The staff instantly made me feel comfortable. The seating was well-spaced and covid aware. The wait was brief, and the PA that attended to me was friendly, informative and professional. So nice to have this urgent care so near my home, with access to my Mercy records where I didnt have to fill out massive paperwork while sick..it makes a big difference when you feeling ill. I was seen and back home within one hour. I would highly recommend.
Made an appointment via my cell phone. Showed up five minutes early. Brought to the exam room right on time. Great nurse took my vitals and my complaint. Doc walked in soon thereafter. We talked. He prescribed what I needed and I walked out about fifteen minutes after I arrived, could not ask for anything better. BTW the meds worked! Made the trip even better.
The ladies at the check in desk were welcoming & friendly to both us & our children. The PA that we saw was professional, direct, & warm. Our visit didnt take long at all & our prescription was called in & ready for pick up within 10min of leaving the clinic. We will definitely be back if we need anything in the future.
I end up here about every 3 months, not by choice and not always for me. They are always great, helpful, and give clear next steps. Only 2 times did we end up having to go to the ER. Once was because my son had strep and mono at the same time and was just getting worse. And then another was having migraine for a month straight and toradol injection did not work.
I honestly wont go to this location anymore. They turn us away more than see us. They sent us to the ER for my toddlers cut finger saying it looked like she needed a stitch possibly. We spent nearly 4 hrs at the ER and the ER even looked confused why the urgent care wouldnt see us and refunded my copay. It just feels like they arent confident on their decisions or they are too scared to treat anything other than colds etc.
Willie K and Ayreo were wonderful and treated me very well and professional. Very grateful Mercy-Go Urgent Care is accessible and caring for the community. Thank everyone very much.
Once again, Will and the nursing staff took great care of me. They saw me at my scheduled appointment time and got me out of there in a reasonable amount of time. Great job!
10. Website was easy to use. Check in was quick. Staff was professional & easy to work with. I was in & out in a reasonable amount of time!
I had appointment made in advance for my school age son who was having extreme ear pain and fever of 103+. We arrived and waited in a room for nearly an hour before seeing the “provider” despite there being no other patients. Then the “provider” looked in my son’s ears and told me they looked fine despite the symptoms and that he must have “some virus”. My gut feeling told me something still wasn’t right so I managed to take him to see his PCP a few hours later who immediately diagnosed him with a double ear infection. The PCP had to clear a small amount of wax out of the ears to see clearly— something the gohealth “provider” could have done if it was obscuring his vision. Very disappointed with the lack of thorough treatment AND the waste of money and time.tldr;Be cautious with this facility as they take shortcuts that lead to misdiagnosis. If you have a child— I’d advise to go to JustforKids pediatrics if there’s availability for proper procedure and treatment.
This Mercy Care is my go to. Clinician PA Medgaarden and his team are amazing. I recently has bronchitis. He was very thorough and attentive. I’m all better and I really appreciate their service and care.
My daughter had a poison oak rash which she is severely allergic to. Doctor saw her for maybe 5 minutes, prescribed the steroid she needed, and within 24 hours it was already going away. Not a long wait, quick visit, prescription with immediate results.
The staff were so kind and patient with my son. The office was very clean. They also did a culture test which saved me from having to bring my son back in!
Convenient, easy to schedule an appointment, was seen in a timely manner, and received a much needed prescription the same day
Friendly nurses. Caring PA’s. Not a long wait. I have been there when sick and will always go there when I need Urgent Care. I also like that you can save a spot!
The provider was great. The lady at the front desk left a lot to be desired. I walked in and started to check in at the kiosk. The lady asked me why I was there. I told her I had severe back pain and she immediately told me, Well we cant do x-rays. I said, thats fine, I just really need to be seen. She then hatefully said, We dont give pain medication. I again said, thats fine, I just need to see someone. She finally agreed to let me check in, but she was not very friendly. The provider was great and very helpful. But because of her, I will not return to this location.
The staff were friendly. I was checked in and seen very quickly. The doctor was sincere and kind. He took the time to explain my test results and review the options available to me for further imaging and follow-up.
Super fast and easy. Great staff/medical professionals!
After the doctor examined me and listened to what my symptoms were. He went into detail on what he thought was the best treatment for me would be. He then took time to go over all of the medications that I was already taking before he proscribed anything to treat me. He recommended me to stop taking a couple of my medications while I was taking the medication he wanted to give me to treat my Covid infection and he explained the reason for doing that. I was very comfortable with his recommendations.
The physician I had truly listened to my concerns of which antibiotics have and have not worked in the past to treat this kind of infection. He seemed extremely knowledgeable, kind, and communicative, with an excellent bedside manner. I was in and out very quickly. I always like coming to this clinic when I am unable to get in with my primary care doctor.
I scheduled an appointment online and when I got there I got right back to a room and the doctor came in shortly after. Nice staff and attentive doctor. Would recommend.
I brought my sick daughter in and the overall experience was wonderful. The two ladies at the desk (Ariel and I didn’t catch the other ladies name) were kind and helpful. They were welcoming and even let my other daughter pick out an item from their treasure chest. Lacey NP was also great and was able to quickly diagnose my daughter and give me the information and medication needed to get her back to her normal self. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I’ll definitely be back if ever needed in the future.
I visited a lot of locations including the ER and ENT specialist before coming here with an unbearable earache. Wendy and Dr. Alex took excellent care of me once I came in and made sure I didn’t leave with the pain. It was excruciating and the discomfort was too much. I’m so grateful for their kindness and patience with me.
Although there was a two hour wait time, the receptionist alerted the attending NP of my unusual injury and he took the time to estimate the severity and after a quick checkup assured me that it wasn’t as bad as it looked and politely recommended that I could wait my turn. I went home but was called back sooner than my appointment because a room became available earlier. The facility is well kept, the staff are friendly and the NP was very knowledgeable and had great bed-side manners.
It is always easy to get an appointment at this location. Staff is friendly and courteous
Lacy Gibbon is amazing and always has been; very kind, patient, & loving to my kiddos. However, the plus sized receptionist (no disrespect) has never had a good attitude. She’s rude, very short tempered, and seems to hate her job every time we’ve visited. I would give 5 stars to Lacy and 0 stars to the receptionist, so I settled on 3. Honest & objective review!
Mercy Urgent Care is a very good place to go, the staff are professional and truly care about making you feel better
My wait time was very short. The staff were all so very nice. They fixed my problem.
The doctor looked at me and said I needed an ER instead of urgent care. Very professional and caring visit.
Great service from the front desk thru the PA exam. Very professional and efficient!!
Was satisfied with the help given.. So glad it is close.
FOLLOW UP REVIEW (WARNING): Do not go to this Clinic if you are SELF-PAY. They will quote you fees, quote you prices, take payment and then you will receiving surprise billing from their billing department in St. Louis, MO. I was advised that the Clinic actually told me wrong prices and now they want more money. I paid what I was told, and I paid a competitive amount ($200.00 for my 15 minute appointment).
Everyone was nice, especially nurse Marsha. My only complaint is the speed of seeing patients. I had a 10:30 appointment but didnt get seen for 45 min past my appointment. Maybe there is a way to check-in remotely then have them text you when your time is approaching. I saw two other people come, check in then said they would go back home and wait to receive the text. I live 15 min away, so wouldnt want to drive there to check in, then go back home to wait. Other than that, very satisfied with this facility.
So disappointed with this service. Front desk was nice but when Dr Angie came to my room she was nothing but unsympathetic and disgustingly rude. I asked her simple questions and she provided snark remarks. When checking my back she hit my lower back and I said that hurt I’ve had a pelvic break and she replies “your pelvic isn’t there” and I corrected myself saying I’ve had an L3 break as well which is where she banged. She then told me I can leave. I expressed I am in pain and asking for help but she did not care. Completely disappointed with her service. She also would not provide any number to report this situation. I should have acknowledged these bad reviews. Some DR just do it for money and you can tell this is one. Very very disgusted with this locations service, particularly Angies, as I’ve never been treated this way. Wow.
Standing up front gossiping and eating, I greeted them they just looked at me and the girls in the room are rude so I won’t be going there again! They sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy I waited two half hours in the parking lot at Walmart because they couldn’t get it right and I have a urine track infection ! With my 79 year old mom I called twice and still waited that long for my prescription. Am definitely done there!
Front desk worker acted annoyed that I was there. Ignored my questions. She was clearly agitated. Im in their system with my insurance info. I didnt have my card with me. She refused to look up my records to get my insurance info. Gave no instructions on what I should do. Basically just tried to refuse service. I was there to get a covid test for my daughter. My daughter is special needs and has trouble in social situations, very high anxiety. This person was angrily barking questions at her. My daughter nearly had a panic attack. Dont go here unless you want to be treated badly and especially not of you have a special needs child. The the obligatory reply of were so sorry you had that experience.. blah blah, save it. Dont leave copy pasted comments. Hire better staff so that people like us dont have to spend the rest of the day calming down their child.
Ive been here multiple times and theyve always been 100%. Their docs listen during and also after theyve expressed their opinions. Today, again, Im thankful for their swift recommendation for an accelerated treatment which I also believe is comfortable and proper. I write this 9 hours after seeking help for extreme symptoms of pain. The point is, they teamed up with me and we did it together. Thank you so much.Side note; I was in enough discomfort and pain that I showed up over an hour early and I was treated as if I were on time. Very swift and kind from all staff.
First off, lets start with the fact that I was afraid my HSA card was not going to work because I wasn’t for sure if I canceled it or not and they told me they wouldn’t see me without money that’s disgusting. They prescribed a nasal spray, but didn’t check to see who my pharmacist was. I only ever use Walgreens., they sent it to a CVS across town from me. I borrowed a friends car to see them last night now I have to Uber across town instead of up the street.Oh, I even left left them a voicemail to call me the next day to see if they would switch to the Walgreens by my house and no one has contacted me yet and i need this medicine. Why would I pay them $80 to not get my prescription? Obviously, they do not care as they are not contacting me. Don’t use Mercy GoHealth they’re heartless.
Excellent, courteous service and the follow-up was right on target.
Front desk attendee was extremely kind. She has great customer interactions. Actually seems genuine when she talks to you. Physician was very attentive, made sure I felt comfortable and answered all of my questions. Again, he seemed very genuine as well!
I’m not one to write reviews but after multiple visits for myself and my husband we will not be returning to this clinic. The front desk staff is always very nice and quick to process to get you back to a room. However, I always seem to get a dismissive PA or doctor when I visit. The most recent one was after a sore throat that I’d been experiencing for weeks. The person looked me up and down, noted my size and said it’s probably acid reflux even though I said I don’t have issues with heartburn. They swabbed my throat for a culture, and suggested I take Pepcid in the meantime. After a week’s wait for my lab results to come in, it was confirmed I was positive for strep. I will never go back to this place.
Great staff. Very nice. I for the first time used the online reservation app and it worked. The PA was very sharp!
Id give zero stars if I could. I had a pretty severe cut on my finger, almost down to the bone and went there to see about getting stitches. I was refused service due to it being a work incident. The registration person was could not even be bothered to show an ounce on empathy or concern and when she spoke to the provider about it, he could not even speak a word to me or offer an alternate solution. These medical professionals should be extremely ashamed of themselves and seriously need to find another line of work. I would recommend never going here. EVER!!!
The staff are wonderful! Welcoming, attentive and fast. The Dr. was very patient and thorough. I rarely get sick but Im glad I found you guys. Great office experience. Thank you.
We’ve used this urgent care several times since it opened. Both my husband and I used this urgent care location recently for treatment of strep throat. In both cases, it took several phone calls to get the prescription for an antibiotic sent to the pharmacy correctly. There was no continuity of care and it was difficult to get our phone calls returned. I felt that we were treated as an inconvenience during the most recent experience. The medical assistants are often kind, and the PAs are polite, but they seem too busy to actually serve patients well. We will be finding a new urgent care.
Each time Ive been here, I try to give them the benefit and think each time it will be better. Unfortunately Im proven wrong every time. Ive never written a bad review ever before but in hopes to save other people the trouble I am now. This medical center has never billed my insurance for any visits leaving me out of pocket each time and leaving my insurance confused as to why they wouldnt at least file. I can only imagine this is the case a lot of the time considering you cant ever reach the billing department when calling due to high volumes of calls. Once patiently waiting the disrespect and rudeness projected from all employees is enough to add to the upset from the out of pocket payments. My insurance expresses they will gladly pay for the visits and Mercy Go Health expresses that they will gladly send it to insurance which has never been the case. I understand mistakes and I equally understand bad days but at this point its hard to be understanding. I would highly suggest not coming here unless you enjoy being talked down to, lied to, and treated unproperly.
Good experience! I saw health care provider ( Carrie Kern NP) showed great concern for my illness. Asked a lot of questions ,listened what had to say about my illness. She’s very professional,Compassionate and delightful young lady. I would go back to her.
This was my first ever virtual doctors visit. It took about the same amount of time as it would have if I had gone to an in person appointment, but I got to stay at home the whole time I waited in the waiting room. It was great, I made dinner while I waited for the doctor. I spoke to him for a few minutes and he immediately called in a prescription. Easiest thing in the world.
Everyone was so nice at this office and I only had to wait a few mins til I got back for my appointment I had scheduled. The PA and doctor were AWESOME. I will definitely use this office again. Thank you staff at Mercy Go Health urgent care
I really felt heard, everytime I go there it seems like they know exactly whats going to help me. Especially since I had a rather embarrassing issue, I felt very confident that they didnt think any less of me and treated me really well.
We were greeted upon entering. MA was friendly and professional. The PA performed an extensive exam and spent a lot of time with us and was extremely thorough. Friendly staff, professional staff and spotless clinic. Excellent experience.
Very kind and attentive staff. From the front desk clerical staff, to the Dr and nurse who saw myself and my two young children, this team is incredibly professional and attentive, but does not forsake the tender care and gentle side of medicine that is often forgotten by some professionals.
Staff was very friendly and professional. It was pretty close to closing time and I pulled up thinking I might be turned away but to my surprise they were very welcoming and took my appointment.
I was seen immediately. Wonderful care from the front desk to PA.
I came in today over very swelled up tonsils, vomiting, ear ache, coughing, sneezing, an tonsil stones. The front desk ladies an doctor was nice, just seemes like they were rushing me out an didnt care what i had. The nurse an doctor swabbed me for covid an strep, when those 2 were negative, they didnt bother to try to figure out more as to what I even had. Wasnt even given medication to treat whatever it was. Nor knew if i was safe to work. All the doctor said he believes its a bacterial infection an sent me on my way. Didnt tell me what type of infection it could be, what to take, if I am safe to work woth it. Why I have swelled up tonsils nothing! Went to a different doctor an it turns out I have tonsillitis. Just wish they would have looked into it more than sent me on my way. Never going back there. Seeing as though I was contagious. Save your time, go to an actual hospital.
Extremely professional, superb cleanliness, I would highly recommend. Better than going to an ER. I was in and out less than 1 1/2 hours. You can walk in or call and make an appointment. Thank you Mercy go-health.
We appreciated the Dr. She was great, showed she was interested in helping her patient, good communication, and we didnt feel rushed. Nice and friendly staff at the counter when we checked in.
Fast, efficient and informative. I tested positive for COVID. I was able to get an appointment quickly to be seen. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Information was thorough and I was able to get meds fast which made for a fast recovery.
My husband I went there at 1010am for a covid testing. After we registered, the text message said the wait is 6 hrs and 45 min. We asked the receptionist whether she can call us when they are about ready to see us since we are only 5 minutes away. She said that would be fine, it shouldn’t be more than an hour and confirmed my cell number. We left and decided to try CVS. We got an appt at 1250pm and we went to the drive thru and got tested. I called this clinic at 155pm (3.5hrs later) to check on the status of our appointments. The receptionist said they are booked every 15 minutes and for us to come back and wait. She was never planning to call us. We weren’t even in line to be seen. For her to advice us to go back and wait was ridiculous. That’s what we did at 1010am.If this clinic is so poorly organized and doesn’t really care about patients’ time and well being, I wonder what kind of care they will give if the patients ever get seen. Fortunately, our intuition told us to have a backup plan paid off. CVS had us taken care of promptly and professionally without us having to get out of our car.We think a lot of Mercy but we are so very disappointed with this clinic.
The best part about my Mercy Visit was the Online scheduling. Got me in and out very quickly.
I went in this afternoon because I couldnt stop throwing up. I am 20 weeks pregnant and needed some relief! Stacy checked me in and got me into a room quickly. She was AMAZING. I even fell asleep while waiting for the meds to kick in and she put the bed down for me and brought me a blanket and they allowed me to sleep until I woke up feeling better. She got me water and a ginger ale when that didnt help and she wiped my tears when I was done losing my lunch (or lack there of). Stacy has great bedside manner, she deserves recognition!!!
Very helpful, friendly staff. Would certainly come back to this clinic as needed.
Last time I went to this urgent care you could check in from your phone and see the wait times. Basically you have to physically go right inside the door and type your name and phone number on an ipad to receive a text and get in line. Why cant I do that from home anymore? The 2 ladies there on Sunday morning 10/3/21 did not even look up when I walked through the door. This happened last time I was here but I thought maybe they were having a bad day. But it was one of the same ladies. I work for Mercy and that is NOT the Mercy way. We are taught to greet everyone and make eye contact every time. I checked in on the iPad and no one said a word to me until I asked them a question and it was a very short snarky answer. I was given a wait time of 4 hours so I chose to leave and get a text when it was time to return. I ended up sitting in my car for a few minutes and suddenly received a text saying that it was time for my appointment. Ok.... pleasant surprise, but good thing I didnt go all the way home! Everything looked very clean, except the hand sanitizer dispenser in the patient room that we were taken to was out. The MA pretended it gave her an adequate amount even though I had just tried it 3 times before her. She also didnt seem to really listen to my answers even though she was asking me questions. Then the PA came in and noticed it was out and used soap and water, which I appreciated. But there were 2 opportunities for someone to refill it and it didnt happen. Kind of important in a pandemic. The PA was polite and thorough. If it wasnt for her Id give 1 star.
Evrery urgent care I’ve been to only costs $90. They charged me an initial visit fee of $125 and 2 more charges of $106. Outrageous pricing!!! Use someone else or go the hospital for the same bill. I can’t even access how much the full bill is. I can only see when they’re about to take money out of my account. I was never sent a statement in the mail or by email. I was given no code to view my bill because it is on a paper statement I never received.
Tammie, the lady that wears many hats there was Amazing. Her customer service, knowledge, & expertise is unmatched. You all have a true gem. And the PA Jeremy was Awesome, the medicine he prescribed took care of my Asthma. Thank God for Great Health Care Workers!!
The staff was friendly and the visit was quick and thorough. We’ve been twice and both were great.
Staff at this location is friendly, helpful and caring. I went in twice for an ear infection without an appointment and they didn’t seem irritated I didn’t schedule an appointment. The only thing I dislike is the billing department. DO NOT SAVE YOUR CARD ON FILE, THEY WILL TAKE THE CO-PAY WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. This is not the staff at this locations fault.
The staff is kind and friendly. Dr Samir is wonderful! Also the PA was wonderful. Thank all of you for your care. I love Mercy go health. All I have to give is my birthdate and all of my information pops up.
Wouldnt see me because my insurance card said Brad and my license said Bradley. Reception had a nasty attitude and frankly she kicked it on the moment I walked through the door. She never once gave the slightest care that I was sick. I have never had such a poor experience at a Mercy before. Walked out without being seen. Im sure the doc wouldve probably been better, but she set a really low bar.
I came in on a Wednesday with Covid symptoms. Was tested for several things and was specifically told more than once that I would receive a PHONE CALL with my results in 1-2 days. I waited and waited….. no phone call… finally was getting on their website to call and stumbled across a patient portal, so I signed into that and found that I had tested positive for Covid… I immediately send the Dr a message because I was extremely concerned about my kids and I’ve never had it before so I wasn’t sure what to take, or do! 1 full week later and I still have yet to receive a message back, or the phone call that I was told I’d receive. If I would’ve never stumbled across the patient portal I would’ve never known that I had Covid.I Won’t be coming back.My mother had the same problem at another location and didn’t receive a phone call about her test results.
I walked in and was helped in less than 15 minutes. The nurse and PA listened to my concerns carefully and provided accurate treatment. Staff is friendly and professional.
The clinic experience was fine (nothing overly exciting to rave about) but got the job done, but the billing department is horrendous. They refuse to bill my insurance for covid tests even though my insurance says this facility is in network and that they would pay 100% if they would bill it correctly.Every agent I talk to tells me they cant help because their contract will not allow them to bill. I even had my insurance - Aetna get on the conference call with them and they refuse to bill insurance and tell Aetna rep they are wrong. So beware of awful billing tactics.I will never be back to a Mercy facility if I can help it due to this.
Covid testing takes way too long and we could not get a call back with results because they have other patients in front of them. Im sorry were also patients that have been waiting days on end for results that should take minutes or hours and were trying to stay distant but we have things that force us to venture beyond our property and we need to know if its safe for us to go out or not.
I saw this was a COVID testing site I made an appointment for my husband and he went. The staff asked for our insurance information and of course he gave it. Next thing we get a bill from our insurance company. Mercy has billed our insurance company for a facilities charge (twice) and for lab services. (IT WAS A COVID TEST ONLY) Its sad that in this trying time... companies would take advantage of people. If I had not caught it...and just paid it. I wonder how many innocent victims Mercy has taken advantage of? P.S. COVID is an awful disease and Mercy is getting rich off sick, poor people, find somewhere else to go that wont try and take advantage of an essential worker. Ill be telling everyone about my experience.
Terrible customer service with front desk staff. Doctors were great except My husband got positive results for strep and was not contacted about an antibiotic. He’s tried calling multiple times to see what he needs to do and we couldn’t get ahold of staff and were put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. Will never go again or recommend it.
Great experience. I went on a Saturday and was able to go straight into a private room. The staff were incredibly nice and personable. The office and rooms were very clean.
Walked in to get a covid test and the lady at the front desk was so rude, she preceded to tell me i couldn’t do that and that i had to take every test (strep, flu etc.). She also didn’t even look at me while talking. Told me it was a 4 hour wait when there were 5 people in the waiting room. DONT GO HERE!!
Very rude receptionist. My 3 year old son went to get hand sanitizer and I was helping him. Then, she told him and I to get away from the desk as she was talking about private information. She could have been nicer said maam could you please step back a little as I am talking about private health information. Please goes a long way. It was more the way she spoke. I was chasing and 1 and 3 year old not trying to eavesdrop by getting hand sanitizer. Or move hand sanitizer away from the desk if people arent allowed to get any.
Very friendly, quick, and efficient.
It is so convenient, and we get our minor health sickness needs met so easily and quickly.
Dont go there just for COVID test. They wouldnt even try to charge the insurance and sending you a bill for 75$ and charging your insurance for the visit on the top of that. You can get it for free at different places. If you leave a bad review they would answer here you can contact them and they would get back to you. It never happened 1 month later and nobody would reply to your message on MyMercy.
Excellent staff and PA was great - properly diagnosed and prescription
The wait period was not very long. The Doctor was very professional. She listened to everything I had say. She prescribed medicine that is working very well.I would go back if I needed urgent care.
Been here twice in the past two months and only have had good experiences. I like being able to reserve a spot online and fill out the paperwork ahead of time.
Ive been there several times when I wasnt able to see my PCP. They have always been very through and covered all the things bothering me.
I felt heard by my provider and all the staff, start to finish. Everyone was kind, professional, and timely. 10/10 would recommend!
I went into a very clean and sterile facility.. Greeted by a courteous staff. Was seen and treated expeditiously. The doctor on duty remembered me from a previous visit. How much more personal can a visir be?
They were excellent properly diagnosed that I was having a heart attack and got me taken to the hospital for proper treatment. I always go to Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care and they have taken great care of me.
Love love love , I was there two days ago Makayla was very professional she had went the extra mile to help my 87 yr old mom to the bathroom back into the room and outside excellent worker I will be back if ever needed to go to an urgent care thank you mercy go !!!
The staff was extremely friendly and competent It was very easy to schedule my appointment online. I will definitely continue to use this location.
This place is terrible. I don’t know why they even call themselves an urgent care because to be seen you have to have an appointment. They will also start to do intake and then after wasting your time for 10 minutes they will then tell you oh sorry, you have to make an appt to be seen. I would take my kids to their regular physician if I could get an appt for my sick kids.
I needed a quick rx for antibiotics and Im glad I came here. Jeremy qas extremely kind and helpful. I appreciate they allowed me to keep my mask off in the exam room. Everyone was kind.
The PA was very kind and helpful. The clinic is very clean and modern. I had a brief wait after signing up online.
The staff was very friendly and did an excellent job. It took like 30 mins total!
Dr. Courtney Gary was fabulous she took the extra time to talk to my doctor to make sure she was giving me the correct medicine so it wont affect my kidney the front desk lady I think her name was tammie was kinda aggressive when she did my flu test so I didnt like that I also think there should be pediatric mask for them so they feel the want to put one on thank you
On call doctor was quick but kind. Store was clean and sign in was easy.
Hubby went to the new Mercy GoHealth on May. He is very sick coughing his head off, wheezing, congested, achy and low grade fever. They did not do a FLU test or chest X-Ray, just gave him antibiotics and sent him on his way!😕😕😕
The wait time was not very long. The assistants and nurse practitioner were excellent and very professional.
Very friendly and professional, and very knowledgeable in treatment options. Would recommend.
I’ve always had efficient and thorough visits here. The providers and staff have always been kind and caring.
Went there today , I’m glad they are still open at this bad weather !! Stacey and Michelle helped us super nice and efficient, on our way to pick up medicine now , hope we will get better soon !:)
Professional yet friendly, efficient, very clean facilities, got quick answers. Excellent!!
Excellent care, professionalism, courtesy.
Everyone’s so nice! There may be a wait after check in, but I was in and out!
The front desk employees here are seriously the sweetest people ever, and the rest of the medical staff is just as great. I’ve never been to a medical facility where the people are as welcoming as the people here.
Super fast, very friendly experience today. I was in and out in a timely manner. The PA listened to my concerns.
This office is not only convenient but provides excellent care. As a healthcare provider myself, I can be particular, but they always exceed my expectations.
Great bedside manner. Answered all my questions..very pleasant! I was in and out!
Staff friendly, helpful, efficient.
I made an appointment online and was in and out in 15 minutes. Everyone was very nice.
Very neat and clean!Staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
Book your appointment ahead of time, clean, friendly, and fast
Dr, staff an security at front desk were all awesome, friendly an professional, very good service. Thank you
Everyone was professional. They listened to my concerns, they were caring, understanding, and eager to help.
Everyone was so nice. Got in quickly and felt taken care of.
Very good experience. Great advice.
Competent friendly people who were there and got me in and out promptly.
It’s a no! I don’t believe the PA knows exactly how to treat. He didn’t know anything
10. Marvelous friendly professional staff. The lady who runs the computer is very friendly and the PA is certainly professional. Thanks
Got care
Great care was given to me by the team when I needed relief from severe migraine. Thanks for your compassion and expertise.
Stacy and Sam both where awesome!!!Very genuine in their concern and care to see that I was better!
Thanks for seeing me so soon and putting my mind at ease. Im seeing my primary Doctor on Tuesday.
Friendly, professional staff.
