I have been meaning to write this review for a while now. I am grateful beyond words to Dr McGovern and his team at URA. Having done several failed rounds at a bigger, factory like clinic before coming to URA, I could instantly see the difference in care. I felt less like I was on a conveyor belt and back to being treated as a patient and a human. My treatment was a customized approach to my specific needs. The reason why I know this is because it finally worked. I have the most perfect, happy and healthy 4 month old baby.I was 44 when I walked into URA, 45 when I delivered my baby. I only say that for the other woman out there that are feeling what I was feeling at times during this process, it’s not hopeless. Dr. McGovern helped make my dream come true.
Dr. McGovern and the entire URA staff were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout our journey. I started with him in January of this year and am now 8 weeks pregnant with our baby boy after our first IVF transfer. He is very open, honest, and took into account my wishes throughout the process as well. All of the other doctors were helpful as well but I worked with him and Dr. Persaud the most and they are great! Dr. Persaud did my second IVF retrieval and I got 14 eggs that round compared to 4 the first round!
Dr McGovern is super knowledgeable. He gave me options and answered my questions through my fertility process. I was able to get help when needed. The nurses and the phlebotomist were very kind. With billing there was a little confusion but overall in the medical aspect I would recommend this place
The office committed false medical advertising by stating a second opinion consultation is free if you have been with another fertility clinic in the past. In addition, i was told i would have my consultation free. In writing. The office still billed my insurance, another example of fraud, fraudulent medical billing. The office refuses to return any voicemails or emails with written proof that the visit was free. The Dr. himself was fantastic. Such a shame the office is illegally functioning.
Dr. Cho, nurse Krystal and the entire team changed our lives. IVF is tough. I was not a straight forward case and they never gave up. I had a heartbreak, frustration, and times I wanted to flush the meds down the toilet. This team supported me every step of the way. Every emergency call I made to Krystal, she got me in with Dr. Cho immediately. Every call with just a question, they addressed it making me feel at ease. The morning monitoring team was always positive during the exhausting early mornings.Dr.Cho gave me my baby girl, I wouldnt have without him.
The team at URA is very unprofessional and unorganized. The front desk staff do not know what they are supposed to do, with more than a handful of years of providing the services, they cannot train their people right or understand how to welcome clients. The managers and director support the team and the kind of services they provide. It was a disappointing experience and would recommend to find a better service elsewhere.
We have already used URA for our first and Dr McGovern was amazing but recently went in as we are looking to have another and experienced something different since last time. The staff (not all) but the staff acts so ghetto, loud, they speak Spanish in a rude way as to not let those who dont understand what they are saying well bad news for them is that I look white but Im cuban and understood every word. My husband is white and Dr McGovern is no racist, stuck up and if hes cheating on his wife with a co worker thats his business(if its even true) if you arent happy there quit. Her name Id diedra deidre day something and the ghetto looking and acting girl she was talking to looked like a stripper in scrubs but didnt catch her name. Id give 5 stars if it wasnt for the trash emplyees I encountered. YOUVE GOT TO DO BETTER!
Pathetic billing department. The doctors only meet you virtually and you cant event be assured the doctor you met will be the one performing the procedure. Please dont go here there are multiple better small clinics with positive results. The billing department doesnt sent any bills to you and the hasbrook heights surgery center doesnt get paid when you pay through ura even though it is in ura.
Dr. Morelli and her team were pivotal in finding out the ‘why’ behind my fertility issues. After months of diagnostics, they figured it out and were able to give me a personalized plan for successful conception. I would recommend this group to anyone undergoing fertility issues - including what other providers might like to call PCOS, when it really isn’t PCOS. As a healthcare professional myself, I truly appreciated the work and service this group put into my care. We’re now 8 weeks into a successful pregnancy and counting - looking forward to coming back when I’m ready for the next one!
You never see the Dr here, is always somebody else doing the US daily. I did 4 IUI no success and they didn’t change the method. Wasted a lot money and time plus my body under hormones en pressure for months. I went to a different place and I got pregnant at the first attemp. Do not spend your time and money here.
While I loved the Diamond Institute practice, I am extremely disappointed in the level of service and response that I have received from the URA in particular the length of time it takes to receive a copy of a bill. I have been waiting for weeks with repeated follow-up and no response.
Dr Persaud and her staff made me feel comfortable during my visit. She took the time to explain the procedures i was having and why- and is guiding me with next steps. First time in the office and meeting the doctor in person- i feel confident in my treatment moving forward.
Received great care from Dr Fechner and his team. They discussed options, gave clear instructions and answered promptly to messages sent through patient portal.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Fechner and the whole team at URA. Dr. Fechner has treated me with respect and always wanted to hear my opinion about every decision we made throughout our fertility journey. He never gave up on us and we are extremely grateful for that. And when we had good news everyone was genuinely happy and excited, which means that they really are there to help people and enjoy doing it. This journey is extremely difficult for anyone going through it but the URA team makes it so much more easier with their frequent updates and open communication. I highly recommend them.
Def would not recommend! If I was younger I would have 100% got a second opinion! Told me I’m fine great levels yet my husband is infertile. Well he has 2 kids and got me pregnant twice. I know in my soul it’s me and something is wrong yet no one would take me serious. Just the same standard treatment. When the first time failed I was told about the changes that would be made my second round. Not one thing changed! I would highly recommend going elsewhere or at least getting a second opinion
It is pleasure and wonderful choices have ever made to choose a Dr like my new Dr. I’m not sure i will not have disappointment throughout my journey.
Absolutely Amazing! Dr Cho is very helpful, countless of information that is very important . Hands down , the BEST DOC ever
I had several failed IUI’s and two failed IVFs at this place. At first I liked my doctor but then I started not to trust him. His nurse Andrea was also often rude over the and sighed out loud like she didn’t want to be there. The first IVF protocol was cancelled because I didn’t respond well to the IVF meds, so we proceeded using a Clomid protocol for IVF. One immature egg was retrieved. Then we tried Letrozole, no eggs retrieved. An antagon (ganirelix) was never used to prevent me from ovulating before the actual egg retrievals. I don’t know if this was on purpose or what but seems really fishy to me. I started eating organic and was much healthier than before and asked the doctor if we could try with the Ivf meds again, and he said it wouldn’t work since I already had a bad response. Fast forward a few months later at another clinic, they used the Ivf meds (Gonal f, low dose hcg, HGH, ganirelex, etc) and I had some good eggs retrieved. This other clinic made my dream a reality and now I have a healthy 1 year old son!!
Really recommend dr McGovern!! I had my embaby in January 2024l
I was very lucky to have Dr. McGovern as my doctor!!!! He is AMAZING!! I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. We had a long emotional journey but Dr. McGovern helped us with our miracle baby. That is something we are truly great full for and never forget. Between him, the other doctors and staff everyone makes you feel very comfortable and like family. I would recommend this office to anyone. I am truly going to miss them.
Hello everyone, I had the ultimate experience with Dr. McGovern. He was well informed and guided in the right direction in regards to my fertility. Thank you Dr. McGovern you rock!
Thank you so much for everting. We tried 4 times IUI. Now , I am prangnant. . I am grateful. It was great to meet you during this process. You will always stay in my life❤️All workers very nice and helpful.
Edit: 12/12, sadly I lost the baby at 13 weeks. Dr. McGovern was very understanding and caring, which helped me so much in my grief. He has suggested doing some additional blood tests to try to find out why this happened. I am grateful for the attention given to our situation and will try again once Im ready. My experience at URA has been fantastic. Dr. McGovern is a wonderful doctor with a great sense of humor, he really puts you at ease. He is also open to your suggestions, which I think is important. My husband was the one with fertility issues, so I wanted to try a natural (med free) FET cycle this time (my first and only FET was a successful medicated cycle as I didnt know about the natural cycle option at my previous clinic, but I just wanted less meds and hormones this time), and Dr. McGovern was completely on board! They also accepted my embryos from another clinic, which I heard some places dont do.Most of the nurses are great and the other doctors were fine, though I personally prefer Dr. McGovern. The clinic is very busy, so my suggestion is to always remind staff about your situation. I did have to constantly remind everyone that I was doing a natural FET cycle and was still asked if I took my meds at nearly every visit ...oh well nobodys perfect. But this clinic is the closest thing to perfect in my experience. Im now about 3 months pregnant and couldnt be happier. Thanks Dr. McGovern and team!!
Doctor fechner is the best doctor there. He is literally one of the best ever. I recommend going to him without a shot in the doubt.
I was fortunate to have Dr. Fechner perform a large fibroid removal surgery recently and could not have been more pleased with the outcome. We met a few times in advance to discuss my condition and in light of the current pandemic, he even reached out to me by phone to explain the procedure. With a very even bedside manner, Dr. Fechner put me at ease before the surgery and showed great care in the weeks after. He is a wonderful doctor and I am grateful for how he looked after me with clear capability and sincere kindness. Thank you, Dr. Fechner!
I have NEVER written a negative review, but thanks to the 2 years I’ve spent with this practice, here we are. I’m sure they’re great with their ivf patients, as they should be, but if you are a low maintenance patient - run. It’s not worth the hassle or the headache. I pride myself on not being a difficult person to deal with, my husband works at a busy practice, I know how busy healthcare workers are, but dang these people are something else. 5 times over the course of the year I had to beg them to fulfill refill requests from my pharmacy. Literally the pharmacy would send request after request and then I would call and leave message after message. The last time I ended up calling the front desk and they put me on indefinite hold only to end up closing for the day. And mind you these are only refills for two basic but necessary meds. I never expected them to recheck my labs, have any concern for my condition, how I could optimize my health, nothing. Each time, if I was able to reach someone from the staff, they would swear up and down that they had sent the refill the problem was on the pharmacy’s end, four times, every time I needed a refill. They never asked me to come in again to recheck labs even when I expressed interest in it myself. **This review was sitting in my notes app for six months and here is the nail in its coffin. For the fifth time to date I had to call three times for a refill. Never got a call back until my third call. This was after hours because I had been without my medicine for two day and was leaving for a trip. I got a call back from dr. Wolf and she spoke to me so incredibly disrespectfully. She yelled at me accused me of being inconsiderate and not making a follow up appointment because she assumed that was why my refill request was not being fulfilled. I have never ever been spoken to that disrespectfully. I have never been spoken to by a medical professional in even a mildly upset tone, let alone being yelled at the way Dr. Wolf did, without asking me a single question about the circumstance in which I was calling. I am a model patient, I am incredibly respectful of healthcare staff and professionals because my own spouse is a busy physician himself. I cannot believe anyone could speak to another human the way Dr wolf spoke to me, let alone a physician to a patient. I have never felt cared for by a single person associated with practice, except for the one kind nurse that worked for their answering service. I’ve honestly never been so hurt or disappointed in my life.
Been meaning to write a review for this place, but have not had the time. Even after a year my rage is still strong enough to write a nasty review. I was an egg donor and this was my 3rd donation, but first experience with URA. These people, especially the coordinator, SImona, absolutely disgust me. My previous donations, from start to finish was about 1 month. With them the process took about 5 months with a good portion of that relentlesy getting multiple blood tests done while all having my IUD and being on birth control that they prescribed to me which gave me ungodly cramps. Simona, the coordinator at the time, had the audacity to talk behind my back saying I was unresponsive and she outright LIED when she dropped the ball at a critical stage. These people probably cost the family probably double what it would have cost them because they kept messing up. I even sent an email to the head nurse with the following:Just following up. I get that people make mistakes, but take ownership. Stop trying to blame me and be unprofessional by talking behind my back and saying I never pick up the phone which is untrue. Look at all my emails below and I have picked up over half the calls I have received! With over 50 emails and 14 calls, I think that’s pretty reasonable especially since there is a 2 hour difference so even if I get it, there’s no way of reaching anyone because you all are closed by 2:30PM my time.As you can see from the below email, reference to the portal was Dec. 1. It is now April, you think after emailing and talking over phone and all the running around getting ultrasounds and bloodwork done five different times, someone is going to remember that this exists? The email included more detailed timelines os communication with screenshots, but the head nurse never followed up with me after that. To them it is a transaction and they probably just disregarded the incident as a one-time incident. I hope the family sues them for a refund of some of the extra costs that URA caused. If you are a working women, dont waste your time as they dont value you or the donors time and efforts. Absolute disgust with this facility.
My wife had a great experience, especially with the surgery room in the first floor. Everyone was friendly and professional. Although it can get a little hectic given how sensitive is timing for anyone trying to get pregnant, it is also understandable. All the doctors are very experienced and my wife felt she was in good hands throughout the process.
Exceptional, a true investigative endocrinologist with Dr. McGovern and his team. The practice moves like clockwork and you are always in and out quickly for scheduled appointments. They are open 365 days a year and always available for emergencies. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and always willing to take the time to answer any questions you have. We met with a few other doctors before and they all immediately pushed IVF when getting pregnant wasn’t our issue. Dr McGovern took a step back used supplements, Accupuncture and a ton of testing to get us on track. He then let us try again naturally and we have a healthy pregnancy with no IVF! Thank you so much for the amazing work you do!!!
BUNCH OF CROOKS!! GESTATIONAL CARRIERS BEWARE!! As a prospective carrier through this IVF clinic I had the worst experience possible. They got my blood type wrong after testing it and said I had positive antibodies (I am A-) and claimed they could not work with me. I decided to get my own bloodtype test done and I had no positive antibodies and my own daughter has a negative blood type as well. My intended parents were kept on the line for their embryos and they dragged the process out as long as possible to reap the monthly payments from my IPs for storing said embryos. We have since switched IFV clinics and have had absolutely 0 issues and we are moving forward with implantation.
This is by far the BEST reproductive endocrinology practice in the area. Dr. Mcgovern and his team were phenomenal. I am so happy I was referred to this office by a friend. I cant say enough nice things about everyone in the office. The nursing staff and front desk are so caring. They will always call you back. Dr. Mcgovern was the only doctor who listened to my symptoms and gave me a diagnoses instead of guessing and slapping a label of unexplained infertility on me. He finally got us pregnant after 4 previous doctors and 3.5 years. I am so thankful for him and this practice. Thank you Dr. Mcgovern and URA!!!
Dr. McGovern was highly recommended to me by a friend and Im so glad I went to see him. Dr. McGovern and his ENTIRE staff are absolutely amazing! They are compassionate, diligent and patient. Dr. McGovern is thorough and takes his time to explain; he genuinely cares about his patients. The entire URA staff has been truly wonderful!!
Avoid at all costs. I have been working with this clinic since april 2022. They do not care about their patients AT ALL. They treat you like a number and are just a payment to them. I had an iui done in May and my husband showed uo with the specimen ready to go (it needed to be at clinic within an hour according to the paperwork) and was there well in advance. The girl at the front desk informed my husband that they were overbooked and understaffed and to keep it in his pocket and that it should be okay. He waited for about an 1.5 with it in his pocket. This is not how things should be handled and they did not take him until I called and got angry. This process is stressful enough to deal with terrible service and improper treatment when so much is on the line.
Egg freezing; PROS- Overall, I am very happy with my outcome after one cycle. The Hoboken office was efficient, I had to go there every single morning for labs and U/S once I started injections and I was usually in and out within 15 minutes. Dr. Persaud made me aware of a discount through an affiliated organization and she provided tips on how to save on IV injections (how much extra medication is left in each vial). Dr. Morelli did my procedure and she had great bedside manner, she made me feel at ease. The nurses were great as well.CONS- There was little to no communication with providers. If I went into this knowing I had fertility issues I would have required a lot more support and communication about med. changes, U/S results, etc. The only education provided was a (+/-) 1 hr video about IVF and most of it did not pertain to me. I had no idea that I was not supposed to be exercising due to the risk of ovarian torsion until halfway through my cycle. I also did not anticipate the recovery time which I believe was prolonged due to OHSS. Lastly, I saved a specific amount for this procedure based on average costs for one cycle. They gave me an estimate that was 1/3 of that amount with my discount so I was ecstatic. I ended up spending almost the entire amount I had saved- nearly 3x as much as what I was quoted. If meds cost more than the procedure, I think that is an important thing to mention. I am not quite sure what I would have done in a different situation since I had already started the process and signed consents when additional charges came up. I just received another $1000 bill in the mail from an outside lab this week and I’m hoping its the last of them.
I really satisfied with the experience I had with all the staff at URA and Dr. Cho who helped me through our journey. Everyone are very attentive and kind. All the services are located in one place, you don’t need to run somewhere else to do an ultrasound, blood work or surgical procedure. Really recommend for the families who need help in getting pregnant. Thanks.
So far I am thoroughly pleased with Doctor Fechner and other staff. I am wishing that there were earlier morning monitoring hours but luckily my job is extremely flexible with my being a little late in the morning. My nurse is very attentive. I just switched to this group from a larger, less personalized experience at another center.
Dr Loughlin is the consummate professional. She is detail oriented and addresses all your concerns. I have been seeing her as a patient for many years and enthusiastically recommend her to my family and friends.. I had a wonderful experience with her resulting in my beautiful babies.. She will answer all your questions and present all the facts.
I am very happy with the care I have received at URA. I was under care of Dr. Cho but I need to say that all doctors are very caring, attentive and supportive. Dr. Cho really cared about our success and tried to work all the ways around to make it work. Yes, it was hard and nerve wracking, but just trust the doctors and schedule monthly follow-up appointments with Your doctor to go over treatment. If I would have to do it again, I would do it at URA.
Our family would not exist without this facility. My wife was 39 when we got pregnant with our daughter (now 18 mos) and just 1 month ago we had a baby boy- successful on the 1st round. Dr. McGovern and his staff were amazing. The assistants made us feel comfortable and more than just a patient. We can not thank them enough.
So thankful for the staff and Dr. McGovern. During the height of the pandemic, they maintained strict safety protocol while still making sure their patients were able to continue their fertility journey. One IUI cycle was all it took for me to successfully get pregnant. I gave birth to the love of my life in March but will not hesitate to go back to URA if needed for #2!
It was a terrible day. One of the staff and medical staff were unprofessional. The front desk did not seem to update my status. I was on time and got a call from the office me after 30 mins waiting in the waiting area. And the medical assistant who has brown curly hair is very impersonal and unkind. She said I shouldve come 7-8 am because of ultrasound, thats why I was waiting long time. No one, even doctor did not tell me I had a ultrasound that day. He said we were going to review and discuss for next step. Eventually I saw the doctor after one and half hour, he has done ultrasound in a short minutes instead of discuss. It was very hard time and uncomfortable.
Yes, very caring staff and doctors. All precautions taken during this pandemic. Dr. Peter MacGovern is very good person and informative. He gave us confidence that we can achieve our dream of having a baby.
Please stay away. We had success with URA in the past however this go around has been absolutely horrible. Quality of care, communication, billing, scheduling- you name it. I provided my new insurance information -physical card and even print outs from my providers website- only to receive a denial of services in the mail today because they billed the insurance I had on file YEARS ago.
I can honestly say that the entire staff of URA is the greatest! Through the years (2014-2017) of happiness, heartaches and finally success I must say I can’t complain. Dr. Cho was my primary doctor but I was treated by all of them and they are the most sincere Dr’s I have ever met in my life! The girls, nurses, drs, and even embryologist will forever be remembered in my family. We can’t thank you enough for all you guys have done for us!
Can’t thank URA enough. Dr. McGovern was my doctor through it all. All the staff were friendly and helpful! Nurse Andrea answered all my questions and was very attentive. Morning staff in Wayne were amazing with me! And Hasbrouck heights! There was a point I didn’t think I would be able to get pregnant. I had several negative iui’s but kept trying and staff didn’t let me lose hope. On the last iui trial, I received my positive results! It was a blessing! URA and God helped me start my family! Thank you so much! Will forever be grateful
We are forever grateful and blessed that we chose URA! A huge THANK you to Dr. Mc Govern (& other drs.) who I tend to call My Angel. Nurse Andrea and the nursing staff catered to my million phone calls, questions, and needs. All the medical assistants and office staff were always so attentive, friendly, and helpful. I describe URA as my second home and family to others. One of the best decisions we ever made was choosing this facility, I will miss you all and will never forget what you did for my husband and I !!!
Dr. Fechner is wonderful. He really listens to everything you have to say and explains everything and the process fully. All of the staff and nurses at URA are wonderful, and the check in process throughout COVID has been easy.
Dr. Cho and staff were awesome! Every step of the way was great through this difficult process and we are now 15 weeks pregnant! We appreciate all that you did for us!! They are the best!!
First off I would zero stars if I could. Me and my wife did 3 rounds of ivf with ura, all failures. You are just a number and paycheck to them. Easily lost in all their patients. They promise that all the Doctors meet up every week to discuss any difficult cases yet we were given the same generic routine with hardly any changes made to any of the 3 rounds. After they used up almost all of our tries from the insurance they gave up on us and Dr cho told us to give up and that ivf will not work for us. So after being kicked to the curb we were lost but decided that with our last try at ivf we would go with a different approach, a smaller clinic with more personalized care and thank God we did. After just 1 round and 1 transfer we now have a beautiful healthy baby boy. Dr Sara Hesler(absolute miracle worker)took the time and took a totally different approach than what was done previously and it worked first shot. Do not go with ura if you want any type of individual care and a Dr who actually cares about you!!!
Dr. Fechner really cares for his patients and advocates for each and every one of them. I really appreciated how he went out of his way to help my husband and I. I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr. Cho and his fellow Dr. Kashani were absolutely amazing! They treated me with so much respect and kindness. They were both completely thorough and detailed as to I have lots of medical things going on. They and the whole entire staff helped us with our fertility issues. I have been to RMA of NJ which things werent to my liking there. Here at URA I received more detailed care compared to the other facilities I was lost amongst the sea of patients. But here at URA I didnt fell that way. I always had one on one with my doctors and the staff new me very well. I loved how I got to see Dr. Cho and Dr. Kashani often. If you are considering looking for the right fertility help, then this is the place to go. Top notch care and surgical care as well. Thank you staff for the kindness through out our journey. God bless those minds and hands of the doctors and staff that help to create miracles for woman who need a little extra help. With lots of love,Barbarita Melendez-Rivera
Terrible communications with Dr Laughlin , she never call or follow up, she is always out of the office, many times I call the practice to request a call back and she never call, she is careless, treating patients like business transactions. The help desk, the staff and the nurses are professional, expert and willing to help. Michelle the head nurse is the best she take the time to explain.
Excellent communication Dr. McGovern and all of the team.
This place is mostly run by nurses . You see your doctor only at the time of your first consultation after that doctors are MIA. After the treatment starts communication with a doctor is nearly impossible and all the instructions are given by the nurse. You see different doctors every time you visit this place for blood work and ultrasound and any question you may have will be unanswered by the doctors on call and he/she will direct you to your doctor who is impossible to reach. You are just a number at this place. Please dont waste your precious time and money at this facility. Lab is important for any fertility treatment to work and in-house labs are very inaccurate and faulty. According to URA ultrasound the egg size and uterus lining increases and decreases every day which is laughable. Please make a metal note of the number of eggs and the size of the egg measured during the ultrasound because you will see different numbers on the patient portal. Good luck!
I am really pleased that we chose University Reproductive Associates. After seeing specialists and trying for years, we were told IVF was our only option. We had consultations with several clinics in NJ, and we chose URA as we were really impressed with the facility and the knowledge and time Dr. McGovern gave us. He laid out our options and explained the science behind it all. He was the only doctor that we saw that didnt immediately try and get us to sign up for IVF. He tried to find the easiest option to get me pregnant, and after two simple tests, we all decided that IVF would be our best option.A quarter of the way into our IVF, Dr. McGovern and Eric, the head embryologist, uncovered a serious fertility issue with me that all other doctors had missed - and it was the reason we had been unsuccessful all of this time. He called me and we came in for an office visit where he compassionately laid out the issue (an issue that reduced my chances of conceiving significantly) and most importantly to me, he detailed the fresh plan of action - a new custom round of IVF (as they all are at URA.) I left that day with hope and confidence in my reproductive team.It took us a few tries with tweaking of the drug and supplement regiment and a little out of the box thinking (Dr. McGovern had a theory, so we tried a procedure that is rarely done.) Im delighted to share that he was right, and as I sit here Im almost 28 weeks pregnant with a very healthy, genetically perfect baby boy :-)If it wasnt for URA, I truly believe my pregnancy would not have happened. All of the doctors study each patients file and monitor you almost daily during your cycles, looking for ways to improve your chances of conceiving. The level of care from both the doctors and nurses is unparalleled. They have several locations and I could walk to their Hoboken location for monitoring where I saw Dr. Wolf almost daily during my cycle. She answered my daily reel of questions and supported me fully.Again, a huge thank-you to Dr. McGovern, his nurse Andrea Costanza, Eric & William in the embryo lab, Dr. Wolf and the entire team at University Reproductive Associates, you all have made our ultimate dream come true :-)
The whole team has been so kind, understanding, patient, and supportive. Shout out to Dr. Anat Chemerinski and Dr. Persuad for being encouraging and mentoring. They are dedicated to their patients succeeding and their compassion to help individuals conceive doesnt go acknowledged. May the dreams of having children come true soon for all patients and may the process be with professionals who are dedicated to fulfilling peoples dreams just like the wonderful staff.
I cannot say enough GREAT things about Dr. Peter McGovern and all the staff at URA. I had been with RMA prior to switching Dr. McGovern at URA, and thank God that I did. Due to my very low egg reserve and my age (37 at the time), RMA cancelled my first IVF cycle in January of 2015. I was not producing enough follicles for their very restrictive protocols, and they would not retrieve my eggs, and would not do so unless I produced at least 4 follicles. After visiting with Dr. McGovern for the first time, I knew he was the Dr. for me. While he did not give me any false hope or make any promises, he gave me the assurance that he would move forward with retrieving my eggs, even if I only produce a few follicles - because - IT ONLY TAKES ONE! He was straight forward with us, and was truthful that our chances were not good given our low numbers, but most importantly -- he said WE WILL STILL TRY. Our first IVF cycle in the summer of 2015 was not successful. We were heart broken but did a second cycle a few months later - and low and behold, I am entering into my second trimester and have a healthy baby growing inside me. Dr. McGovern stuck with me despite our slim chances and always kept a positive attitude. If I stayed with RMA, I would have been given no other option but to move forward with a donor egg - I came to find that through my experiences that RMA cares FIRST about success rates and SECOND about helping patients achieve pregnancy, which is why their success rates are so high (they dont help people like me!) URAs may be lower, but they are truly in this field for the right reasons, to help people. I was basically giving up hope that I would ever have a baby, and Dr. McGovern and URA made the miracle happen for us. I hope this helps anyone who reads this and is in the same situation as I was - never give up hope! I highly recommend this practice, and Dr. McGovern for sure, to anyone struggling with infertility!
I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Fechner and associates. Dr. Fechner is extremely knowledgeable and has an excellent bedside manner. I have and will continue to recommend his services for any one who needs to see a fertility specialist.
Everyone from the front desk staff to billing, were very friendly and helpful. The doctor I met with was understanding and respectful, provided with all the information we needed, plus more.I would highly recommended this facility.
URA providers, nurses and staff are extremely helpful and involved in every step of your process. They ensure you are taken care of and have all of your needs met to have a successful cycle.
Dr Cho was amazing. Super gentle and calmed. I was super nervous as most of us are when visiting our gynos but they were very gentle and kind. Totally recommended 👌

I really heartbroken 💔 that they treats me like trash or say more pay come ivf again like first time of attempts. Make me like motherless I cant afford more...they said my eggs isnt normal..how dare can they said ? Why cant they fix it ?..
Third class patient servicesNot responsible staffBilling department is cheating peopleI cleared my bill in DecemberAnd in May they send quarterly storage charge for MarchIf you go be ready to pay every few months
I wonder why they give a phone number when other people answer the phone and insist that they cant connect me to their office. I called 20 minutes before the end of their working hours and I had an urgent question and I am very disappointed. They lost a customer!
By all means avoid, it’s all business, they don’t care about you or your dream to have a family. they only care about your money.
The most calm and explainable doctor ever ! I highly recommend Dr. Fechner and the entire office employees 🙌
I do not recommend this to nobody, the are negligent. I was on treatment with them, I spent my money and got 0 results.

Thanks Dr. Morelli for fulfilling my dream, the best gift this Christmas, he was born on October 30.
FROM THE BEGINNING HE GAVE IMPORTANCE TO MY CASE AND HELPED ME DETERMINE MY SITUATION IN DEFINITELY THE BEST HUMAN BEING.
Since I chose the place on Google I felt safe and very confident, when I attended I simply confirmed it! Dr. Sara is an angel and I know that everything will be as I wish!
I am 38 years old, I started treatment 11 months ago, I exposed myself to surgery so as not to waste time and the doctor told me that I could and there are already 5 inseminations, 2 in 1, that is, 10. And nothing is wasting time and more than anything, faith, hope. and maybe even my marriage. I dont feel like they give follow-up or importance to whats happening with me.
Dr. MorelliExcellent attention, I recommend them.
