I arrived for my appointment, checked in, and sat there for at least 30 minutes before they called me. When they finally called me, they told me they couldnt see me because I checked in TWO MINUTES late for my appointment! And the only reason that even happened is because I had to wait a few minutes before I got checked in, so I was on time. I just cant believe they made me sit there for half an hour just to tell me they couldnt see me. Why didnt they tell me that when they checked me in?! Afterwards, I called and asked to speak to the supervisor, and I was just sent to voicemail. Im switching providers ASAP.
Had second thoughts after the medical assistant attitude! First she did not even introduce herself and she had an attitude against me , she was very short and snappy in a way that I felt like I did something wrong 😑 she proceeded to take my vitals and just threw the temperature cover on the floor and no sanitizer nor hand washing before or after. The provider thought was very pleasant and polite, very good bedside manners..other than that I had a good experience
Called about refills For medication that I need for existing condition concerning my heart and the call center is extremely rude And unprofessional and refused to set an appointment for a doctor to see me immediately regarding my medication. Once I mentioned to them that I was recording, miraculously found my medication refill that I placed in the app . I’m assuming because they knew that I’m getting ready to expose them, they gave me an extended appointment for the following month hopefully by then my heart don’t stop due to fluid Around my heart because of not having my meditation, if so there liable and it will be their fault. I do you have the name of both People that decided to give me the runaround and was very rude. Lis is 1, she supposed to be there head nurse. So I’m gonna do them a favor right now and contact the state of California BSIS, OSHA, BBB MY INSURANCE COMPANY TO FILE A Grievance AND SACRAMENTO CA. And I suggest that everyone else that has an issue with them start doing the same as well as taking it to the local media and maybe they’ll be a change, And maybe this company will retrain your staff to be more respectful and professional when dealing with patients.
“Agents” are rude and they get mad as soon as you ask them any questions about the appointment that you’re TRYING to schedule so THEY HANG UP on you, so rude to play with anyone’s health like that. Find a different provider who is PROFESSIONAL and works with INTEGRITY
Would give 0 if possible . Got 15 staples in my arms. On Mon 19th and was told could come here to get them removed. Then they called me today (day before) removal appointment just to tell me they cant remove them. Unprofessional!!!!
Person I called about an walk in was amazing and helpful the staff was funny and comforting such amazing people the nurse was very friendly (male and female ) we even shared some laughs the doctor was a 50/50 she just assumed a lot of things but was straight forward and was fast with service also as a walk in I didn’t have to wait that long before I was seen so it worked out pretty well
I’ve waiting 3 months for my IUD removal for it to be canceled 3 days before, so I rescheduled waited another month for it to be cancelled AGAIN, decided to schedule one more time waited a couple of weeks for it and cancelled on me the same day to reschedule.
The facility is very modern and clean. Unfortunately I was very unsatisfied with the staff. They overbook appointments so if you appointment is at 2pm be ready to be seen at 4pm . I had two appointments scheduled back to back I had to cancel my first one and at the time nobody informed me that I would not be able to move forward with my second appointment without completing the first one first. Showed up to my second appointment and got turned away. Lack of communication to these details are frustrating ,having to drive more than 30 minutes as well as take time off of work.. is an inconvenience. The staff is very rude and unprofessional when you work in healthcare you have to show empathy and compassion to your patients nobody seems to have that at this Clinic. Overall horrible service I definitely would never recommend this Clinic to ANY family member or friend.

Experienced a severe migraine and attempted to avoid the emergency room by contacting Clínica, but found their call center to be unprofessional and unhelpful. The individual was color coded the schedule unnecessarily, despite being aware that Clínica is a federally funded FQHC and cannot deny service to patients. Despite being federally funded, Clínica refused service, leading to false advertisement claims. The individual spoke to the call center manager, who was unhelpful and will be reporting the issue for further escalation. It is important to note that Clínica cannot legally refuse service to patients.
I went in with severe back pain in my mid back as a walk in waited 3 hours almost 4 hours to be seen! The Doctor ordered x-rays and after the results were in turns out I got x-rays on my lower back which was not the problem I had to call them to get the results for my x-rays they told me I had to make an appointment which was more than a month out and could come in as a walk in again I went in as a walk in I waited to two hours to talk to the receptionist up front only for her to say the doctor would call me with my results! Again the Dr said nothing was wrong with me I went elsewhere turns out I have a torn muscle! If you want to know whats wrong dont go here!!!

I had an appointment at 1:30 arrived at 12:50 at 2 they asked if i was waiting for my apartment i said yes it was at 1:30 they called the back at 1:50 said they would be calling me in rt then 2 other people walked in at that time a few mins later both were called to the back at that point i took my paper work to the desk it was 2:15 an told them since they said i would be called in at 2 an 2 an others were being called that just walked in i was out. So if u get an appointment with Tina DHillion Ashley expect to waitea couple of hours an well after your appointment time i had to just end up leaving without being seen
DON’T BRING YOUR PARENTS OR FAMILY HERE!!!!! The clinic takes over a month to send any orders to get tests done or even referrals to other specialists. They’ll call you about things months later after you’ve already taken care of things on your own due to their lack of follow through. Also call about appointments have you drive there and wait over an hour in the waiting room only to tell you that they where wrong and that was a phone appointment. When you call to ask about things staff is very rude and can hang up on you. My mother called multiple times to get an order sent to get ct scans done after her surgery and they told her they where working on it or other bs and this wasn’t done. Due to this my mom went back to work not knowing how her surgery was healing in the interior. About 2-3 months after the surgeon had originally asked for the scans to done they finally called and send the orders only to take another 2 weeks to tells us that my mom had developed a hernia (a rare complication from her surgery). Because of their negligence on getting things done on a timely manner my mom had to undergo another surgery. I called to complain and ask questions and was hung up on 2 times until the 3rd time where someone answered and told me the manager was out and would give me a call back which I never received. Weeks later I finally spoke with corporate and they said they would look into it but haven’t heard anything.
Ive never had an negative experience here. Ive always been seen in a relatively timely manner. Even if I wasnt, it is to be expected at Dr. Offices.Dr. Koning and Dr. Pena were the best. I appreciated their time and care to my needs.Ensuring my concerns were heard and addressed. Ive had other people I know go there as well and the staff were attentive.I just appreciate that they are open 7 days a week too.So thank you!
Honestly I’m not the type to make reviews often but this place is so UNORGANIZED!! I get that everywhere is understaffed especially doctors offices but this place is the worse! I waited in line for an hour and to be told there is no more walk-ins! I was told there is only one provider and to come back at 2. I’m okay with that but there is a person checking people in at the front and this poor girl looks confused because there is no sense of direction from anyone. There are 2 different line one to do a covid screening and the other line to go check in at the front desk. I over heard a worker tell the girl that was in charge of the covid screening line to let everyone know in her line that they are no longer taking walk-ins. I’m assuming they weren’t taking walk-ins anymore from her line that she hasn’t covid screened yet. Walk to the receptionist and she tells me there are “only 17 walk-ins available and unfortunately I could come back at 2 or tomorrow because it’s first come first serve” i understand that it’s first come first serve but just let people know that so you guys don’t have a long line waiting. Also I was thinking since you know walk-in doctors are at full capacity then tell everyone who is in line! there was more people behind me waiting in line then why don’t you guys make an announcement?!! It’s just really unorganized here and lack of communication! There should be a manager out here organizing and helping out these workers because I can’t imagine how many angry patients they have to deal with.
Do not go to this clinic. It is the worst. They dont care about their patience. My niece was sent home with bad aathma per the doctor and couldnt make it to the car. We had to call the ambulance. It took them about 20 minutes to bring oxygen out after denying her oxygen in the first place. Horrible.Also they initially told her she didnt have an appointment which was a lie. Noone called and rescheduled. They are known to do that.
I have been going to this hospital for 3 years now to get help with my mental health. They recently changed my doctor to Dr. Wallace who is a psychiatrist. My education and background is in the medical field so I know the proper way patients are expected to be treated. Dr. Susan Wallace however must have not been paying attention in that lesson when going to school. I just got off a virtual appointment with her where I explained I had a rough time getting out of bed to come to work today, I am severely depressed because I just lost my brother of 21 to gun violence, and Dr. Wallace lacked any sympathy or compassion when I explained this to her. She just had no interest in anything I had to say and she was more concerned in hurrying up and writing me a prescription instead of listening to what I wanted help with , which is a referral to get treated for ADHD. I informed her I was switching doctors because I felt she wasn’t helping me which seemed to anger her so she started getting rude with me with a condescending tone in her voice. She finished the call with “ good luck with that” and rudely hung up the virtual call instead of saying something like “ goodbye Im sorry your feeling like this today have a great rest of the day. Which is what a real professional in mental healthcare would do right? I am so disgusted at the way she treated me (a young 22 y/o woman struggling with depression). To prevent this from happening to someone else I will be reporting her to her board , and her supervisor so maybe they can get her to start having more compassion and proper professional ism when dealing with people with mental health issues.
I would rate it zero stars if I could . The staff is rude and unprofessional. They are disrespectful to the patients and their time. No one is there to actually help the patients. It seems like helping or being of any help is an annoyance to staff. Worse experience .
I scheduled an appointment for today and the call center stated I had an appointment today at 2pm, I get down to the office and they said I was scheduled for the next day. Not an organized company.
The 3 stars is for the front staff and the medical assistant who put me in the exam room. My visit there, I was seen by a Jennifer PA for my women problems. I can hear her yelling at the staff right before she came into the exam room. I was afraid to say anything to her because she seems to be having a bad day. Overall, I would prefer not to come back and see her again. Next time if I need to be seen there, I will call to see who are the doctors working. I dont care for her.
Awesome staff for the exception of the nurses. I went in today and the nurse rudely ask me to go take my room and sit. The doctor took 10 minutes to go in and be gone. Thanks to that nurse they dont get the 5 stars. And if you think the Pharmacy cares about you and your medicine think twice. I constantly heard a woman in the back saying Rudley Hurry up so the last patient leaves to close I did not let them harrass me like that so I clearly said FINE IF YOU DONT CARE FOR PATIENTS THEN SEND MY MEDICINES TO CVS SINCE YOU WANT ME TO LEAVE she said rudely again oh not you. (Im the last patient in there so who are you talking to?) Everything is 100 percent (except the Pharmacy)

Clinics sierra vista on elm refused my son service after sitting there for two hours as a walk-in. The overweight MAs that were sitting at the desk at 6 pm said no we are no longer seeing anyone. This is the second time having a bad experience here vary unprofessional.
The pharmacy tech was rude. His name was Alfred. He had an attitude and didn’t even say thank you as I left. He had me waiting while he was giggling in the back. I hope the manager reviews these. The attitude was uncalled for. Not often I get such bad treatment
The Physician Assistant Yenifer Gomez was useless ☠️☠️☠️; had no sympathy for my breathing distress and did not fill my prescriptions correctly and due to her incompetence I struggled for the next 7 days after the visit calling the pharmacy, advice nurses, and calviva to try to get my urgent and essential inhaler medication filled and still couldn’t get it filled because she apparently was the only one that could do it and works one day a week at this specific clinic 🤷♀️. I decided to do the whole process again and walk in to try to get my emergency meds filled and I actually saw a DOCTOR and not some physician assistant wannabe. He instantly assessed everything refilled my meds got me my specialist referral and did it all promptly and efficiently. His name was Dr. Gregory Fernandez. Yenifer Gomez take notes 📝. If you guys walk in ask for a DOCTOR and not for some disgruntled PA-C or else you’ll most likely go through the pain I went through. All the nurses and assistants I personally interacted with were kind and helpful. Queue times are usually an 1 hour or so. Read the reviews people...💯
Went in as a walk-in and they had me waiting 4 hours. I asked for an appointment and they didnt had one available until July. I wasnt going to wait until July. Never going back. The wait is so long. Luckily I went to Family Dental Care as a walk-in and the wait was only 30 minutes. I now prefer Family Dental Care over Sierra Vista.
Dont go here. They take too long and very unprofessional.I got two calls for my sons apt reminder and one lady said 2pm and the last call the lady said 5pm. I asked repeatedly if it was at 5pm and she checked it and told me yes. I went and they refused to see me and kept questioning me the same questions as if I was lying. They wanted proof of the number but its there office number how much more info can I give ???? I had to do some paper work they never told me about at his first apt and waited for about an hour & a half and told I cant be seen cause my apt was at 5pm.Its not just the Pediatricians office that is like this, its both offices. I thought the pedatricans office would be different but I was wrong should of listened.
During this pandemic cleanliness is definitely something that’s concerning. I’ve come here about two times in different months and the seats that are blocked off both times are dusty, making me wonder how often do they clean? Their ceilings are covered with dust and cobwebs... again, how often do they clean and keep things sanitized? The MAs I have no problem with they are great! Helpful, polite, and show compassion. I would just advise to have hand sanitizer with you and do not touch anything because at this point I can’t trust cleanliness and or sanitary safety. Very disappointed since this is a medical facility. Just hope they improve on this.
If I could give negative stars I would, this is mainly in regards to management and professionalism. I received a bill in a mail for 1 visit I had with the clinic I provided FPACT(funding program for preventive and reproductive services) then later received a bill for 200+ I promptly called staff I was first directed to billing department which they were no help whatsoever, I was later transferred to manager Alex Cervantes I left a voicemail did not receive a call back I had to call again. Alex made it aware that the in order for program to cover the provider had to change the code but unfortunately provider works out of 2 offices he stated he would follow up with me. 1 week later I have yet to hear back from manager Alex I have called numerous times and he happens to have STEPPED OUT of his office. Not sure how management is always OUT at 9 AM. I am writing this review in hope that upper management is made aware of this and hopefully finally receive a contact back. I will continue to try to get this resolved. If anyone is thinking of going here, think again.
Staff is rude and very unprofessional my grandson almost died blood test showed he was keydosis and they never call to say he was deadly ill till we went back because he was very ill. Dr asked didnt anyone call you I said no. He requested we rush him to emergency as he call them to let them know we where on our way. They never do let us know about all blood test I always have to call and demand whats going on
Once again i hate it here! I got a specific call to come and get temporary disability papers signed since thursday and take off thats all just come and sign papers. How is sandra always lost, and does not know what she is doing! This is why i am always forced to just go back to work and risk my life. Change clinic what a bad service app until December or next year and if need the doctors for referrals omggg so wen? Previously a good location. Now they continually cancel appointments and wont follow a previous doctors prescriptions, changing up antidepressants with each new doctor. I was hospitalized for this in June 17. Never again, Im going somewhere else.
Awful experience. Transferring to a different clinic. Wait times too long. Dr. ordered the wrong labs. Takes too long to get test results back. They say they’ll call you back but they don’t. Just terrible.
Went here to the womens clinic for the first time as a walk-in expecting to wait the usual hour or more (only waited an hour). The facility was clean and organized, but the staff (despite receptionists) were unprofessional and unconcerned. I went in with concerns of a change in condition for myself (after 7 years of normalcy) and it was written off as being normal change without any vitals/blood work/assessments being done or being seen by a MD. When I tried to express further questions and concerns I was cut off and rushed out of the room with the last comment by the nurse being, ..so you dont have to wait an hour for nothing for just (change of condition) again. as if my concerns were insignificant to begin with. Left without any more insight than what I had gathered previously from google.
I like that they have everything there. The dentist, womens and pediatrics, family clinic, and wic office. They also have an x-ray machine, a lab to draw blood and a pharmacy. I just dont like it that most of the doctors you get are always in a rush and seem like they dont really care about your concerns. I have been to pediatrics and the the gynecologist, i also have been to the dentist there and the family doctor and they are the same as soon as you tell them your symtoms and they tell you what there gonna give you they get up and leave even if your talking to them they stand by the door. It makes you not wanna say anything anymore. Its also really hard to get an appointment. Its almos always a month from when you make it of not more.
Hi to everyone who is reading this. This is my first time being here and I am giving it a one star rating because of this one employee who is name Barbie K. ( I don’t know her last name but she is one of the staff for the X-ray room. Blonde lady, glasses, and very non-happy person).So, the X Ray is supposed to close at 12:30-1:30 for lunch time. I got here at 12:00 and I waited. Barbie didn’t ask the front desk workers if she has anymore in line BUT! She saw me waiting in line for X Ray. She didn’t say anything to me nor the front desk worker. She walks away to the x Ray room. Then there was an argument between Front Desk and Barbie about 2 patients. (Myself and another person). Barbie said “ I clocked out already. No one didn’t tell me I had someone”.Now Wait!She said “No one didn’t tell me..” but she was waiting by the Front desk quietly like a freaken Ghost without saying one word.
First time there and I waited forever, time go by I asked if I was up next the front desk lady forgot to put my name in, so she put my name in I was called and I told the doctor exactly what I felt and also that I needed a pap smear because I was due for one, he didnt do nothing I went in there for. He gave me antibiotics and sent me on my way. Worst place Ive ever been too they dont care about nothing you want
The wait wasnt long in the lobby but when I got in the waiting room. It took for ever..even took a nap waiting..lol..then she sent my asthma medicine to the wrong Walmart..good thing I called and have back up meds I could have died of an asthma attack waiting.
Went for previous wrist injury from fall during visit he did not even look at wrist or back or neck. All he did was read reports of xrays from community and prescribed me medication that I can not take...people who worked there were very nice thats the one star this FNP was terrible gotta look for a DOCTOR..
Ive taken all my kids here since my oldest was a baby 24 years ago,never had any problems my like all there doctors and nurses are great.
The nurses are not prepared when calling patients. They cancel your appointment and have you to come that same day and when you come, they cant see you. Doctors know they going on vacation and still schedule patients around that time and then when the time comes, they tell you the doctor is on vacation. Thats bad business.
Horrible place to coming as a walk ins I waited 4 hrs, patients where going inside very slow. Don’t come here without an appointment, regular will take 2 or more hrs with appointments. 😕 very disappointed!!!

Other than the long wait time in the rooms this place is amazing went here myself first and then took my son here the staff is great and the atmosphere is very nice! Overall great experience!

In this clinic they have many patients and very few doctors give you appointments for up to two months and then they cancel the day before because there are doctors
When you talk on the phone, no one answers, just the recorder, thats useless. You want to cancel the appointment so as not to look bad and no one answers, so why put the phone number in if they dont use it?
What a disappointment this clinic!!!They dont respond quickly either with an appointment or without an appointment, they hold each other talking and one of us wants to be attended to, lets go to Mexico, better here they let people die! 🤦🏻♀️

My medical appointments for 10 years have been there and always very good service.
If I could, I wouldnt give it a single star because of the operators service that doesnt work and keeps you online for hours just to hang up, and the rest goes without saying.
I dialed and they answered me for almost an hour or more and according to the machine I had a 12 minute wait.
