortable and happy with this team!

I highly recommend this facility and Dr. Grunert, hes amazing! Hes made my dream to become a mother happen 3 times now. I have 2 daughters and a son.

Requires great effort to schedule or get results. Calls go to a call center. The staff promises 1-4 hour call backs, but the office doesn’t call back.

Horrible patient communication. The told me to pick up a at home test so I show up at 1220 n door are locked while staff is inside. They see me waiting and don’t even bother to ask me why I’m here.

We had a wonderful experience at Aspire! The staff is professional and takes their time explaining things to you. The location is great!

Great infertility place

I do not recommend it to anyone..here they are giving me $100 that I owe in this place and I have never been..it is absurd, it is a lack of respect..I have called several times no one answers me..I made an appointment here but for reasons Personally, I was never able to go to that appointment and now I receive a letter that I owe $100... I never thought something like this would happen to me but I will go directly to the supervisors and complain because I will not pay for something that is not mine... I never went, they do not have my documents, my signature, nothing, thats why this place is useless...they are shameless...they want to charge me something that I dont owe, its absurd and the worst thing is that they dont give me an answer, so I will resolve this in another way and I will go personally...dont come to this place because without going they want to charge me, imagine once I visit it 👎👎👎👎

My experience with Dr Dunn and his staff has been the best. They have treated me very kindly and have been attentive to me and my process. I feel that I am in the best hands and I have the trust and faith in them thanks to them. Now I have more chance of getting my positive....100% recommended
