Arrowhead Family Medicine

These people show up to work sick. I have a family member that was required to show up in person in order to have their medications refilled. They are older and have a compromised immune system. The physician that helped them coughed continuously and said it was allergies. My family member became sick the next day and has been incoherent ever since. I urge you, for your own safety to find any other clinic.

Dr. DePalma is a good doctor. However doesn’t follow the AAP’s recommendation that newborns be seen in the first 3-5 days. Charged us as a regular office visit when we took our newborn in during that time, claiming wellness checks start at 2 weeks. Refused to change it even though we showed her what the AAP says, which is what our insurance uses too. Just a heads up for anyone else with a new baby.

I was one of the first people to have a baby delivered by Dr.Weston before he opened this establishment. It was by mistake, but then again the universe never sends mistakes right? I was supposed to deliver at home but due to unfortunate events I ended up at ERH and Dr.Weston was on call for babies. This was the beginning to a WONDERFUL doctor/patient relationship. Since then he has delivered our last child (almost 4 years ago) saved our sons life, cared about all our mental health, taken EVERY question, concern, instinct VERY seriously. I would recommend this man to everyone but then that makes him Busy! His staff in the front are always kind and personable. His nurses are amazing and great to work with. There have been a few other doctors in the past that were not as great (thats why I took 1 star off) but everything else in this establishment is GRADE A+ you will not be disappointed going here.

Great doctors and physical therapy seem care about u and help you get feeling well. This place we use for house hold for the doctor in Evanston my other family has use the physical therapy many time too great place to recover surgerys..

Everyone there is so kind and welcoming. we have always been very well taken care here. we get checked in quickly and have a very minimal wait in the waiting room and when waiting to see the doctor. we see dr. weston and he is amazing. he is great with my kids and always willing to sit and listen to any questions or concerns we have as parents. i wouldn’t want to take my family anywhere else!

Dr Weston is amazing. Hes personable, tasked his time, explains everything and is willing to answer any questions. After seeing some horrid doctors in town, Dr Weston is a great physician and i would highly recommend him and his practice!

Dr Weston is an awesome person and excellent doctor. When we moved to Evanston my son and daughter in law had him as their family doctor. My husband and I feel very blessed to find such a wonderful doctor here in Evanston!

I had to get a shot of an antibiotic (that I now know I have a big chance at being allergic to). An hour later I started having a very mild reaction to it that only got worse as the day went on. I called in with the symptoms I was having and they told me to come back as soon as possible. They got me the IV fluids and other medication I needed to help mitigate the reaction. They knew exactly what to do to help in no time what so ever. Im so grateful for Dr. Weston and his team!

I went through 3 three different pediatricians in Jackson within 4 months of my sons birth then I went to Arrowhead family medicine for his 4-month checkup and the doctors and staff were by far the best and I plan on keeping them as our family doctor

Went in for a DOT Physical. And when I went to the DMV it was noticed that a box wasnt marked. This isnt a cut on the medical staff it is a thank you to their promt response and via fax was able to make the correction. Thank you to all the staff. Also the staff was and is very professional and willing to help with in their scope of practice. The Aids and Doctor that I saw were professional but relaxed. No bad additudes nor did I get the feeling like they had to be there. Thank you and Merry Christmas and happy new year.

Tammy Bach has taken care of us for many years. She provides personalized, professional primary care. We love her.

Shad seems very thorough and asks good questions. Listens to my health concerns, which I am a little bit of a project, but he never makes me feel justified with my concerns. I really appreciate that.

Dr. Weston is a great Doctor. He listened to me when I couldnt get anyone else to listen and found the medications my son actually needed.

The Hispanic lady that sits at the front to check you in should be fired how do you as a “ professional “ try to physically fight a patient smh while her children are standing right by her no matter the situation YOU should of been professional and you should of been fired Me and my family haven’t been back and won’t go back

They are very nice and make you feel very comfortable. The office is nice and clean, they were fast but also thorough!
