Very impressed, inside looks modern/ futuristic with frosted sliding glass doors for each room, very clean atmosphere and surroundings, everyone was very nice and polite, took time to listen and understand the issues at hand and offer proper medical treatment and advice. I did the online availability so there was really no wait time once we arrived close to the time slot that was available. The attending PA was great and would totally go back here if I ever had another problem, this time it was for my child. Thanks again.
The whole staff was super friendly, and the facility was very clean. The doctor did not rush in and out of the room she took the time to really listen to me explain my symptoms and gave me a very thorough exam. My whole experience there even though I was feeling terrible myself was an extremely positive one from start to finish. I Couldn’t recommend this facility more…. They are just fantastic!
I had a very pleasant experience at this location, despite me being sick. Everyone was very kind and helpful. It was easy to make an appointment online, and I did not have to wait long.
The staff was very friendly and showed concern and asked informative questions so they couldnt figure out the route of care. The doctor was also very thorough and caring and didnt rush she took her time and explained everything. I appreciate the care I received.
What I liked most about this urgent care was it was quick to be seen, all the staff was friendly and polite, it was very clean. I also like that it’s close to home and appts can be made. I would certainly go here again .
Staff was great but doc never called me with results after I left two messages so I don’t know what results are and not sure why I payed to get checked out. The nicest staff I have ever had
Friendly, efficient staff who kept wait to a minimum. Mature doctor whose philosophy of letting my body develop its own immunity vs prescribing lots of meds, aligned with my beliefs.
It was easy to schedule. And when there wasnt an X-ray tech they texted me that info and texted me the location that had one. They even canceled that appt. The staff at that location I went to in mint hill were very kind.
Friendliness of staff and very thorough and detailed instructions for care and medication provided. Cleanliness and immediate care provided without a long wait.
Went to Urgent Care on Monday. Made an appointment and did my pre check in on line. When I got there everyone was very friendly. All my questions were answered and everything else was explained very clearly. I was in and out in minimal time.
I walked in during a busy time and was able to make an appt within 2 hours. The staff were all terrific: very professional, knowledgable, and compassionate. Thank you for the great care!
I needed to run in for a illness/prescription. There was no one else there and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I always have a good experience at this location. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
I did have to wait because I was a walk-in, but that was expected. The front desk receptionist was extremely nice. The doctor was very nice also and knew exactly how to help me.Thank you for taking care of me.
Super nice people! PA was very knowledgeable. Addressed my symptoms, gave me prescriptions. There for only about 45 minutes total. I will definitely use this place again if needed. I have had nothing but great responses from all Novant networks.
I love this urgent care! Easily my best experience at one of these clinics! Quick and efficient even on a Saturday afternoon, and the staff and are super friendly! :) I would give it an 11 out of 10 if I could!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. We still needed to follow up with a specialist who confirmed the triage and treatment were spot on.
I came here on June 9th, 2022 and I was greeted by the rudest front desk girl. I was feeling horrible and she had the nastiest attitude. I’m a firm believer that some people SHOULD NOT!!!! Be in healthcare and she is one of those people. She didn’t even ask me for my name or try to check me in. I’ve been here before and have had great service. Just a word of advise for this location, get rid of that rude black woman at the front desk. She should not be in health care at all!!!! Because of her I will NEVER come back to this location. The provider that was there seemed super nice, I let her know that I thought the front desk lady was RUDE and she didn’t seem surprised, like this wasn’t the first or second or millionth time she’s heard that. Just thought I would warn people that if you’re really feeling horrible pray she isn’t at the front desk when you arrive.
Staff was polite however I was told they accepted my insurance only to get a bill for $280. Had I known I would have been charged that amount I def would have not been seen.
I was experiencing chills, just wasnt quite myself asked my husband to take me to urgent care....pleasant atmosphere & clean...filled out forms...waited to be seen & diagnosed all in less then 30 min...
This was by far my best experience at an urgent care Being able to reserve a spot and then showing up at that time versus sitting there and waiting
Once again my visit was pleasant. Each staff that I came in contact were with caring, concern, and reassuring of speedy interactions.
I had to drive 10 minutes more to reach the location. The other place was terrible. This place is wonderful—super clean with friendly staff. The nurse listened to all my problems and conducted Covid tests, asking if it was okay, to which I agreed. The previous places did not consider my opinions at all. After the initial evaluation, the PA came, took my readings, and prescribed some drugs. I am taking them, and I have half recovered; I hope to fully recover soon.
I was very happy with the care I received. Everyone was very kind and helped me out. I give them 5 stars.
The clinical staff was so friendly, pleasant and professional... the NP/PA/DR (Im not sure of her title) was very knowledgeable, personable and so very nice!!! I really like the facility.. Will definitely go back again if the need arises!
Excellent staff and service. Got right in/out as I made an appt. Online. I appreciate that appointments are prioritized ahead of walk-ins. PAs are great and truly listen to patient concerns. Again, making an appointment online saves the hassle of having to fill out forms and present insurance / ID in person. Such a great system, especially considering patients are already not feeling well. Thanks for the great, compassionate care.
I had such a great experience at Novant Urgent Care! I previously went to the Atrium Urgent Care that’s much closer to me. I have had some not so great experiences there…I decided to try something new and came to Novant urgent care and I’m so thankful I did! The facility was very nice and clean. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Special shout out to Penny. She is truly an asset of Novant Urgent Care.I was so happy with my visit that when I told my husband he said, “noted. That’s where we will go when needed from now on.”When someone comes to an urgent care it’s usually not for a great reason- I’m so thankful the ladies working made me feel cared for.
Staff were very professional, caring about me and my issue and provided great care and clear, concise treatment plan!! Great experience!!! Thank you
Oh my goodness! Stay away from this location! Drove an 1 hour and 20 minutes to get here as I’m Novant Health only. The website says closes at 5, walk in welcomes. Got here at 4:40 and was denied medical attention. Zero sympathy. I got upset as I logged in and saw they took patients via portal and that appointments could be made as late as 4:40. She told me I had to arrive by 4:15. I told if I can book online until 4:40, why can’t they see me? BECAUSE they are READY to GO HOME! Literally ZERO patients were there and three staff members were present. Take my vitals, assess and get me in and out! That is far less time, and lost expense than stacking ALL of these terrible reviews with what appears to be a common problem, and potentially common persons! I wish I looked at the reviews before coming here. They knew they were wrong because they also refused to give me their names and took off name tags. Such a SHAME. Management needs to get this place in check or I will and many others will take it to Atrium, as she suggested. Here I come Atrium!
I made an appt for 12:30 pm on a Sunday. I arrived at 12:20 (no one in the waiting room), and was out the door at 1 pm. Loved the PA, Faith. Nice, clean environment. Highly recommended.
Made an appointment after hours to be seen for an injury that resulted in stitches and a tetanus shot. This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had at a doctor’s office. Everyone was very welcoming, attentive, communicative and took great care of me. I will definitely be back if ever in need of care. Thank you all!
Front desk staff she did excellent customer service and the PA as well. I had a good experiences
Came in here at 7:45pm asking for a flu test. No other patients around. My family has had 103 degree fevers for 5 days straight and I want to know it’s the flu and there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. Lady at the desk told me it was too close to closing and I’d have to come back tomorrow. I had one shot to hit a UC before 8pm and I chose wrong. I got my fevered butt out of bed and drove over there just to be turned away because someone was too lazy and wanted to be certain they’d walk out the door at 8pm on the dot. DO YOUR JOBS PEOPLE!!!
The staff at front desk were quick and patient with my hundred questions, I quickly got in to have stitches. The PA Faith was quick, personable, professional, and thoroughly explained every step and after care. I knew I was in good hands once I was in office and will no where to go if future injuries are to happen.
The doctor was great. She seemed very interested in listening to everything I had to say about how I was feeling. I feel she tried her best to help me feel better. And was very knowledgeable. Very kind and caring.
Our experience is always great with the medical providers at this facility. One of the front desk staff is not the most friendliest persons. I arrived early to an appointment on 8/4/2022 that I had previously scheduled for my son. This particular staff did not seem too happy that we arrived early. I advised her of my rationale for arriving early, and she advised me that there were other patients ahead of us. I was well aware of that, but she said it as if it were a problem. She didnt say have a seat or give me any guidance. She then commenced to go whisper something secretly to Robin, the NP, who was extremely professional and helpful. I received an email regarding e-checkin, and I am glad that I checked my email because this staff gave me NO further instructions. This staff is not very professional, and she seems to have a subtle attitude which is not cool. The other young lady at the front desk who was the medical assistant (she took my sons vitals) was extremely kind as well as the radiology tech (a very kind gentleman) on duty. As we left, this particular staff also whispered something else privately to the other medical assistant as my son and I left out of the facility. She just seemed to have a problem with us and I have no idea why. Maybe she needs some additional professional training or continuing education courses regarding interaction with the public. Overall, the care received is always top notch, but this one staff can make or break the experience for myself, my family and other patients.
They were booked up for the entire day, but somehow make room for me since I was a walk-in. I had to wait an hour, but was well worth the wait since they were able to diagnose that I had COVID, and were able to prescribe me the right treatment for my recovery
The place looks nice and its clean. That being said, I specifically came in for a covid test after reading online on their website that appointments are not necessary for covid testing. I go in and get told I needed an appointment because there is only one provider. Inconvenient, but fair enough. They said they would attempt to fit me in if there were no appointments. I was there for about 40 minutes in total and no one gave me any updates on what was happening. There was a good 25 minute stretch at least where their board said there were no patients in the exam room, and yet I could not get in for a super quick 2 minute covid test. The reality is I could get into the ER faster.
I signed up for an appointment online. Checked in was quick and easy. Everyone was super- nice. I waited for less than two minutes, and was seen.
Staff was very on point and amazing! Its not always easy dealing with the kids, but they were very patient and caring. I will definitely be using this location as my favorite urgent care!
As professional as the members of staff are, the phone system has the worst redundancies ever seen/heard. None the less, a successful but long visit was had.
Went there today 7/20/2023 and had the must horrible experience. The front desk staff person was so nasty and rude. Her name was Bridget. Never again. As soon as you walk in she ask all out load what are you hear for. I walk up to the desk so I can tell her so the other people waiting couldnt hear me and she was rude from then on. I shouldnt know why everyone who walked in was there for. 1 lady uti another possible flu. Young gentleman stomach pain. Shame no privacy
We took our 3 year old in who was sick and we saw Lane Luke. Our son has bad white coat syndrome and hates medical offices Mrs Luke read him well. She spoke to him and not just to us and included him in his care. She showed him the tools she was using for the exam and explained to him what they were for and diagnosed him in less than 10 minutes. No unnecessary tests. Wish she was his primary MD.
Visited center on June 21,2023. upon arrival the staff was friendly and quick but it was also very empty in the building. i left without receiving any paperwork regarding my diagnosis nor after care treatment which felt odd. following day i reached out about medication i had previously rejected due to breast feeding. i was greeted on the phone from a lady named Jassmin. she was rude, unpleasant and did not want to help me. when i informed her i had not been to Novant in years and was also too weak to attempt to access my chart, i asked for her assistance and she immediately raised her voice and began belittling me. rejected helping me access medication and telling me basically to figure out my chart or it will take 3 days for my medication to get called in. i had to muster up the little bit of strength i had left to inform her she was being disrespectful and very unhelpful. her behavior turned my five star experience into a two star experience. i gave three starts for those individuals who actually took time to be professional and help me. ill tell you this however, despite this facility being in walking distance from my home, Jassmin has validated that i will remain an atrium patient and never return to Novant. now im left with no medicine and no help.
Happy that I was seen so promptly. All the staff was very nice. The only thing I did not like is the online check-in. Having to put in all your insurance information especially after I already been to Go in Matthews before and I am a MyChart Novant patient. I opted not to do that, and I just drive to the Mint Hill Go and checked in on site I was still seen promptly.
Brought my daughter in today with flu like symptoms. We reserved an appointment the night before and were seen right away. Everyone in the office was so nice and gentle with her. Flu test came back quickly and we were given a prescription and home care instructions. My pervious experience at a different location was just horrible, so I was nervous about coming here but they exceed my expectations. If I need to visit an Urgent Care again, this will be the only location I go to.
This was one of the best Urgent Care facilities I have ever been to. The professionalism and genuine concern for my health was unmatched. I will definitely return if needed and refer others.
The fricken worst experience all 5 times I had a medical issue. Extremely unprofessional and constantly rude especially the women in front. They say they didnt have an x-ray machine when it wasnt convenient for them. But, accepted another patients for an x-ray. Literally go 3 hrs away to another place or risk dying because they wouldnt care either way. They keep turning people to the emergency room than the emergency room staff are asking why didnt urgent care take care of it! Listen to the other reviews. They dont want to work, have lost their humanity and treat people like dead cattle.
Convenient and quick same day service and the staff was very helpful. Would highly recommend!
I had a great experience here! The lovely women working were very kind and personable. I’m terrified of doctors, but they calmed my nerves from the minute I walked in. They were quick and efficient, and they answered all my questions and made sure I was well taken care of. Of course I hope I don’t need urgent care again, but I wouldn’t mind having to go here again!
Attended to me immediately. Had a bad cold for 2 weeks but developed pulmonary edema and a lung infection. They administered 5 remedies including antibiotics. Slight problem picking up the meds at the VA on Tyvola but was able to pick them up same day. Friendly and knowledgeable team of competent caretakers. Highly recommended!
I had the worst experience with this urgent care this past weekend. Ive been in here several times since they opened and each time the front desk staff (multiple different people) have been nasty towards me. They have an attitude and act like they hate their life. However, this time they were forcing me to put a mask on my 3 year old who was already coughing. I know shes spreading germs but I would have been ok with waiting in my car. Then they refused to bill me the copay for the visit like they have every other time and of course I dont have the copay because times are hard and this was clearly an unexpected visit. The Dr. Then tells me my child is spewing viruses all over the office and was asked to leave after they took my money. I visited 2 other urgent cares and none had appointments so my child went without medical care until I could make another urgent care appointment in matthews and had a completely different experience. This office staff should really be reevaluated considering the reviews I just saw on Google. I couldnt believe they turned us away... a 3 year old with a high fever.... absolutely horrific.
Avoid this place at all possible even if it is an emergency, go somewhere else. Took my eight month old here today with a 103° fever, just to be denied. They close at 5 but stop seeing patients 45 minutes to an hour before that. I showed up at 4:15 and was told they couldn’t see him. The lady at the front desk told me “to just come back tomorrow”……seriously?
Absolutely horrible experience. I have been feeling so bad, coughing, achy body, fever, chills, sweats. I was told I had a common cold. No antibiotics. Just an inhaler. And the dr if she even was one said my lungs sounded clear, so she wanted to send me to hospital for an X-ray. I don’t think so. She was clueless. Also, the front desk girl did my swabbing. She definitely didn’t know what she was doing. I was negative for flu, Covid and strep. Could be a false negative if you don’t swab accurately. I lkkift there feeling defeated, and here I sit at home feeling just horrible. I will never go there again even if I’m dying. Very inexperienced staff, and I truly believe I was misdiagnosed. I am past by upset and even more livid. I could go there is more, but I am feeling too bad to continue. Novant, I thought you were better than that.Update: I saw my PCP yesterday morning who is an incredibly sharp, knowledgeable and kind person. I was diagnosed with acute bronchitis and sinusitis, and left her office for the pharmacy. There I picked up prescribed antibiotics s for infection, prednisone for inflammation, cough syrup for my severe cough and an antibiotic eye drop. I didn’t have to go to the hospital for an X-ray, and it most certainly isn’t a common cold. Novant, re-evaluate who you are hiring. I won’t call out your staff members name, but you may want to look into this.
To whom it may concern,My family visited your urgent care location in Mint Hill, NC for a worsening cold that my four year old daughter was experiencing. I unfortunately had to work and my parents were kind enough to take her to be evaluated since she had been sick for over 4 days and was not improving. The PA who assessed my daughter was not only rude, but provided inaccurate medical information and did nothing to help her condition. Unfortunately we did not get her name, but she was the only PA on site today (10/20/22) and had dreadlocks. I apologize these are the only descriptors I have. My husband and I are both pharmacists. We know sudafed liquid is appropriate for my daughters age group per both clinical references and experience. The PA not only scolded my family for using the medication but also stated my daughter was simply having rebound from antibiotics she was on almost a month ago. We received no prescriptions or recommendations from this PA. We had her reevaluated at a different urgent care to be told not only did my daughter have a sinus infection, but also a double ear infection. Luckily this doctor prescribed her the needed antibiotic and was shocked at the care/diagnosis she received at your facility. My daughter has been crying since last night regarding her ears and some compassion would have been much appreciated. Needless to say, we will not be visiting your site again and expect a refund based on the lack of care that was received. I can only hope and pray this doesn’t occur to another family going forward. Patients should always come first.Sincerely,Sarah Moore, PharmD
It was my first time there, just moved to North Carolina to retire, and my experience was great! I rated it a 10+ because from the onset of walking into the facility and talking with the lady behind the desk, she was very helpful and pleasant! Not a long wait and the Radiology Technician was very kind/courteous and X-rayed my knee very gently and professional. Dr. Martian was excellent and took his time with me to explain options and his diagnosis! His team members were just great; patient, kind, courteous, knowledgeable and professional! I highly recommend this facility!!
Everyone was very kind and professional. Its a caring environment.
Excellent service! Clean environment and friendly staff.. It was a great experience.
This was my second time to visit GoHealth in Mint Hill. I have always been treated kindly with respect, professionally and efficiently. I highly recommend them. Plus you can make an appointment.
NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE! I had an appointment, I waited 2 hrs, while others were being placed IN FRONT of me then to finally be called to take payment and was told by the PA, I COULDNT BE HELPED THERE AT ALL! No One told me when i freaking checked in 2 hrs previously that i couldnt be helped there!!!!! Told me I should go to the hospital! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! RUDE STAFF! I WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN, AND WILL BE GOINF TO OTHER PLATFORMS TO COMPLAIN!
Was misdiagnosed. Went in due to intense sinus pressure and a low grade fever that started the day before. Told the NP I was worried about a sinus infection, she told me that was impossible as I had not been sick long enough and that they do not give out antibiotics for just anything anymore and that there was nothing they could do for me as I was 25 weeks pregnant and they sent me on my way after 5 minutesImmediately went to another urgent care, was given a Covid test that was positive and prescribed Paxlovid as pregnancy is considered high risk for Covid
Efficient sharing Excellence with care. The staff were prompt and responsive to the need. The service rendered was thoughtful, delicate and helpful.
I scheduled an appointment earlier today, I have bilateral sciatica. I just started a new job recently, so I dont have insurance information yet. I was refused care because I cant pay the $135 self pay fee upfront. She also HAD to mention that they dont prescribe pain medication. I advised her that prescription pain medication doesnt help with sciatica nerve pain. I just wanted to be seen and get a medrol dose pack (steroid) to help with the inflammation. Im not looking for an opioid. She said go to the emergency room lol.... I will be making a switch from Novant to Atrium for sure.
Fat white lady is so disgusting and rude. She farted as I walked by and didnt say excuse me.
I only gave 1 star because there is no option for 0 star. Dont waste your time. They dont care about your medical condition. Then they lose your insurance payment. Then you pay and have your insurance reimburse you they try to double bill you. Then when you wait on hold for 2 hours to resolve the payment they still cant help. I was misdiagnosed and suffered for weeks. They should be out of business
Came here in June for a cough. Paid the $150 copay at check in only for them to turn around and tell me they don’t have an x-ray technician that day so I would have to go elsewhere. Said they couldn’t refund the card they just swiped and I’d have to call their billing center. 3 calls to their billing center and 4 months later I still have no refund and constant promises that it will be refunded in a few business days.
Walked in at 9:50 a.m. there were 2 patients in the sitting in the lobby. The lady behind the counter didnt even acknowledge me or my husband. We saw a check in station. We checked in and sat down. Still nothing from either of 2 ladies behind the 2 different counters. Another patient came in walked up to the counter without being called and was helped right away. I excused myself and asked if I was supposed to have checked in. At this point, I was finally acknowledged. But the lady that had simply walked in was still helped first. Poor customer service. We left.
I recently went to The Go Urgent Care facility December 15th. It was my second visit. Both times I went for Covid-19 testing after traveling on an airplane out of state. The first time I went in-person. They were booked. The staff had me scheduled an appointment for the next day same location. The second time I scheduled an appointment over the phone and was given a spot for the very next day. Each visit was prompt, professional and on time. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Each visit took no longer than 20 minutes if that! I will continue to get all my testing from this provider.
No wait time, friendly, professional, took time to listen to symptoms, took vitals, formulated a treatment plan, and already feel a lot better. Very pleasant experience despite problems, that enough was enough to start feeling better, thank you Kristina
I was seen very quickly, the office was clean and the staff were very friendly. The provider was great, she didnt rush me and I felt heard!!!
My husband visited the Urgent care at this address this morning. The person at the front desk said to wait outside for 20 min. He waited. They didnt call him. He came in again, she said to wait some more because they have patients. We didnt see a single patient, only two people who had a covid19 sample taken in the car. We are still waiting in the parking lot for 30 minutes, no one is calling. Worst service. These persons in first shift need to change their behavior or need to be fired. We have to find new service and have to go right now.
Just waited outside for 30 minutes for the doors to open so my daughter could been seen for stomach issues. Literally first ones in the door and we were asked if we had an appointment. No. This is a “walk-in” clinic. Then we are asked in front of other patients, cue the HIPPA violation, what her ailment is. Then loud and proud the nurse steps over and tells me they can’t do anything for my daughter and we need to go to the ER. Unless she has Covid or flu, they can’t treat her there. The nurse, without having taken any information from my daughter said she needed x-rays, blood work and most likely a CT scan and none of that can be done there. Well then 2 of those 3, lab work and x-rays, needs to be removed from you sign on the door saying “on-site lab and x-ray”. You know all of that just by looking at her?? But the best part of this is that this same Urgent Care treated my daughter in February 2020 for stomach issues, and now they only treat Covid. Something has to change with this ridiculous protocol. People are sick and suffering with other issues as well and they should be seen and treated. Do better.
This place is a little disorganized, but everyone is very nice. I submitted all of the paperwork ahead of time, the staff re-did all of my information when I arrived and still somehow messed up the billing and didn’t charge my insurance so I had to call in again with my information. Double check your billing when you go here to make sure they actually bill your insurance.
Previous reviews that gave 5 stars must have seen a different staff than I did. The front desk staff was extremely rude. And the PA (not a doctor like other reviews mentioned) was just as rude. Seems they did not want to do their jobs in a medical field that should show kindness to humanity! I went in with a foot injury and had to ask for an X-ray. The PA questioned me and I reiterated that it felt broken. Just a horrible experience. Will not be back and do not recommend to others!
Everyone was very friendly& helpful. The P.A. did a goodjob cleaning, treating & dressing my wound.I was in & out in a shorttime.Overall excellent experience!
I loved Everything about my experience at Go Health. It was Clean, personable staff, great bedside manner, felt cared for. Easy process and well organized!! I used to go to Minute Clinic but this Go Health is my new go to Urgent Care!!
Fantastic staff - very courteous and friendly - I was treated immediately and with respect
Don’t look for caring healthcare here. We arrived at front desk at 7:30pm. The lady at the front desk was only concerned with closing at 8pm. She didn’t care about my wife’s pain and offered us no advice or assistance. She just told us they close at 8pm and already had someone in the back. Novant should be ashamed to have their name on such a facility. I don’t say healthcare facility because they don’t care.
This was my first time at this location and now I wish I could use you guys as my primary provider. I was able to get an appointment right away, and your staff was very accommodating, despite the fact that there was a scheduling error. I was able to be seen right away and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use this location going forward! Thank you for great service and a great experience!
The doctor was great. Overall, the experience made me wonder if this could replace most minor visits to my regular MD - because its so hard to get in my Dr office. You were very convenient and quick, easy.Make it more clear that you are NOT Novant and that you actually didnt have access to my Novant records. I came there because I thought you were Novant and I am a Novant customer, but I will return.
Went in today, no clients in the exam rooms or waiting rooms, but was turned away and told the soonest they could see me was tomorrow morning. I pointed out that there were no patients there, and she said Here they come now, as an elderly couple approached the door. Fine, I left. But as I backed my car out, the couple came back out the door-apparently they had also been turned away. So much for urgent care.
The nurse that was working the evening I brought my son there is heaven sent. She made us feel welcome and cared for. The PA is amazing. She has a natural caring spirit and is very thorough in her care and treatment. What an incredible team.
Great staff, fast service. They got me in and out.
Went there for a foot injury, I checked in online got there 15 minutes early was seen right away. The staff was very friendly and quick to respond. My daughter was seen by the doctor, had an X-ray and was in and out in 34-45 minutes. I Would recommend this urgent care. Everyone in the office was very nice.
I was a walk-in and was expecting to wait several hours to be seen. They saw me within 30 minutes of arrival. Fit me into their existing schedule. It was greatly appreciated. Already starting to feel better. Staff was very friendly as well!
I took my 5 year old son in for an eye irritation on a Saturday at 4PM. When we walked in no one was there. Spoke to one of the staff and she said all the appointments were booked for the day and they were not accepting walk-ins. Whats the point of an urgent care if I have to make an appointment to be seen? I might as well have waited until Monday to see my sons pediatrician...I guess it depends on who is working that day. Because Ive definitely been a walk-in for this urgent care before and the care and service I received was completely different from what I just experienced today.
I was a walk in on Christmas Eve. The staff was all so kind and got me back quickly. I can not thank them enough and I appreciate them being there on Christmas Eve with great attitudes!
If you value your health do not come here for treatment! I was in need of care and visited this office on 9/29. I had had surgery 8 days before and could barely walk so it was difficult for me to get there. The doctor was playing on his phone and acted like I was bothering him. He came in and diagnosed me without even examining me properly. I believed him because he was a doctor and left to get the meds. The very next day it got worse so I called and they told me to come back immediately so I did. This time it was a different doctor and she properly did the examination. She even said that he should have done this the night before as well. Turns out he was wrong on the diagnosis and she was right. So correct meds taken and issue resolved! Now to my surprise I get a bill in the mail stating that I need to pay my copay again even though it was their doctors fault I had to return in the first place. I call the billing office and they tell me I have to call another number. Of course the other number has LONG wait times so I emailed them. 4 days later no response, 1 week later no response and now over a month later still no response. I have filed a grievance with my insurance company against them. When this place first opened they were awesome and was my choice if I needed urgent care, Never Again!
Don’t go to this urgent care. I went in with an appointment and the two ladies behind the desk looked at me and turned away. I then ask to be seen and the receptionist said for what? I told her I was having stomachache pain and the other lady told me that they wouldn’t treat me. I ask why and she said nothing. I ask her for her name and she refused to tell me and when I ask her if she were the doctor she wouldn’t tell me. I ask her why she was so rude to me and she replied I don’t need to tell you anything, either leave or I’ll call the police.I went out sat in my car and cried, it was like a bad movie. They didn’t like the looks of me.I’m your typical blonde haired haired house wife. I have never discriminated over anyone, and I never would, but I know in my heart that’s just what happened to me. Very sad world we are in. I’m still in pain but so discouraged 🥲
Rude receptionist behind the counter: “ do you have an appointment” …. Lobby completely empty ….NO… you are URGENT CARE. If i had the time to make an appointment i’d go to my PHP.The entire premise of Urgent Care is to see people URGENTLY. Not on some pre determined schedule.Do better.
I went for my asthma and the service was horrible very unprofessional I had to go somewhere else to get seen not affiliated with novant. Horrible experience too laid back and lazy. The bedside manner of the P. A. WAS JUST HORRIBLE.
Staff were super friendly and welcoming. I was able to save my spot in advance and saw the provider promptly. Good medical care. I highly recommend it.
Horrible customer service. No X-ray on site which I didn’t know if I needed. They called me in hopes of me canceling my appointment. She never said I’m sorry for the inconvenience or would you like to be seen w/o X-ray. Feeble girl hung up the ph. No etiquette what so ever.
Quick service from my check in through the end of the visit with the PA. The PA was very thorough and made sure I received the right treatment for my health concerns.
Very nice staff and efficiency. Thank you for the great care
The staff demonstrated attentive care towards my illness and provided exceptional assistance.
Staff is rude & clearly not compassionate about the people they’re caring for.I took my son in & immediately was treated rudely by the PA as soon as we walked in the door. Details on what was being diagnosed was short & lacked details; along with directions on what was being prescribed. I had to ask what was sent over & even then wasn’t full informed of what she sent over.I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The lack of care for people really stands out at this place.
The nurse that greeted me was very pleasant and the PA that saw me was very nice and professional. I felt I was in good hands there. They took good care of me. Thank you.
I’d like to start off by saying that up until now, my family and I have had nothing but positive experiences with GoHealth Urgent Care. We usually go to the one in Harrisburg, but due to them now providing COVID testing, we went to the Mint Hill location. On Friday, 10/30, my son had appointments to be seen for a skin issue that cropped up and had been recurring. The physician that saw them prescribed a topical treatment. I ended up calling back and speaking with the physician and she prescribed an additional oral medication to work on the issue from the inside out. After talking with my current pharmacy, over the weekend, they said they had not received any additional medication for my son. So, I called goHealth back to inquire about the medication. The front desk administrator commented, “ your child was seen here on Friday and you’re JUST now getting their medicine?!” Not only was that presumptuous, but it was rude. After checking the system, I was told the oral medication had not been called in, the physician they saw was not in, and there was nothing they could do and to just follow up with his pediatrician. I tried to explain that my sons’ pediatrician had recently had to retire early due to a health issue. The front desk administrator (who refused to provide her name) responded by saying, “I can’t write prescriptions, so I there’s nothing else I can do.” I told her that her tone was rude and I was only trying to get help for my son, to which she responded by saying, “okay, thank you” and hung up on me. I called directly back and got a different woman and I explained what was happening and that I wanted to speak with a manager or supervisor. While explaining , I could hear the other admin talking loudly, in the background saying, “How am I supposed to know… She apologized and said she would get the number and email for the manager. She placed me on hold for 5 minutes or so, then hung up. I called back a third time and the first person answered the phone and then hung up again. I tried one more time and got the same thing. So, that’s a total of 4 calls and I was hung up on. I reached out to the Matthews location to get the manager’s contact information and Samantha was so kind and helpful. Not only did she provide the information, but she also offered to see if there was anything she could do to help since she had access to the same system. She was able to see in the system that not only had the oral medication been called in, but also that it had gone to my old pharmacy. So, it was a simple and quick answer that anyone who was looking could have seen. I was calling my current pharmacy and it had been called into the old one. About 5 minutes later, we received a call from the physician my boys saw. She went above and beyond to call and follow up. I explained what happened and she advised she would be reporting the incident, as well, from her side. She also took time to give me additional information I needed for my son and to ensure no spread of his skin issue. To be hung up on, by a front office associate, at an urgent care, when seeking assistance regarding my child is unacceptable and I hope no one else has to experience it. That is why I’m taking time to send this email and post this review for others to see. If you are in the area and need to go to an urgent care, I recommend driving a little further to the Matthews location. Samantha is awesome and seems to truly care about helping and serving people. This is, in no way, a reflection on the physician that helped my sons. SHE WAS AWESOME (and Mint All is not the only location she serves)!
All the staff were very sweet and the facility was the nicest urgent care Ive ever been to, Dr was very thorough and very kind, I will come back here if I ever need urgent care again. I don’t understand all the bad reviews because if you make an appointment like you’re supposed to they will take good care of you and make sure your needs are met, I’m not a fan of urgent care but they were spot on for me. Thank you staff!
10 for sure. You worked magic! He is five an came out bragging it didnt hurt one bit, he was not really sure it was a regular shot. He is a mess, but your staff were extremely friendly, and handled his over & above. It has a great doctors visit. Thank them from mom & nano for being so good with all 3 flu shots. We love happy little folks!
I went to Novant Urgent Care in Mint Hill. The staff was extremely nice and got me in right away. The doctor and the nurse (Mary) were great. Could not have asked for better care.Faye Fink
Today I visited Nova Health urgent care Mint Hill service 0. Lying comes first. After 2 hours of waiting to receive me and I was at 8:30 am, now its 11:09 am I havent received it yet. Link to my cell phone that they will receive me. I think Nova Health should see what these people are doing with patients, whether such people are making a bad reputation for the institution. I do not recommend anyone to seek services at this clinic because I have never experienced this. Worst service front desk. assistant also. And after my writing link on my cell phone come in 11:26 am. You are still worst worst worstThank you but you are not an urgent care you do not deserve that name.
Probably the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care. Everyone was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Excellent customer service and the doctor and nurses were so nice.
I have gone there at least 2 times, one for my daughter’s concussion , they said that they didn’t handle that, when I went to the ER , I told them that urgent care wouldn’t see her, they were surprised and stated that they should have. The second time, I called on my way to get my daughter seen when I got there because she needed stitches and was bleeding badly. They told me that they were booked with appointments and would try to work her in. I’m back at the ER for her stitches. I WILL NEVER go to the urgent care again. In an emergency go to the ER. I DON’T KNOW why they call themselves urgent care, because they DON’T handle emergencies! I will either go to the ER or drive 20 minutes to Mathews to be able to walk in. I can’t express enough that this place is a joke!
Im always able to get an appointment within a very reasonable time at Novant Urgent Care in Mint Hill. The provider and the staff was wonderful as always. They were genuinely concerned and treated me with the best care!
Everyone from the check-in coordinator, medical assistant and medical provider was amazing. They took their time, helped answer our questions and got us on our way. They work long hours with lots of sick people so appreciate them !
Everyone was very nice and helpful and even though they knew I was going to be COVID tested they didnt act like a have leprosy and they hoped I got well soon. They were all showed genuine caring with remarkable care.
Quick turnaround time - I was able to register online and see provider in a little over an hour. The wait room and patient rooms were also clean and tidy.
Very professional and saw me quickly the day before Thanksgiving. Found my problem and gave me a prescription. Would definitely go there again!
I had an appointment made for 11:20 am for a Covid test. I was not seen until 1150. I came with by 1 year old who can not wear a mask. Every other provider has always came out to the car to do the test. This one said it was too hot. And forced me to come inside with my 1 year old which exposed him to the virus. So today she thought being “hot” for all of two minutes was to much to ask to protect a 1 year olds health. There was no sense of urgency on their part nor concern for my child’s health or mine. I will not go back when that provider is there
Absolutely will NEVER go back to this Mint Hill urgent care. We called first to the Harrisburg location to confirm that they could take an X-ray of my left knee that was injured this morning coming down my steps at home. Harrisburg said there tech was not in today so best to go to the Mint Hill location. Upon arrival at 4:20 pm the front deck assistant acted like we were a bother, after all they were closing in 40 mins and they still had a mother & child waiting to be seen. About half way thru our explanation of injury, another staff lady came forward & her demeanor was very direct & matter of fact about the x-ray only showing broken bones & not helpful to show torn or damaged ligaments and she referred us to a ortho Carolina specialist that closed at 4:00 and she mentioned they could only give me IBUPROFEN too, which I had already taken them twice during the day. They really didn’t want to care for me today and that was very obvious to us (husband & I). My husband visited this same location 8 months ago with a bite on his elbow that was retaining fluid and this location did not give him an antibiotic for the infection and he had to visit his primary care Dr. afterwards due to worsening and he was prescribed proper meds & his Primary Care Dr. mentioned he was taken back that they didn’t give him one. So needless to say 2 strikes are enough for us to leave this review.
I hope your problem isnt urgent. Because this urgent care takes reservations 2 or 3 days out.
Professional, kind, friendly, competent. Diagnosed, treated, prescribed appropriate medication. Made an appointment on line & was seen with little waiting.
I visited here on May Wednesday.24th made appointment online for 8am Front desk check in swift and super friendly most of all professional. Nurse super professional also. Very clean
UPDATE: WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS HOW BAD THIS PLACE IS!!! CAME TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE, AND NO ONE HERE... PROVIDER IS CATCHING UP ON CHARTS AND SHES BOOKED FOR THE REST OF THE DAY!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I can definitely understand the negative reviews here. Not even greeted or acknowledged when we came in. Signed in, asked if it it went through, got a yeah.#novanthealth gohealth - sad when you come to an urgent care and sign in then wait for 20+ minutes when NO ONE is in the lobby, watch three customers walk out. Still the only ones in the lobby and someone comes in who made an appointment online in their car comes in and gets told by the attendant OH it looks like youre next.
The Nurse and PA were great. I reserved a spot online. Was seen right away, the PA got me everything I needed and my prescriptions were sent right over the pharmacy.
I am new to area so of course I was apprehensive in approaching medical services. These people went above and beyond to help me, and I am just a lowly old man…if I were someone important I could only imagine the service. Thanks Novant!
The lady with short blonde hair is very rude on the phone. The doctor is also very rude and does not care about you at all and gives you mean looks like you are stupid. I am NEVER NEVER going back to this place! Please take these reviews seriously because most of not all are 1 stars. That doctor and receptionist should get an attitude check or get fired.
Fast and easy checking that was all digital, which I love. Very friendly staff, and the medicine prescribed for my neck pain is doing wonders. I feel much better today!
1st off, Nyasia (the nurse) was AMAZING. She was charming, UNDERSTANDING, gentle, caring and COMPASSIONATE. She is the only reason this review isnt as low as Google would allow. If i were rating HER ALONE, It would deserve 15 stars. The doctor was cold, patronizing, condescending and not gentle in any way. I came in with excruciating pain from a REALLY bad 2nd, almost 3rd degree burn on my foot and she was not awesome in any way. I wont call her out by name. When i needed loving care the MOST she was the opposite
My son had an ear infection. We walked up at 4:00 on a Friday and they would not see us because they did not have any appointments available. It’s an urgent care! I’ve never needed an appointment before. It specifically says on the door walk ins welcome! Went down to CVS minute clinic and they saw him right away.
Had to get stitches and they botched it. I have a huge scar from two loose stitches out of 10 total. They also said there would be no charge to come back to remove the stitches, but they sent a bill for $60 anyway and when I called they said I have to pay it or they will send me to collections if I refuse. Terrible customer service and a life long scar that couldve been much less had I had a doctor who knew what they were doing. If they tell you the follow up to remove stitches is free, don’t believe them.
I made an appointment online and text them when I was there, as directed. After my arrival a fire truck and ambulance pulled up on the other side of the parking lot. The receptionist/nurse, Melinda, was more concerned about what was going on in the parking lot than getting me registered so I could come in and be seen. I sat there and watched her looking out of the window trying to figure out what was going on. I understand THEY (the people she wasn’t caring for) had an emergency but YOUR patient is here and would like to be taken care of. Finally I am told to come in. I’m checking in and Melinda takes me to a room; checks my vitals, asks a few questions and says Sharyce will be in to see you. Sharyce, the PA, walked in with an attitude: facial expressions, mannerisms, tone of her voice. She read my information and told me she would not be helping me today, that there was nothing she could do or would do. She called an MD and discussed it over the phone and they advised not to do anything either. SHE HAD NOT EVEN LOOKED AT THE AREA YET! Finally she looks at the abscess and says it’s too hard, I can’t drain that. By this point I’m livid because you’ve already made your mind up, I paid a copay for no treatment AND I had to listen to her and Melinda complain about the heat. Sharyce told Melinda she was freezing and that they WERE GOING TO cut the heat up because she wasn’t going to work with blue hands. Melinda advised her that she was too warm to cut the heat up. They went back and forth and back and forth. I was in my room and could hear them yelling back and forth. Sharyce, in my opinion, was being a bully. Note: it was 70° in there, Sharyce said that was too cold. Finally, I told her I’d be going to the emergency room. I went to the Mint Hill Emergency, where I was treated kindly and respectfully and urgently. The PA at the emergency department did everything Sharyce couldn’t.If you want to be dismissed, uncared for, and listen to unprofessional drs and nurses have an argument and a shouting match, this is your place. If not, please go somewhere else!
Our four year old split her chin open & needed stiches. We got seen right away by the PA & nurse. Everything was explained to not only us as parents but to Skylar on a level that she understood. They both were very good at there jobs & made this experience not so traumatic for us!!!
I walked in... one lady acknowledged and the other didnt even look up as she was too busy on her phone so I kindly went the self sign in staioin... some other lady comes out and acknowledges me... I ask her if they have the capability to assist as I am having chest and back pains... she says we stopped taking walking in. Its 7:20 pm and the web site did not state that nor is there a sign on the door or the self sign in stating that. Why would u let me sign in as a walk in if your are not taking anymore patients.. Then she has the nerve to say we can see you tomorrow...smh the sarcastic nerve of her.. I guess since I walked in my pain wasnt severe enough... Ill go to Atrium from here on out.
Lady at the front desk was very rude. My daughter had a cut inside her mouth that needed stitches and she said well there are 20 people ahead of you so you’ll just have to register online and they will send you a time from there. Definitely won’t go back.
Scheduling and check in on line were easy. Doctor was kind and thorough
Hostile, rude, extremely unhelpful and impatient.I understand that there are special procedures for the prevention of disease. That’s respectable. What’s not respectable is treating patients with disdain and condescending attitudes because the patient is unaware of the system in place. The only signage with instructions requires one to walk up to the door to actually see them. The hostility and condescension began as I approached the sign/door, and remained until I finally gave up trying to be seen. I feel like this was by design, but I have no idea why.Furthermore, does the Novant urgent care units not have access to the records that all Novant units have? Why would they refuse to look up my record (even with ID) and demand “self-pay” (medical speak for “hand over a bunch of cash”).If the Novant urgent care units are unable to look up records from other Novant units, how do you even prevent complications? Or, as is more likely, was the staff being hostile in an attempt to deny care? Either way, both front-facing medical staff members were hostile, unhelpful and condescending. Thanks for the denial of care. I feel like I avoided a great amount of risk being denied care at Novant Urgent Care.
Everyone in the building had empathy and genuinely cared about my health. Friendly, informative, and efficient. Knowledgeable!
I went here 2 weeks in a row for what is obviously a UTI when test are coming back positive for such. They helped none, they didnt give any prescription long enough to completely treat it even when one was showing to stopping it before they changed it. The only reason this isnt a 1 star is because of the general friendliness of most of the staff.
Agreed, terrible bedside manner. Very uncomfortable from the moment we arrived, the receptionist was not friendly At All, so we left without being seen. Maybe the visit would have improved once we got to see the doctor, but well Never know.
Our provider was fantastic! She was thorough, double-checked history/allergies, and got my daughter diagnosed (and sent prescriptions) quickly.
Erin was wonderful! Her interaction with me and my family was a bonus. I have high anxiety about medical offices etc. She made me feel comfortable and worked quickly to help my situation
Can be a bit rude if you try to walk-in during an end-day rush (very understandably) but otherwise, cordial and professional when you reserve ahead. Pretty acceptably priced at $135 if you find yourself without insurance.
10 staff was excellent! Nurse pleasant and helpful. Sharyce Banks PA to great care on me.
The check-in was super quick and easy! The amazing assistants from the check in person, to the PA. Everything was amazing and the women were super knowledgeable and helpful.
This place took me just for my copay. I asked them when I first went in if theyll be able to help me with my high blood sugar and the desk lady said yes. Only for the doctor to say he couldnt help me and that I needed to go to the ED. They should have given me a refund so I could pay the ED. How unethical is that. Therefore, I will be looking for a refund. Sometimes you have to do the right things. Especially since I went to another urgent care and they said they wouldnt have time to see me but, that I could go to this place.
Did not wait long, reserved slot on line. Everyone was so kind and efficient. My ear was blocked with wax and I couldnt hear anything on the right side. They fixed me right up! Thank you so much!! Wow is traffic loud now, lol!!
I have never before had a doctor accuse me of lying. Why would I come to you if I already had answers about my illness? That was money thrown away because after that, I dont trust YOU. I walked out rather than continue to be called a liar or bring you proof that Im telling you the truth. Charged my card as my butt hit the car seat. Never again.
I received the following response from GoHealth on my previous review: “We are sorry to see your comments, Shamyra, and would like to investigate this situation. Could you please send us an email to [email protected]? Please include your full name, phone number, and the center where your concern took place so that we can have our manager reach out to you. Thank you.”I had actually already emailed [email protected] (11/3/20 at 5:13PM) AND left a voicemail (on 11/3/20) for the regional manager, Cindy Long, prior to the owner response on this review; this ever, I’ve received no response from either. I see the owner responding the same way to every negative Google review, which makes it seem like it’s more for the optics than there being a real concern for the customer relations at this location. I rarely take time leave negative reviews, but due to the nature and outrageousness of a medical facility treating who they serve this way and it standing in the way of my child’s care, I want to ensure anyone considering visiting this location knows how they treat their patients.
Fast service! Made an apt night before, was seen on time. Testing that needed to be done was done there and quick. The provider and staff were compassionate.
Great service and not a long wait time
The nurse at the front station was extremely rude. Being passive aggressive to someone feeling ill is unprofessional.
How is it that you are going to ask me “Why am I here?” in front of a stranger. My reason for coming to the doctor should be private and I shouldn’t have to go through the embarrassment of having to tell you, in the street, my private health concern while in front of a stranger. Then the girl proceeds to suck her teeth and roll her eyes. If you don’t like your job, then you should find another one. No compassion, very unprofessional.
Staff was incredible. The doctor was awesome and considered everything that could’ve happened. Definitely will be going here for urgent care needs!
Clean. I was able to still see a nurse even though I was late for my scheduled appointment. Most importantly the staff was super friendly, the nurse and front desk!
The staff was incredible! During a difficult situation, they were helpful, knowledgeable and compassionate. The doctor went above and beyond and we are so grateful.
Very professional staff. Very clean. Didnt have to wait even though my appointment was in the evening.
Don’t call it “urgent care” if you want people to make appointments. I tried to walk in, NO ONE in the waiting room, and was told it would be at least a two hour wait because of appointments. The woman at the desk offered to make me an appointment for tomorrow, but if I felt like I could wait for that, I would just go to my doctor. This is NOT an urgent care facility.
I was attended to quickly and carefully. The doctor assessed my illness and wrote prescriptions which happened to work quickly to make me feel better.
The staff were professional, kind and courteous. Not what you usually find in a urgent care. We will definitely go back there when the need arises!
Excellent care by staff. I really appreciate their patience, kindness, and understanding with my 7 year old daughter. Even though it must have been close to the end of their day, everyone was fantastic
Everyone was wonderful and great no complaints. Everyone was helpful I thank them. Everything was clean and nice. The ladies were really nice talked very nice tone of voice. I loved it.
Check in easy staff and provider friendly service was very time efficient
Doctor was great. Took care of all my needs and was very nice. I like how I could pick a time on their website and when I got there they were ready for me😁
My daughter recently received care here and it was a smooth experience. They served us right away. Friendly staff, modern facility, highly recommend.
Sharyce Banks is a very thorough and sweet doctor, I highly would recommend her to my family for our next visits
I loved how easy it was to get an appointment and how quickly we were brought into a room. Everyone was friendly and explained everything we were doing
Was able to make appt and clean facilities. Very nice staff n doctor
I was able to be seen and diagnosed in less than an hour. The staff was friendly and very informative. Would definitely recommend.
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I really think the PA was great and helpful to get me back on right track.
This is our first time visit this clinic. Dr .PUPUra. When I can’t understand her, She yelled at me! When she yelled. She looks like an animal . She is Not a patient doctor! Her personal qualities are very low!
Excellent staff! They were very kind and accommodating. The facility was very clean and well run. We were visiting from California and we were very impressed.
Pleasant people and a pleasant atmosphere. Got me in and out as soon as they could. Was easy peasy
Terrible bedside manners. Patients are bothering and an inconvenience to the staff. No empathy, professionalism, or commitment to the brand promise. Not a good experience.Arrogant and disconnecting service
I was seen promptly and the physicians and nurses took care of my problem. They were courteous, professional, and extremely competent.
Wonderful care this morning by Faith Lemieux, PA, and Vanessa Holland, RT-R. Not usually a big fan of Urgent Cares, but these 2 are exceptional! Thank you !
Doctor that attended me was rude and dismissed/played down most things I said. Front ladies were nice and when I called back the doctor who answered the phone was nice and answered my questions.
One staff wasn’t too pleasant she needs to be schooled in how to have a great bedside manner and also they need to make it clear that they require you to have an appointment and then wait 2 or 3 hours waiting period 🙄
The staff is awesome and the service was excellent and knowledgeable.
The staff was very caring. The providers are amazing. I was in and out with a solution in no time.
Novant Urgent Care is quick and care is excellent!Like making an appointment…staff was friendly and informative!!!
Everyone seemed nice and polite. Everything looked clean. No wait. Came right in and was checked in and put in a room and was seen very promptly.
This place is a Sorry excuse for an “urgent problem”!! my mother who is in hers 70’s came in very sick and weak with a high fever, low pulse and not to mention she’s diabetic they told her to just make an appointment with her regular doctor later that after noon she ended up in the ER with a uti infection, low blood sugar, high fever of 104, dehydration the urgent care sent her away very sick she could have died they were no help at all.
Great staff at the Mint Hill location. Glad to have an option for Novant in an urgent care setting.
This was my second time at this location and I was pleased with both encounters. Both the PA & RN were pleasant and efficient.
I made an appointment for 7 o’clock, four days ago I got bit by a spider, I was out of medicine, so I called them so they can see me and hopefully help me out at least prescribed for a few more days prescriptions till I see my primary doctor, but instead of that they did not even allow me inside of the building, The lady told me that I need to go back to emergency room so they can prescribe it, waste of my time, Good luck coming here
Very fast and thorough service.
On line virtual scheduling, on time appointment, friendly receptionist, cari ng nurse, clean facility, attentive care, thorough explaining of testing, treatment and lab results
They listen and really care of you. If it wasn’t for the staff here, I would have been in the ER by now. Happy Holidays!!
Called at 7 to see if there was a wait, receptionist said no that they close at 8 and are finishing up for the day. In other words…”don’t come”.
Terrible staff!!! Unprofessional on the phone and even worse in person!!! Do not go here! These people should not be in customer service!! My 3 year old deserves better than what this sorry excuse for health care workers offered!!!
Denied walk in service in the middle of a day in an empty lobby. I hope that I never need urgent care again but I will drive to Albemarle exit instead to the next one.
I’ve been a Novant patient since I moved to NC. This place is the worst. I have never had such an issue at any other facility. Will not be back.
Fast, friendly service, Thank you
Excellent service, complete and professional.
The healthcare workers were very nice and helpful. I felt like they really cared about my well-being.
Front desk team was thorough, fun and personable! Doctor was compassionate, quick and concise
Efficient and was able to get right in at the time appointment was made online.
Great location. Friendly staff. Helpful and professional. Quick and to the point. Clean and comfy environment.
Always welcomed and friendly staff. Get me in and out quickly and efficiently.
Very nice and very helpful!
Great staff and the doctor listened to my concerns in regards to my daughter.
Quick visit and thorough. Easy to make appointment. Nice staff
I love the people here, they are very welcoming and make me very comfortable. I love how friendly everyone is.
The female nurse and doctor who helped me were so kind. Loved them.
Polite. Prompt with appt time. Clean facility.
Only Novant Ive ever been in and wont go back. Super rude and they basically dont want to see you.
Everyone was very efficient!!
