Wow, I just wanted to say if I could give 10 stars I would the energy of this place the front desk the ultrasound tech nurses and the lab nurses are all amazing wonderful people greet you ask you how is your day going all of them are proud and happy to be here to help the patients with everything thank you so much for the wonderful experience and marking me feel comfortable tru my monitoring journey
We had an incredible experience here with Dr. Hurst. He was always patient with my questions, reassuring, and comforting through every step of our fertility journey. Great bedside manner and gave us many laughs along the way! We welcomed a healthy baby boy in Sept 2022 thanks to Dr. Hurst and his wonderful team!
We have worked with Dr. Usadi and her nurse team and it has been a very seamless experience. My wife and I had our first child in October 2022 and we are so grateful for the wonderful providers at this facility. The communication is always very responsive and every team member truly cares.
Dr. Hurst is extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. This whole stressful process was done so smoothly with his guidance and the help of his amazing staff, especially Chelsea. I am so thankful to have met them. Truly Gods greatest blessing. I highly recommend Dr.Hurst, he is awesome !!!!!!
Dr Hurst was fantastic. He was very personable and made both myself and my husband very comfortable talking with him. He explained things thoroughly and answered all of our questions. I would certainly recommend him.
My initial appointment went very very well. From the front desk staff, to the nurses and lastly to Dr. Hurst. Everyone made my first experience easy and comfortable. Dr. Hurst is extremely easy going and I can tell that he truly cares about his patients and the work that he does. I am looking forward to scheduling my next appointment to starting the process.
What a joke of an experience my wife and I had last year at this clinic! They’ll gladly that your 25k and provide you with the worst experience of your life! If you value your money and time, don’t go there! Financial counseling was a useless, tons of hidden cost. As I read some posts below, the clinic was was worthless, and after the failed IVF cycle the nurse call and said “let us know when you would like to schedule and pay for your next cycle”. We had no clue who the nurses were, and I only saw Dr. Usadi twice for about 10 mins. (Introduction and when 1/13 eggs fertilized) It is cold and insensitive office with no remorse for how patients are treated.
Dr. Hurst and his team are amazing!! Friendly, supportive, and on top of everything from the very first appointment to your last. They are thorough, and just hands down couldnt have asked for a better team for my fertility needs! Thank you!!
Dr.Usadi was AMAZING!! She was very attentive to our needs especially after trying for years. The whole clinical staff that was apart of our team was fantastic also!! PA Lauren, RN Kathy, Front desk Carol, the lab draw team, and Radiology!! We are so happy and bless that we choose to go with Dr. Usadi! Now we are have been blessed to be pregnant with twin babies 🤗
My experience with the Womens Institute was nothing short of amazing- with one exception hence the one star docked. All the doctors and nurses I came into contact with were so helpful and nice. Dr. Matthews and Bob especially were there to answer all my questions and accommodate my needs throughout the process, providing extra hand holding when necessary. There were a couple communication hiccups but nothing major that wasnt easily resolved. The one star being docked is because of the financial counselor experience which seems to be a trend going off of other reviews. It got to the point where my own doctor took over the financial communication. Not only does it seem the financial counselors need refreshers on how to go out of the office but they also need a refresher on bedside manner given the situation of why patients are having to reach out to them in the first place. My financial counselors first message to me was through the portal pushing me off, despite me having specific questions before choosing an insurance plan, and then going OOO for multiple weeks without notice. No one was monitoring her portal messages and there was no auto response. When I finally figured that out, another financial counselor reached out (after 3 attempts at getting in touch) and told me that the first financial counselor deserved to be able to take a vacation. She was incredibly rude and condescending and made me want to switch providers right then and there. This caused a 3 week delay and Im grateful it didnt affect the timing of anything. When it came time to lining up my new insurance starting and a retrieval cycle, I had to ask my counselor twice to do her job because my insurance had told me we could put in for authorization even though my plan hadnt kicked in but she kept telling me she couldnt. When I was waiting for my transfer insurance approval, the counselor once again went out of office without conveying to me the transfer had been approved, did not change her VM to convey she was OOO, and again didnt have anyone checking her portal messages. This is when my doctor finally got involved. It was a rough road and definitely tainted the experience a bit. Luckily the interactions were limited but the ones that were had were awful. I hope they look at this as a learning experience and provide more training or hire people who actually care about what these patients are going through, like the nurses and doctors do.
Dr. Goldrick is amazing!!! Always listens to all of our concerns and makes sure we are comfortable at every stage of our infertility journey. If I could give her 10 stars I would.
Loved this place! My nurse was always quick to call back after leaving messages. And all of the lab tech ladies are super sweet. Currently 24 weeks pregnant with their help 💙
The staff are courteous and polite, they do start on time with their appointments and ensure quality service provided. All the staff are thorough with their care including taking time out to explain step and procedure to follow. I appreciate the care and support I receive from my care team.
My husband and I loved our experience! and Dr Hurst was thee best doctor! Also a shoutout to Dr Goldrick she was awesome!
This is an average place to receive healthcare. If you are a patient and have a question for your doctor, the only option is the call or message with the nurse. You can only talk to your doctor if you make an appointment and sit in the same room with them. The nurses do everything including IUI procedure. I’m not sure if my doctor even knows what’s happening with my care. I feel like a cog in the machine.
I’m excited to start my journey with CMC. I had my first meeting with Dr. Usadi and she listened to everything I’ve been through without rushing me. I felt like she really cared about the pain I’ve been through. She also gave me hope that it’s not my body and there are other things/tests we can do.
There arent enough nice things I could say about everyone here at The Womens Institute! The most incredible Doctors, Nurses, Ultrasound Techs, Phlebotomists, Embryologists, etc. I loved my entire team Dr. Matthews, Bob, Ashton, Victoria, Christina, Mia, Helen, Nikki, Susan, Heather, Dr. Eskew and Dr. Hurst (they werent my Doctors but they did help with my egg retrieval) and many many more people there! Everyone there is so nice and friendly. They are very quick to respond through the portal and also take the time to call me if I have a million questions! It is so nice to talk to such friendly people when you have such early appointments. I couldnt recommend this place enough and I am very grateful to have such an amazing team. I truly cant recommend Dr. Matthews and her team enough! Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart!
My 1st experience with getting help w/ infertility and I can say it’s been amazing as far as the team Ms. Matthews and her team Jenna and Abbie and the whole crew have been really wonderful to me with updates, results, and just general questions I appreciate y’all n soon I will have my miracle baby. Sending all BABY DUST to all women who struggle TTC.
I had my IVF retrieval yesterday and I have nothing but kind words to say about the staff. From my nurse Amber to Dr Matthews to my anesthesiologist, everyone was the epitomy of professional and empathetic. Ive had nothing but kindness from all of the Womens Institute staff and have recommended it to many other women as well.
Cannot say enough good things about the Women’s Institute!! They are caring, empathetic, sharp, and analytical. My IVF experience was top notch. And I have a sweet baby boy as proof of their capabilities!! Forever thankful to Dr. Matthews and the whole team.
I am so grateful to be under the care of Dr. Goldrick and her team! My experience thus far has been amazing..thank you and this review doesn’t seem like it’s enough!
I love my doctor Hurst he is a good doctor its just taken a little longer cause my diabetes and be bing obeset but other then that they are really good.
Dr. Usadi and nurse Kristin are amazing. Ladonna in financial counseling is awesome as well! Communication is always fast, and little to no wait times. Dr. Usadi is very kind, smart, and truly cares about her patients. All other staff and Doctors are great as well. Everyone is very welcoming and nice when I come to the office. Compared to other clinics in the area, CMC Womens institute is the best!!
Dr Hurst is the best doctor you could ask for. He had so much experience and he’s so kind. Ashton and Amber are great nurses who work along side of him. I really do appreciate this whole team for helping me and my husband in our IVF journey. Thanks Atrium!
There are not enough stars for the people at CMC Womens Institute. Dr. Matthews and Nurse Jeff are miracle workers and I am grateful for them. They took the time to talk to my husband and I about our issues. We discussed the best route financially and medically for us. They took in to consideration how costly some things could be and helped up pick the best option. They stayed in contact with us and answered all of our questions. We had a terrible experience at REACH in Charlotte that had discouraged us and was so upsetting. They atmosphere and the way we have been treated was the extreme opposite. Everyone to the first person you see in the office is extremely nice and caring. I felt safe and that they cared about us and not money. I would highly recommend them to anyone having fertility issues. They will be with you every step of the way. Thank you Dr. Matthews and Nurse Jeff for helping us fulfill our wish to be parents.
I loved Dr. Bradley Hurst and the nurses Amber & Ashton (as well as the nurses taking my blood many times through IVF)! I must give a bad review for his financial “counselor” Anna Kay, however. Every time I spoke with her she was rude and impatient. They got really confused with my insurance and after assuring me that it covered my IVF, she said it didn’t actually and I needed to prepay the $15,000 out of pocket. Her exact words were “well at least you found out before you started” as if I’m just going to give up on having a child?! Upon prepaying over multiple types of payments to get them enough money, she insists that she gave me financial counseling on what it actually paid for, but she did not. Weeks later I’m getting billed for the ultrasounds they require every other day during the process, and I’m super confused. I also have written messages from Anna Kay assuring me they charged my husband self pay rates for his required analysis, but low and behold I got billed $1,700 for his insurance not covering it. Had to call her again about both issues. She was incredibly rude and told me I DID have financial counseling and saying “I AM a financial COUNSELOR, it’s what I do”. Well you clearly didn’t do a good job on this one!! My massive prepayment is no where to be seen on any portal or statement so it’s impossible to know what it went toward. She says she’s now looking into both my husbands billing error and sending me what I paid for (which supposedly was just the retrieval and transfer day procedures - NOT clear to me at all). I hope I never have to speak to this awful woman ever again. She has zero empathy for what IVF/infertility patients go through and the huge investment it takes to try to build a family via an infertility clinic. She really doesn’t belong in a hospital setting whatsoever.UPDATE: they were able to give me a different financial counselor to go through despite this not being the norm (usually one doctor has one financial counselor and this is Dr. Hursts). I’m updating to 3 stars because hopefully I won’t have to deal with her again, but it definitely affected my experience here over the course of multiple months.
There isnt enough I cant say about Dr. Hurst and his staff. They are all great and amazing. If I could have Dr. Hurst treat me for everything else in my life, I would! It is rare to find a doctor that remembers who you are, whether it be things you told him in the past or your medical history; especially if its been a year since you last saw him. Dr. Hurst is one of the most compassionate doctors you will find. He truly cares about your well being whether its physical, emotional or mental. His staff are the same. Jennifer Fitzpatrick is one of his nurses, and one of the best. In the past two years that Ive gone there, there hasnt been a day where we were treated poorly. Everyone always seems warm, caring and friendly. Always having a smile on their face and greeting you-from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors. I would recommend Dr. Hurst and his staff to everyone.
I had a great experience with my doctors there, and I’d likely go back if I ever need to, however… CHECK YOUR BILLS BEFORE YOU PAY THEM! I was sent a bill for 2 procedures that I have never had done when I was 7 weeks pregnant (both would terminate a pregnancy if done on a pregnant patient, so they definitely didn’t and would never do them on me).I called thinking it would be an easy fix, but it wasn’t. I was told they’d audit my medical history and confirm if it was done. It wasn’t, so no biggie, right? WRONG. Had it audited again, nope. They told me I had it done! I had to call person after person and about 10-15 phone calls (including ones to my insurance company because they had already paid for half of it) and lots of stress later, I finally got ahold of someone who agreed it had to be wrong.19 weeks later, I finally got the correct bill. Personally I feel like I shouldn’t even have to pay it at this point and it should be forgiven due to the insane stress it cost during my already high risk pregnancy.Just check your bills before you pay.
The staff here is so nice and kind. They are efficient, but caring. I always feel at ease even when going through intimate procedures. A very professional staff!
I only found one good person here, she hugged me and saw break down due to rude calls I have received from nurses etc, she was the ONLY ONE THAT WAS SPIRITUAL AND UNDERSTOOD WHERE I WAS COMING FROM, SHE WAS COMPASSIONATE and GENUINE, SHE MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS HER OWN AND I WILL NEVER FORGET THAT. IF HER NAME WAS LISTED on HERE SPECIFICALLY TO DO A REVIEW FOR JUST HER SHE WOULD HAVE 20 STARS BECAUSE OF HOW GREAT SHE IS. SHE SAID SHE HAD BERN WORKING HERE FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS. SHES THE TYPE OF PERSON I WOULD JUST LOVE TO SEE EVERY VISIT. I WISH THE REST OF THE STAFF WERE LIKE HER.
Im more than grateful with this place! Dr Hurst is an amazing human being! Amazing doctor! I have referred two people to him and they feel the same way!! I cannot thank him enough for everything he did for me! His nurse too Paisley is an amazing caring nurse! Anytime i called she called me right back!! I love this place! They will find a solution to your fertility problems! I wish i could give them one thousand stars!!
Read reviews before you go anywhere. *Learned the hard way. Be prepared to be delayed in scheduling. Be prepared to have lack of communication with your doctor and nurse. When I say lack of communication it’s very one sided for something as important as infertility and all the emotional woes that come with it, so communication and the practitioner patient relationship is essential... however you will not find this here “easily.” The only way to schedule is through the nurse and you have to wait on their busy schedule for them to call you back, you can never get a hold of the nurse on the phone, it’s always a delayed response for scheduling. Basically there are two middleman to your doctor, the receptionist, the nurse and then the doctor. When the doctor receives results they email you in your atrium chart (don’t reply to that message they will not reply to you) they don’t give you a phone call or ask you to come in and speak to you in person. Typically with any scheduling anywhere a receptionist at the front desk would be able to book you. This office also has multiple doctors which have their own nurse but you cannot get a hold of them they always have to call you back *Another bizarre practice. Also if you want to change providers (you know if you don’t feel it’s a good fit for whatever reason) be prepared to have a delay in that process as well... the doctor must approve from the old provider before you can transfer. This is a very Bizzarre practice. And do not expect support from management. The doctor lied in her doctor notes that she did offer me information about grieving and counseling. I had to ask my primary Doctor for these resources, thankfully he is a compassionate individual. These are all the things I wish I knew instead of having to deal with this practice while grieving three miscarriages and all the emotional distress that comes with it.
I cant say enough about the Womens Institute, Dr. Hurst, and his staff. My husband and I tried for a year before being referred to them, and I only wish that we had tried to get in sooner. They were factual, accommodating (the doctor, nurse practitioner, and ultrasound tech all came in on Memorial Day to see me), and efficient. Within 1 treatment phase, I was pregnant! One of the nurses, Paisley, called me back every time I had a question, and her patience never ran out. Another nurse, Sharon(?), greeted me by name each time she saw me, and was very attentive, even hugging me when we got a positive result. Id always hoped we would be able to get pregnant without any intervention, but we definitely needed help, and their team made it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them!!!
I cannot say enough about Dr. Stephenson and everyone on her staff. I would give 10 stars if I could. The staff was kind, caring, and extremely compassionate during a difficult time. They went above and beyond in every way to make me comfortable and at ease. Most importantly they took the time to diagnose, evaluate, and treat my condition.I left knowing that the diagnosis was thorough and I would recommend this practice 100 times over. They are an exemplary practice and true to their calling.
Dr. Matthews is the best doctor Ive had throughout my journey. She is very knowledgeable and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. She has been able to give me more answers in a short 4 months than the past three OB/GYNs Ive seen over the last two years. I would highly recommend Dr. Matthews if you are looking for a Reproductive Endocrinologist. There is a reason she has such wonderful reviews on here.
I just wanted to thank the nurses that helped me through a bad panic attack with so much care and kindness. I have never had a dr or nurses show me so much love to someone they don’t know. I highly recommend everyone who works there and am so grateful and fortunate for their concern and support. Thank you again!
I can not say enough about how amazing Dr. Matthews and her nurse Jennie are! They have been so great to me. Jennie always calls me back and answers every question I have which can be a lot. I even had to call after hours because I was having some pain in my abdomen and they put me right in touch with Dr. Matthews. This whole experience has been crazy and they have really made it better.
Horrible experience!!!Dr was fine but staff is incompetent and disinterested.“Miscommunication” lead to a missed step in our treatment plan, costing us both time and money. Thankfully this happened early on before we spent too much money, regardless we immediately changed practices. As a self-pay patient, we can’t risk another “miscommunication” potentially costing us thousands of thousands of dollars. No matter how good a dr is or how much you like him/her, it is imperative to have excellent, dedicated, well trained staff and this practice lacks that!!!If you MUST use this practice be prepared and make sure you stay on them with EVERY SINGLE detail no matter how small it may seem!!!Horribly disappointed!!!
Providers do not communicate my test results with me. Treatment or healthcare options have not been offered. My concerns have not been addressed. Im constantly being moved around from one office to another with no results. Very disappointed in lack/absence of care.
Dr. Hurst is the most patient and caring physician I’ve ever met.My questions no matter how many, how silly or repetitive we’re always answered. Our will to never give up and his expertise are the reason we have our beautiful daughter.Thank you Dr. Hurst and Joanna. ❤️
Highly highly recommend the Women’s Institute! Dr. Usadi and her amazing staff gave me my son and have been a big part of my life for the last 5+ years. We’re trying and praying for another miracle and I trust we’ll get there with the help of Dr. Usadi and her wonderful nurses. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
I cant rate my experience with actually going there because getting an appt was impossible. I am a high risk patient and had 2 referrals from OBGYNs to be seen here and they made it so difficult and frustrating to be seen (which I never was). I tried for over a month to get an appt and each time I called the person I spoke with was rude and insensitive about me being seen and I was given a different excuse each time as to why I couldnt schedule an appt. For example, they said I needed a referral (I had 2 confirmed referrals), they said I needed my medical records sent over (I had them sent twice), one time they said they wouldnt see me before 12 weeks (that was after trying to schedule an appt 3 times and no one had mentioned that to me before. Then finally scheduling- (Shannon)- called when I wouldnt let up (12 weeks along) and they said they could work me in in 3 days at a time I couldnt do. When I asked why I had to be worked in after trying to get an appt for over a month they said its because they dont have enough equipment to make appts for everyone and that I need to be seen during the first trimester (shocking because I was previously told I couldnt make an appt during my first trimester). I told Shannon that time did not work for me and she said its the only time I can be seen until its too late. I have had receptionists raise their voice at me (for not sending medical records over and they realized they actually had later during that same phone call), supervisors not call me back when I was transferred to them to ask questions the receptionsist couldnt answer, and scheduling people be extremely rude and curt with me. On two occasions the phone call ended with me crying. There is no beside manner, sensitivity, or sense of urgency at this place- which to me seems pretty necessary considering it is for pregnant women with high risk conditions. In the end I gave up and will not be seen there (they can not give me any other options than the one afternoon I cant make it). I am thoroughly disappointed at the lack of care and understanding I have received and will seek medical care elsewhere.
Every doctor we saw here was beyond incredible, patient, knowledgable, and comforting. I will never forget the day we got the not-so-great news about our baby boy, but Ill also never forget the concern and kindness shown towards our situation. We primarily saw Dr. Pollack in the beginning and Dr. Koklanaris towards the end, and they were both wonderful! Thank you so much for everything :)
Very Bad experience today with Dr Becky, she had me waiting for more than 25min after having done my ultrasound with Jennifer and by the way she was not good at all either, like they were bother for me asking questions. Dr never apologize when she finally came to the room for all the time waiting.
Very bad experience not with Doctor but the staff was very unorganized and disinterested. I wanted to give no starVery poor communication resulted in repeating unnecessary steps and missing steps during the treatment. They should hire more experienced staff care more especially with doing such expensive stressful procedures. IVF treatment needs team work from the staff to get the best results and not just doctors. Definitely will switch to other center
Dr Matthews and the whole staff at CMC Womens Institute was very caring and probably the best team of people I have seen. Given that we had lost our first baby, and were going through difficult emotional times, Dr Matthews offered not only technical guidance but would even call from her Cell outside office hours to report on progress. We went through IVF-PGD for a very rare chromosomal defect and with the support of CMC WOmens and a Genetic Testing Lab we were able to have a healthy baby girl who turned 3 yesterday. We are forever grateful to the wonderful team of Drs and nurses who helped make this possible for us. Thanks.
I was referred to this place suite 500. Front desk staff seems like they have no energy. People in the back room and also ultrasound tech fail to direct and walk patients through each process. White chubby doctor with glitter strips in her hair walked in on me ( mother to be) half dressed in ultrasound room to ask me to switch rooms to persuade my husband and I to do this test that would “confirm” if our baby is having downsyndrome but there is only 1% chance that the baby does. The doctor failed to ask about our past tests. I had to bring up the fact that we have already done bloodwork and many tests to confirm. Her excuse was my medical records were not sent to her. She walked out and came back 2 mins later saying she looked over the records and everything is fine, we’re free to go. Jesus christ this place needs to be reported. Over all terrible experience, they did not show any proper bedside manner nor any professionlism.
Dr.Usadi told me to do a D&C because the ultrasound didnt pick a heartbeat up. She pulled me in her office said to tell me, my baby stop growing or it probably had down syndrome or mental issue and the body rejecting it. I walked out her office in tears..I setup the appointment. A nurse called me and pretty much gave me a subliminal message to get a second opinion. She told me maam your blood work is great. It had triple in 48hrs so that means something is growing. She informed me i could be too early . I called an OB GYN under Presbyterian hospital. First time visiting i told dr Stacy Wood what my levels were reading. He told exactly how far along I was. He said see him few weeks because I was too early. He said dont worry and relax..trust god (first dr i heard say trust god)...needless to say i heard her heartbeat and i have an intelligent little 3 year old today 😍😍😍 visit Dr Stacy Wood at midtown gyn/obn..they will refer to the best infertility dr or give you the best advice. They are the best doctors in Charlotte nc
We initially had some set backs with appointment but Im very happy that we were able to get see the good doc.
I am 150% satisfied with Womens Institute. After many bumps on the road to creating a family, we now have an 18 month old son who is the love we were waiting for. It hurts to see some harsher comments, but the reality is that not everything works for everyone. We had a terrible experience at the other place in Charlotte, and that was just with a semen analysis. There was no way we were giving our hard earned $s to them. We were warmly welcomed to the institute and they held our hands the entire time emotionally. Was it easy? No. Nothing worth having ever is, but in the end it was so worth it and we are going back for another transfer.
I appreciated the time and care received at the CMC Womens Institute. My appointment was very thorough and provided important information.
I went to dr. Matthews. I was treated like just any other patient and not like an individual. there was a procedure dr. Matthews wanted to do and I was worried about the cost. dr. Matthews told me that the financial advisor would look into the cost and they would find out how much it would cost and they would CALL me back if the insurance company would not cover it or if they would only cover a portion of it. Dr. Matthews said they would call and let me know b/c it was not a cheap operation and i could then make an informed decison on if i wanted to do it. Noone called me to let me let me know how much it was going to be so I figured It was covered by insurance. the day before the procedure I got a call from the hospital and was told it was going to be around $3,000 for everything. I told Dr. Matthews how upset i was that noone called me and she did not seem to really care and actually changed her story and stated they wanted me to call the insurance company to figure how much they would cover for things. I ended up doing the procedure anyways and started taking medications to try to conceive. one time they changed the date of the insemination... I was told at first it was changed because my husband requested to change the date but he did not.... They do not listen! Also, when it was suggested i do ivf i went to talk to the financial advisor. Because i was already told by the doctor to call my insurance company MYSELF to find out what they will pay for things months ago the financial advisor did not tell me anything new!! When i asked the financial advisor if there were grants and stuff to help pay for it she she stated i would have to find them myself. She was no help. There is also a sign in the waiting room talking about assistance for ivf expenses yet the financial advisor could just tell me to find them myself.
I enjoyed my consultation but I was left in an office for almost 30 min. I think the nurse that took me back to the room forgot to follow up with the doctor.
Had the best experience! Love all of the staff. They are so helpful, caring and considerate. It is a long drive for me, but so worth it!! Highly recommend
So far my experience with Dr. Hurst has been amazing. I have bee trying for 2.5 years. He is compassionate, funny and immediately came up with a game plan.
It was a very uncomfortable conversation. After the consultation we decided to not have kid. Dont know what to say. Nightmare for a couple of nights.
From the moment I checked in all the ladies here were so nice and helpful. I was very nervous about it but these ladies are wonderful and make you feel comfortable and cared for! My first experience was awesome!
This place is awful. It was impossible to schedule an appt for my wife. She is high risk and all we were met with is terrible bed side manor. The lady on the phone was very rude. Save yourself the trouble and find a practice that provides medical care.
This seriously doesnt make sense Ive been waiting on them to call me back for a scan for going on 3 months now I keep calling and getting a new referral just for them to keep sweeping me under the rug Im about to have my baby in almost less than two months and no one has bothered to even set me up an appointment what do I have to do for yall to actually see me like this is seriously medical neglect and I dont appreciate it how am I supposed to feel safe or even cared for if yall dont even bother at all I hope you guys see this too because I seriously do not understand why yall treating me like this I need answers!!!!!!!!
I’m so thankful for Bob, Dr. Matthews, and my care team. They’re amazing!
Doctors and nurses are fine. Very heavy on premature interventions. Be prepared to spend at least an hour waiting around.
The appt. was on time and everyone was very courteous. Just starting our journey and excited to be with this location.
Nice experience. They made me feel comfortable and everyone was friendly. They took their time, and the communication was great.
Dr. Eskew and the care team are unmatchable. Organized, communicative and phenomenal medical professionals.
Grateful for my amazing 2.5 year old and trying for a sibling today. I have nothing but positive things to say about dr Matthews and the staff.
This facility needs to replace the skinny African American receptionist she was very rude from the very first moment I asked her a question.
My overall experience with everyone was very professional informative and awesome!!! Thank you ladies🥰😍
Great staff, very friendly and answer all my questions.
This Hospital is good, I am still in the process and I am pleased
Dr doesnt seem to care whats going on and keeps changing her mind on birth plan.
Didnt feel welcome at all
Great service
Im Lurbin Osorio, I love the staff at this place. I leave without a doubt and they treat me very well.
